I ordered three face masks from Starks vacuum. On July 18 I received an email stating a order. The same day the money was taken out of my account. The email stated they would contact me in several days with the tracking information. I never received another email or the product from them. I have emailed them three times with no response. I tried calling and the a automatic answering service picked and stated that the voice mailbox was full: goodbye. I want the products or my money back. There is no customer service. Most companies do not charge the customer until the product is sent. Why is this company doing the opposite? It seems strange and wrong. Order Number

I ordered 4 masks from Stark. Their ads were all over FB and the ad made the masks sound like they would be very effective. I didn't get any notification that my order shipped, and I have received nothing. I have sent 2 emails requesting information about my order. One I got a canned response, the other I got no response at all. How can I request a refund if they do not respond?

Stark's advertised on *** a COVID mask for sale. I ordered, then contacted "customer service" numerous times without ever receiving a response other than the following response: Your request (***) has been received and our response staff will review your inquiry as soon as possible,...

NOT ONE RESPONSE in weeks. I have responded to this email without acknowledgment.

The mask I ordered from the website is not the mask that I received. It appears that they have advertised one mask and then switched it to a much cheaper version. I believe that this is known as a bait and switch scheme.

I can provide pictures from the website and a picture of the actual mask. You can clearly see the difference between the advertised mask and the one that I received. It is apparent the mask that I received is much cheaper than the mask I paid for.

In addition, not to respond to any inquiry makes it impossible to resolve with Stark's.

This issue has been resolved by the business. No further action is required.

Placed an order to Starks for several face masks on June 23, 2020 and my credit card was charged $77.70 on this same date. I have not received the order as of this date, August 10, 2020.

Website advertised shipping 7 to 12 days. Placed order 23 days ago and tracking says order is in “pre-shipment“ for last five days. Inquired one week ago with canned response that all shippers are delayed which is not true. I still have No product and no individual response and no indication of actual shipping.

Product was received 32 days after placing order. They should have notified me that the product would take a lot longer to receive then their advertising indicated. Individual responses, not canned responses should be sent to customers inquiring about substantial delays.

I ordered 2 masks on 6/27/20. (Order #***) and have not received my order. I emailed and messaged their Customer Service several times and have not received a response.

I also believe they should stop advertising on Facebook about their product and the turn around time as it is not accurate.

The company has stated producing face masks. I ordered four, with an additional one to be delivered for free. The date of the order was July 14, 2020. My credit card was billed and charged at that time. To this date, August 10, 2020, I have not received the face masks. I have tried contacting them my phone, email, and through Facebook comments. I have been given and email address to contact which I have done twice. I have not received any reply. I would like resolution of this problem, either to receive what I ordered reimbursement. They should have never charged my credit card until the items shipped.

On July 16, 2020 I placed an order for several face masks. And, like so many other complaints have stated, I have not yet received the masks.

Their web site, at the time of order, indicated "orders shipping in 10-12 days". Per archive.org this was present on their site from June 24, 2020 - July 17,2020.

Finally, on August 4, 2020 I sent an email to their support email address indicating that I would like to simply cancel my order and receive a refund. I indicated that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if this was not done within 24 hours.

On August 5, 2020 I received an email from them that my order was shipping. As well as a second email that said "Your Stark's Vacuums order is on its way". That second email contained a *** tracking number.

To this day, checking that tracking number indicates that it is in pre-shipment status. This means they simply generated a label with the ***, which creates the tracking number immediately, but doesn't mean that the package has been shipped or even exists.

Further, the email message that contains the tracking number also contains my address and has my name listed as "DO NOT SHIP". This seems to indicate that, while they generated the label, they want to make sure internally that the package does not ship because they are lacking some part of it - or all of it for all I know.

I would say that this is a quasi-fraudulent practice to try to lie to a customer by making it seem like there is something happening with their order when there isn't.

This was 5 days ago. There has been no response to my request for a cancellation and refund. There has been no activity on the actual shipment. And they have engaged in clear deceptive practices rather than simply communicating with a customer and giving them an idea of what is going on.

I have decided to be nice and pursue this route rather than dispute the charge because, as a business owner, I know that chargebacks are black marks on a merchant's record and can result in higher discount rates or worse.

This business is a scam. The very next day after I filed this complaint they generated a *** level. According to the *** they never even received the package from the business. Plus I received an email from the business indicating the tracking # in which they had replaced my name with "DO NOT SHIP". No. I reject this. I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company a week ago. Something is very wrong here. They are continuing to advertise gently on Facebook and they remove any negative comments yet they are getting absolutely torn apart on Y help and ***. They take people's money and then only ever ship some masks. This has risen to the level of criminal behavior and, as such, should be referred to the attorney general's office for further investigation.

