I paid for an online order and received a confirmation email stating items were delivered via USPS. However, I never received them. I notified Stark’s that I did not receive my order and they just returned the delivery confirmation I gave them. They refuse to resend my order or refund my payment. So currently I don’t have the items I ordered nor do I have my money.

Ordered masks in June they were paid I never received my order
I have emailed and called numerous times. They should Refund or ship
Ridiculous they advertise shipping 5 to 7 days they should say 7 months or never!! Same as a scam like stealing!! False advertisement also!!

I ordered two face masks from Stark's Vacuums on July 15. I had been looking for a cloth mask that does not fog glasses, and the facebook ad had great reviews from glasses wearers. I decided to give it a try and ordered two.My debit card was charged immediately. After two weeks, I sent the company an email asking for an approximate delivery date, and I received an auto generated email and a tracking number for delivery. After two weeks, the tracking number said the masks were still in Portland, OR, so I sent the company another email. Again, I received another auto generated response. Additionally, I get promotional emails from the company every few days stating that their masks are ready to ship, but I still haven't received mine after six weeks. I honestly do not mind that the masks are late- I understand that with COVID, things are running behind, both with businesses and the post office. I just would have liked more information from the company- I'm beginning to wonder if Stark's is a real company? After all, if a promotional email says masks are ready to ship, and I don't receive mine after 6 weeks with no word of delivery, it just doesn't seem to add up. I'm actually disappointed- I really wanted to try your masks!

I placed an order for two masks on July 10, 2020. On July 17, 2020, I received notice that the order (2 face masks) had been shipped. To date, SIX weeks later, I have not received my order and the tracking information stops in Portland, OR. All efforts to get an update from the company have been futile. I sent several emails, which were ignored, and resorted to posting a review where I explained that I like the masks (had ordered 2 before), but couldn't get an update on my order and was getting frustrated. My review, despite being a verified customer, was not posted or responded to. I also tried to call the shops directly and all three times, employees explained that they were similarly frustrated with the experience (because they were on the front line of the complaints) and could only direct people to the email address. It's particularly frustrating because they send out weekly emails saying their masks ship within 1-3 business days. These masks are good, especially for folks with glasses, and I just want to find out how to actually receive them.

I placed an order on July 16th for 4 face mask plus 1 free mask. I received a confirmation email from Starks on July 16 stating the order will ship in 7-10 business days. I sent an email on August 19 asking for an update on the status of my order. I received an automated reply, but no response from a Starks representative. I sent a second email on August 26 again asking for the status of my order and for shipping confirmation. The order was placed over 6 weeks ago, my credit card has been charged for the full amount and I have not received any updates on the status of my order nor have I received any response from a Starks representative.

Placed an order online for face masks on 6/27/20 and have not received the order or heard back from anyone. $51.80 cleared my account on 6/30/20. On 7/27/20 I received an email from "Shopper Approved" on behalf of Stark's asking to click a link to confirm that I received the order or to wait 24-48 hours and contact Stark's if still not received but with no contact information. on 7/31/20, I called the Gresham store and was told they do not deal with the online orders and need to email them. On the same day I sent an email to the address the person gave me requesting a refund since it had been so long and I no longer needed the items. I received a canned email response the same day stating my request had been received and will review the inquiry as soon as possible. I did not receive a response so I emailed again on 8/17/20, still no response. I posted a few times on facebook as well during this time without a response. On 8/25/20, I submitted a third request and again no response.

I ordered masks on 7/11/2020 in the amount of $77.70 My credit card has been charged the very same day!!!!!!!
Now it’s August 27th 2020 and I am still waiting for the masks.

On the 12th I received an email that it should ship out shortly. On 7/18 they informed me via email about a delay of 2 to 3 weeks. I responded to that email and informed Starks that we would be moving soon. That same day Troy from Starks contacted me via email and asked about the new address to get it updated. I provided the new address to him (responding to his email) on 7/19.

After this I have emailed Stark's multiple times and asked WHEN I will receive my payed-for order. NO ONE every contacts me back.

Just wanted to point out that in their last message they even show that the package never left there house until August 1, 2020,5:46 pmShipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting ItemPORTLAND, OR 97230

contrary to what they claimed before. It was quite a hassle to get my money back - but the only right solution since I NEVER received my package even though I did notify them well in time that the address had changed.

