I reached out to this company on 7/11, 7/21, and 7/30. I made my purchase based on an ad on Facebook. I knew there was a 2-3 week delay but I was willing to wait based on having found a great mask made in the USA.*

The masks are too big for me; too small for my husband. I offered to keep the one I tried on and return the rest for a refund. No reply other than “it will take us a while to reply”. I reached out again for a response and also stated that with my order I specified in the notes section that I did not want any other color chosen for my “free mask” than one of the two colors I had ordered. That request was disregarded. Again I asked to return the unopened masks for a refund. No reply. I do, however, keep getting marketing emails from Stark's and NOW the masks are adjustable. I guess too many complaints about the sizing finally got their attention. With my third attempt to reach them, I acknowledged that I respected their no return policy due to Covid (although that was not mentioned when ordered) and expressed my chagrin to learn the masks had been made in Vietnam*. I, too, thought I was ordering a made in USA product.
I requested a fair refund from them in preference to reaching out to my credit card company. Still I have had no reply from the Stark's.

I consider this complaint to be resolved. The merchant met the terms of my original purchase and then graciously refunded the amount of that purchase when I expressed some dissatisfaction with the product.It is my understanding that Stark’s Vacuums has since been able to manufacture a mask that does not have similar issues. I wish them great success, as they have had with their vacuum business for years, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.Best regards

I have ordered 2 masks (Order # ***) ordered 6/30/20 and was emailed receipt of the order, my credit card was charged. Since the purchase date I've received NO delivery of the 2 masks. I have called the listed store and left a voicemail requesting call back (no call back), I have emailed them 3 times asking for updates on delivery (with no response), I left a message on their ***. Below is a copy of the email order# they sent me validating the receipt of the order. My online banking summary shows the card was charged that same day. No one responds to any communication I have tried. I want my money back or the masks shipped ASAP. I don't care which.

Placed an order on June 25th and have only received 3 of the 5 masks after waiting 3 weeks for them. Paid for 4 with the 5th one being free. Have contacted Stark's via Facebook, Facebook Messenger and e-mail and still no response on what has happened with the other 2 masks.

Purchased $155.40 worth of masks from starks vacuums, order ***.
Just like the other customers, I cant get ahold of this business and I've waited too long for these masks, so I want my money refunded.

This company advertised several times on Facebook selling face masks, the advertising promised a 3-9 day delivery of orders. I have been waiting for over two weeks, after having standard emails saying I would get a response I ended up sending an email to request a cancellation of the order and a refund. There's has been no response of any sort about that.

Hello

Since putting in the complaint to Starks Vacuum's I have received an email saying that the order is being processed and will be shipped out 'soon'

If you see the contents of the complaint you will see that I requested a full and immediate refund not a further waiting time. The items are no longer relevant to me considering I ordered them mid July and they were supposed to arrive 3-9 days later.

I feel it is not my responsibility to give them more time to deliver because once they got overwhelmed with orders they should have stopped advertising until they caught up.

I am still wanting just the immediate and full refund not more promises of 'soon'

Would you please be able to contact them again and request a refund.

On June 6, 2020 I paid and ordered 2 adult masks (Order #***). On July 27, I emailed the company asking that they expedite my order. I received a automated response that my request (***) had been received. But no information about resolution.

First 2 emails, I received a response but my question was not answered so still no idea as to where my order is. Am asking for a full refund as need masks now....thank you

I placed a mask order on 7/17/20 with Stark Vacuum and funds withdrawn from my account. To this day I still have not received my masks, let alone any response to when I'll receive them. I have contacted them numerous of times through email at [email protected], to only receive a generic automated e mail. This is poor customer service and not a great to run a business.

I ordered 3 masks from Starks Vacuums on July 7, 2020 via their web site (order #***). I received confirmation the same day.
The next day I received an email stating the order was shipped and my credit card was charged for the full amount due.
I have still received my order. I have checked the tracking number it shows it still in Portland Oregon.
I went to my local post office today for them to find it. It has not yet been put into the postal system. The post master says it is likely still at the factory with a third party mailing label on it. That would be why there is a tracking number. I also signed up to get notices from the postal service of the process through the system.
I would like to cancel this order and be refunded the amount paid. Thank you
I have also sent three emails to the company with only automated responses. There has been no response directly from the company.