I placed an order with Starks [Order #***] on July 9, 2020.
On July 13, my account was charged $51.80 for the order.
On July 23, I sent an email to [email protected] to inquire as to the status of the order. I never received a reply.
On July 26, I messaged Starks via facebook about the issue with the order. I never received a reply.
On August 3, I checked the tracking, and the order showed delivered, but the order was not in my mailbox. This type of mailbox requires a key for entry, so no one else could have taken this package.
On August 4, I emailed [email protected] to inquire as to the status of the order and inform them that the package was not received. I never received a reply.

I ordered face masks from this company on July 19, 2020. My credit card was charged on Jul 20, 2020. I ordered four masks and was supposed to get a free mask with the order of four. I have yet to receive an email stating the masks have been shipped. I have sent numerous emails to the company and have posted on their Facebook page. I've only received an automated reply. I have also called a phone number but was told it was the vacuum cleaner department and they could not assist me. The company should not be charging credit cards until items are shipped.

I ordered 4 masks from Stark's on 8/8/20. I have ordered some previously for my son and he loves them so wanted more. My order totaled $51.80, and I quickly noticed that my card was charged 4 times for this amount even though only one order was completed. There is absolutely no way to contact the company. They have no email or phone number listed on their website, the emails I receive about my order have a "no reply" address and when I called the number listed on their facebook page, the person answering the phone says it is not Stark's. I really want my original order, as my son wants more masks, but I want to be reimbursed asap for the overcharge.

Your bank chose to hold the decline charges for some reason.

We have nothing to do with this. It should have cleared itself up by now.

I ordered masks on June 29th in order *** & was billed & made payment immediately. I still have not received them nor have I received a response to my 3-4 email inquiries in the 6 weeks since.

Starks sent me my free mask I am good with that did not see box to say it was done

DON'T ORDER ANY MASK FROM THIS COMPANY!! I saw their advertisement on *** and I liked the design so I ordered 4 mask and receive a 5th mask free. I placed the order on June 26, 2020 and got an email saying my order was received and received another email on July 13, 2020, indicating my order was shipped. I received my order on July 16, 2020, but the order was incomplete, I only received only 3 masks and was missing 2 masks. I emailed them on July 16, 2020, that my order was short 2 masks and got an automated response that states:
Your request (***) has been received and our response staff will review your inquiry as soon as possible,
The unexpected spike in customer service inquiries that our mask business has generated has created a bit of a backlog and we apologize if your attempts to get a resolution have gotten lost as we manage this growth. The wait time has been outside of what we find acceptable and certainly outside of the Stark's norm so we know it must feel doubly so for our customers. We have taken and continue to take steps to reduce the wait time but we aren't quite there yet so we ask for your patience for a while longer. Please know it is our goal to resolve your concern on the first contact so once you get your response we aim to respond with the resolution!
We are grateful for your business which has allowed our small Oregon company to stay afloat during these uncertain times and allowed us to employ 20 more people during an era of unprecedented unemployment. Thank YOU!

I EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY FURTHER RESPONSE AS OF AUGUST 10, 2020. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ordered approximately $40 worth of masks in mid July 2020 , and have still never received masks, or any return correspondence from the company despite many many attempts to see what holdup is. Money taken when
from credit card when order placed. Need a refund if this is scam and I'm never going to receive my order or explaination and detail why late.

I understand but it will be a month on Thursday and I haven’t received a tracking number. When I sent them an email they sent me a generic message about delays. I ordered two masks on 7/6/2020 at the cost of $25.90 my order # is***. My credit card was charged the $25.90. I received shipping notification on 7/7/2020 . To date I have not received the masks. I have emailed customer service 3 times and only got automated responses stating someone would get in touch with me. No one ever contacted me regarding this issue. I even called the store and left my order number and phone number on the recording. Again, no response.

I ordered two face masks from Stark's Vacuums on May 27th 2020 (order #***) and was charged at the time. I had not heard from the company for several weeks until I received tracking information for a shipment (tracking number ***) that never shipped. I waited three weeks and reached out to their support team and I never received a response. I waited two more weeks and then reached out again - still no response. I reached out a third and final time last week informing them that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from them or receive the masks that I paid for. To date no response whatsoever from the company and it has been well over two months since my order.#

Ordered 4 masks to minimize the spread of COVID from Stark's Vacuum through their online site May 26, 2020. The company billed our credit card on May 28, 2020. However, we have never received the masks; US Postal Service tracking of the item stopped on June 15, 2020 (the masks were never shipped), and any correspondence with the company stopped on July 9, 2020. Have reached out at least four times to the company since July 9, 2020 but have never heard back from them.

I order 4 masks and you get one free if you buy 4, I only received 2 masks, but was charged for 4. I have emailed about 4 times with no response. I was to attention Troy the last email sent, no response.