In July 2020, I ordered two face masks from Stark's. My credit card payment of $25.90 was processed on July 20. On July 31, I received notice that my order was shipped and sent to thePost Office. I also received a tracking number. The P.O.says it never received the package from Stark's. I have emailed the company three times--August 13,18, 21. I called the store and they were unable to help me. They did inform me that they have received many complaints by phone, and apologized for being unable to assist me. They told me the face mask department has no phone number for me to call.

I ordered face masks from Stark 7-14. They took $51.80 out of my checking that same day. I have heard nothing from them.
I have tried contacting them numerous times without success. They are still advertising on line saying they are shipping in 1 to 3 days. It has been over 6 weeks and I want to know what is going on.

I order my masks on June 17 and still have not received them. I get no response when I try and contact them via email. The took my money before the masks were sent and I finally got an email saying they had shipped it on July 23rd and now it’s August 27 and still no masks. I feel I’ve been ripped off. I give them zero stars.

I ordered 4 face masks on July 15th. I have not received them and my charge card was charged $51.80. I have emailed the company three times and each time I receive a form letter with a request number saying my order might be slightly delayed. I have not found a number to call on the Starks website. I would like a refund. My husband is a teacher and I need to order new masks from a reliable company. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I ordered masks for myself and family because of the COVID-19 pandemic. On July 15 I placed two separate orders for four masks each. a Bonus mask was to be included with each order of four masks. To date (August 26, 2020) I have received only four masks (one order, but without the promised bonus mask). I was notified on August 14th that m second order had been sent to the USPS. Here it is two weeks later and still no masks (4) from the second order nor the two free masks. It should no take more than a few days at most to travel the 100 miles from Portland to Corvallis OR. I chose Starks because they were a local, supposedly reputable company. Not So! They have committed both fraud and fraudulent advertising.I want a refund for the four masks not yet received.

This is to advise Revdex.com that I have finally received all of the masks I ordered from Stark’s on July 15, 2020. I filed a complaint to Revdex.com on 8/26/20. It looks like your notice to Stark’s was effective after my multiple requests to them over the last six weeks were not. They need to improve their customer service w/r to answering communications and shipping ordered products in a much more timely manner. My receipt of the masks I ordered plus the two free bonus masks they advertised closes my request to Revdex.com. I will not do business with Stark’s ever again. Thank you, Revdex.com for facilitating resolution of my claim for a $51.80 refund by spurring Stark’s into action to send me the masks I ordered 7/15/20. ***Sent from

My order (Order #***) did not have all of the masks that were ordered and paid for by credit card. Although several of the masks arrived, there were many kid-size masks missing from the order. I have tried contacting Starks by email and by Facebook Messenger, but have not received any response from the company.
I received only 4 red kid-size masks and should have received 4 additional red kid-size masks for a total of 8 that were ordered. The order was missing 4 red kid-size masks. Also, I did not receive any blue kid-size masks. I should have received 8 blue kid-size masks in the order.
This is a total of 12 kid-size masks that were missing from my order. That was $155.40 of my order that was not completed. and of which I paid for by credit card.
Hopefully, Starks will be able to resolve the problem of missing kid-size masks (12 total) quickly and satisfactorily.

I just got home from work and a package with 12 kid-size masks and 2 adult masks (free) was in my mail. I have received the missing masks! The problem of the missing 12 masks has been resolved. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. I appreciate it.

Ordered masks. charged card. Never came. Automated responses. In dispute.

I placed an order (#***) for 4 masks on May 27, 2020. Having not received the order by late June, I reached out and was told that they were having fulfillment issues. That's fine. On July 7 I received an email that the order would be shipping soon and that I would receive an email when it had shipped. I had not received my order by July 27, at which time I placed a second inquiry to their customer service email. I received an automated response indicating that they were overwhelmed and were working through a backlog of customer service inquiries. It is now August 24 and I have yet to receive my order or an actual response to my customer service inquiry.

On 7/27/2020, I reached out to Stark's by using the company's support email address listed on the bottom of my confirmation order to get an update on the delivery date. It's going now on 7 weeks and I still don't have my face masks. I recently got a promo ad from Starks that they are now shipping all orders within 1-3 days. If that is the case, why haven't I received the order I placed almost 7 weeks ago?

I ordered some face masks on July 15th and as of August 24th they have not arrived. Ten days ago, after contacting the company, I was finally given a tracking number and was told the items would be sent out the next day. Now, according to the tracking number, as of today (8/24/20) the label has been printed but the item has not yet been received at the post office for shipment.