I placed an order on July 1 2020 for two face mask , on July 3 2020 my credit card was charged . I have yet to receive a shipping notice or my order purchased . I try to contact them by e-mail as well as my wife has tried and we get told somebody will contact us but they never do . So I just want to know if they are going to ship and if so when . I have been patient due to knowing the covid outbreak has disrupted things , but I don't think I should be charged until the actual package has been mailed .

On June 28, I ordered 3 masks. My credit card was charged that same date. On July14, I received an email that my order was ready to ship and was provided a USPS tracking number. It said that the order was in pre-ship status. I have heard nothing since, and my emails to them have gone unanswered. There is no other contact information provided. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am very disappointed in this company for misleading people during this pandemic. We are senior citizens with health issues. These masks sounded like they were wonderful for people who wear glasses so that they don't fog up. There were great reviews on their site, but now I read where they delete bad reviews on their website and on Facebook. What a scam!

Ordered 2 COVID masks on July 14,2020 that Stark’s Vacuums were advertising to keep their business operating. Charged $25.90 to my Chase Visa . Ad said they would be sent within 10 days and an email would notify me at time of shipment. Have yet to receive masks or email regarding this purchase. However , I did receive my Visa bill and the charge which I foolishly paid. Since then, I have emailed them twice and tried to contact them with the number listed on my credit card statement (971-386-5887). That number could not take my call as mailbox was full. I assume I am out my money, but want Revdex.com to be aware of the situation .

Actually, I did reply but it apparently did not go through. At any rate, the issue is resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Stark’s face masks on July 13, 2020. I ordered 4 masks 1 camo, 1 lilac,1 graphite and 1 white. The ad said that 2 free masks would be added at shipping. No colors were stated. Order #***. On July 18, 2020 I received an email stating a shipping delay.
On July 29, 2020 I sent an email to Starks asking about the order and approximate shipping. I received an automated reply with a request #*** stating they have a backlog and especially on the graphite but no mention of shipping the other colors. I was looking forward to receiving these face masks by what they described in the ad. Unfortunately I need them or would like to get a refund of $51.80 that was charged to my account.

Ordered (2) masks on 7/8/20, order #***, and received a confirmation. The website showed that they would be sent within 7-10 days. During that period, I made numerous attempts at contacting customer service, however, all the attempts only resulted in a auto generated reply from "Troy". I sent an e-mail to customer service on 7/18, asking them to cancel my order. Nobody ever replied to me. On 7/27, I received an e-mail saying that my masks were being mailed. I immediately sent an e-mail to c/s requesting them not to mail the masks, as I had cancelled the order on the 18th. I heard nothing further from anybody. Lo and behold, they showed up today via USPS. Not expecting masks from Stark's, as I had cancelled 2 weeks ago, I opened the envelope and the masks had arrived. I do not want these masks. During this pandemic, it became necessary for me to obtain masks from an alternate source, as it was a health issue. Furthermore, the masks do not fit. They are sized for a child, and their website now shows that 3 days after they mailed my masks, they were redesigning the masks to be further adjustable, but, only on those shipped after 7/31

I ordered masks back on 6/15/2020 order ID. Stark's processed the charges on my credit on 6/15, but I have not received my order. I received an email 7/14 looking for a delivery confirmation, which I have replied to that I have not received. I can't find any email address to contact them.

I purchased 4 masks w/ 1 free for $51.80 from a Facebook ad on 7/13 and received an email stating to expect the product within 7-10 business days. I emailed their customer service on 7/27 and they did not respond.

I bought two masks from this sham company more than two months ago, and have never received them. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email more than 10 times, and they will not respond back. Do not send them any money for masks, they are crooks.

I ordered through their website on Favebook on July 5th 2020 and I never recieved a confirmation email saying that they were making my order. I emailed multiple times to customer service and all I got back in reply was that they were going to get back with me. Till this day I still haven't recieved anything yet. Email, or mail. I want a refund.
