I purchased face masks on July 12th ($194.25). They charged me right away. On the website it says 7-12 days for delivery. It’s been almost a month and no correspondence on when I’m supposed to get my order. I’ve emailed them several times and no response. I’ve also tried calling and it won’t go thru. I continue to get emails from this company saying they now have new colors and children sizes but no mention of my order. I would like a refund. Thank you.

Ordered masks and they charged my credit card July 6 2020 $56.15
I’ve yet to receive them. I’ve tried contacting via their e mail 3 x, no reply
I’ve yet to receive these masks, and in need to have to abide with state rules.
I would like to not have to buy disposable again. I’m 87 and is hard to shop plus not safe.

I ordered their special of 4 masks with one added for free. I did not receive the extra mask. It took so long that I emails to cancel my order. They simply sent me a form email and then ignored my request. The masks arrived anyway, minus one. I never opened the package but they will probably not take it back. I don'r recommend this company. Communication is awful.

On July 12,2020 I ordered 6 masks with 2 free. When I received my bank statement, I was double billed (77.70) was deducted 2 times from my account). I could not find a phone number, but did email them. My response was that they could not find my order. In the last week I received two separate orders a few days apart. The first order contained only 7 masks. Tje second order contained 8 masks. I found a phone number and reached a voicemail that promised to return my call. I have yet to receive a call back. I would like to return the second set of masks and receive a refund for them ($77.70).

I purchased face masks from Stark's Vacuums on July 11, 2020. I received my order July 27, 2020 and I'm not at all pleased! I ordered adult masks and the masks I received are like a child's mask!
I tried one on and it fitted very, very small! It barely went over my ears! It's good quality that's for sure but it didn't looked as advertised in the photos I saw Online. In the photos the mask is a good fit on the models. And that's not what I received. Need a refund.

I tried to contact Stark's Vacuums but they made it difficult to get in touch with them. There is no phone number listed or direct means to get in touch with Stark's Vacuums. There is an email for Stark's Vacuums using "[email protected]". I tried to get help from them a few times and they can't really help me solve my issues.

All the masks are the same size most people had a problem with them being to big so we added adjusters.

We can't take back any opened masks due to the COVID-19 issue. But I will be happy to refund the ones that are not open.

Please return them to us.

Put Tina on the package so I will know when they are returned and how many I need to refund.

There is no mention of a Return Label or details on how to send the items back. It's like a shot in the dark. I need more details for returning.

I ordered masks on July 25th. It said it would ship in 7-10 days. I have tried getting ahold of them to cancel since they have not even been shipped and with COVID I want them now. I still have not received an answer from my email 2 days ago to cancel.

This has been resolved I got them in the mail. Thanks for your help.

I ordered 2 masks and was told they would be here by a certain date and they are not. I can't reach them either by phone or email. They charged my account immediately, they can just refund my account. Poor customer service that you can not reach them for information about your order. There were a few of us that ordered that none of us received them.

I ordered 2 face masks on July 1, 2020, July 15 the sent an email stating that shipping had "started". 2 emails stating "Request received" as an answer, looks to me to a canned response. Tracking number indicates USPS has received notice of a label created. As of Aug 5, 2020 no further communication from them. The did charge my card though.

I still feel that I have been lied to throughout the whole transaction, this is the first time a backorder has been mentioned. I see there is a REAL shipping notice from USPS so let's just continue to the end (after a month and a half).

I ordered a set of face masks from the website on July 6, 2020. Received an email confirmation with order number, ***. The amount of $51.80 was charged to my credit card. Two weeks later, I received an email stating that shipping was delayed due to high demand (not a problem to me). Yesterday (Aug. 4), the USPS returned the shipment to the sender because the delivery address was "insufficient". Today (Aug. 5, 2020) I received a follow-up email regarding whether or not I had received the shipment. As per the message therein, I attempted to contact starks.com only to find that there is no contact information or portal available on the site to report a problem: no email designation, no customer service link, no phone numbers. I replied to the follow-up email (the URL has a noreply designation, but there was a link at the bottom of the message that seemed to work) stating that I was very unsatisfied with the transaction, that I wanted the order cancelled and the money refunded to my card immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business provided via email a "receipt" for a refund. No refund has been posted to my bank account as of this writing, and no approval code was included with the information on the "receipt". In addition, business provided a business name and city, with no street address, and no telephone contact numbes. A generic email address was provided, which I have not used. In addition, two pieces of malware were sent to my computer.

I am rejecting this response because: NO REFUND WAS EVER POSTED TO THE ACCOUNT FROM WHICH THE FUNDS WERE WITHDRAWN AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. The "Receipt" I received by email and the information provided by the business to the Revdex.com is bogus and has no meaning or value.

I have typed this so many times, this is a cut & paste of my last email to their support department:
I have no questions regarding order #*** with tracking , for items ordered on July 10th in the amount of $51.80.
As my last email stated and what I have been trying get resolved.....
The problem is with my order placed on or about July 15th for $77.70. I was never sent an email with a confirmation order # yet the $77.70 has been subtracted from my banking account. Copy of my bank record was attached to the email to Starks as proof the $77.70 was deducted from my bank account.
Starks's response is only "we don't have any other orders for you".....
Then refund my money..
Worst communication ever.

A shame that so many emails to Starks were not read correctly or at all and provided information I already had which was stated in my email to them. Terrible business practices. This problem has been resolved only because they received my Revdex.com complaint. Will not do business with them again.

DO NOT order from this company. Their lack of response and communication is very unprofessional. I've emailed them several times for the status of my orders with no response. They take your money right away but fail to fulfill their end of the contract.

I ordered four masks on about July 4th. I ordered two masks twice by mistake by pressing the button twice, but that is fine. I will take the four masks (though I would like the free mask for ordering four). I have not received my masks. I received shipping confirmation, but the shipping link still says that that masks are in Portland. No movement from July 16th. I have emailed the company three times with no response. There is no phone number to reach them at and the vacuum stores cannot help at all. I still want the mask but am incredibly upset that I have not received them yet, have received no response to my emails and have not other way to contact Stark.

I ordered several masks on June 14, 2020. My debit card was charged on the 17th. I have yet to receive the masks, and only got a form e-mail saying they should be arriving in mid-July. I sent a message last week asking for a refund since I still hadn’t received the masks.

Ordered masks on July 13, and it indicated on the website they would ship in 3-5 days. Received an email on day 3 that said they would ship in 2-3 weeks. They charged my card immediately, never have received the product and there is no response to emails or their contact form on the site. Either ship the masks or refund my card please. No phone number on the site to contact anyone.

I ordered 2 face masks on July 17th for my husband and myself and have not received them. The website states 7 to 10 days. I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone , no success. There is no way to contact them to cancel my order and get a refund. Can you help me?0

I ordered masks on 7/08/2020 and was told would ship 7-10 days, they charged my bank $51.80 immediately, and I’ve yet to receive the masks. There is no place to call to speak to a live person and the support email they provided, never replies with status. In last email to them, I requested a full refund if the order has not been shipped...no reply! Both my granddaughter and I have asthma and so needed these masks to be able to go out for essentials.
