Way back on June 18 I ordered 2 masks. My card was charged right away. I recieved my confirmation #, and email stating that it would send out with tracking#. Ok great.....tracking # never worked, I have repeatedly emailed to no avail. For answers I have never recieved, only in return form letter...I still havnt recieved my masks 2 months later. Really bad way to do business....I'm seeking refund through my bank.

So if you have requested a refund from your bank please either stop that or send us a check, because you have now been refunded 2 times and your package will be delivered.

1 star ONLY because they FINALLY shipped the 4 masks I ordered after weeks of hounding them for feedback, during which time they sent no less than 5 additional marking emails to me. Their advertisement I purchased from said "order 4 and we'll send you 1 additional free of charge". No additional mask received and no return email after 3 tries from me on where this additional mask may be. Untrustworthy, do not meet obligations, and complete lack of communication with their customers.

Company charged my credit card 7/26. Only on &/14 did they deliver only 2 of 10 masks ordered and paid for. My emails to company have not been answered. I now have no confidence that product even is protective against viruses. I’ve asked questions and received no responses.

I purchased 2 masks and they included with one of the masks only 2 very small black beads. There was no information as to why they provided them. I went on their website and found where they listed that their masks were too large for many people and they are now making masks to include mask adjusters. The beads that were provided to me have an extremely small hole and it is impossible to get the material through the holes. Believe me I tried. I emailed them 2 times and still have not heard back from them. I have 2 masks that I cannot wear as they are way too big and slip right off. I either want a refund or to be sent 2 sets of adjusters. They realized they had a problem because they changed the way they are making the masks.

So you received 2 masks that came with size adjusters and you can't get them to work so you want us to refund them.

First of all we cannot take back masks that have been used. That was on our website. We sent items to help you make them fit.

I am not sure what else I can do for you.

Ordered mask mid July. Payment was made at the time the order was placed. After e-mail inquiry we received a reply stating the order was ready (July 27) and awaiting label - this is still the message you get when you try to track. Sent a second e-mail and got what appears to be a standard reply stating they do not have sufficient staff to reply directly.

Order placed on July 3, 2020. Email received on July 7, 2020 says order shipped with tracking info. Order not received as of August 15, 2020. Tracking still says "in transit" from Portland OR. Emailed company on August 8, 2020 inquiring about issue, received automatic response saying request received. Second email sent August 15, 2020 asking for refund.

I ordered face masks via their website on June 30th. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged $51.80 on July 3rd. I contacted the company via Facebook on July 31st to ask about my order status. I was told to email [email protected] which I did that evening. On Aug. 7th, I receive a reply stating that my order had been repacked and would ship the next day. I was provided with a tracking number. As of today, August 15th, the tracking number shows the label has been printed but has NOT shipped. I have contacted them three more times to try to find out why it hasn't shipped but I only get auto replies and a message telling me to contact [email protected]. I anticipated a longer than usual amount of time to ship but this is unreasonable and based on comments on their Facebook page, a significant number of people who ordered after me have received their orders.

I rdered 2 masks from them of off one of their advertisements on Facebook on May 30th and never received them. I was billed $25.90 and received an invoice. I reached out to them twice (at 4 weeks and 6 weeks) via email to inquire on the status of my order, and never received a response.

I ordered 4 masks from Stark’s in Portland Oregon on July 19. They have not been sent. They still have my payment. They do not answer their phone calls and there is nothing but a form text in answer to my emails. I would like my money refunded if they do not plan to ship my masks quickly.

Like the other 85 complaints, our problem is placing an order that was immediately charged to the credit card, but was never shipped and it is impossible to reach anyone at Stark's for customer service. I just get automated emails - the first promised the order we placed on 7/21 would be shipped in 7-10 days. The other automated email said they were backlogged with mask orders, but to be patient. After seeing these other complaints I don't plan on being patient - I'm going to contact my credit card company and report this as fraud. STRONGLY urge other consumers to steer clear of this business. There were a number of great product reviews online, but it doesn't do any good if they never ship and they can't be reached.....but they have their money. RUN, don't merely walk away from this one!

To follow up on my complaint, below. We FINALLY received a shipment of masks this morning. I rejected the initial response from Stark's because labels had been created but there was nothing actually shipped, and we also had and an email from Stark's "confirming" a full credit we never received.However, in light of this development I would like to update the complaint to reflect that we did receive our order and we consider this issue resolved. I don't know how to update the complaint since your instructions say we have to wait to hear from you after rejecting their initial response. Please advise.Thank you.

I ordered our masks on 8/6 and never received a shipment notification or a response to my inquiry. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund as my card was billed

I didn't respond in time but I wanted to make sure that it was known I received to my refund thank you

I ordered 3 masks from Starks Vaccums early July. The payment was cleared very promptly for $42.11 with a note saying due to backlog there would be a delay. We did receive a tracking # weeks later but it had a deliver to Portland on it. We have never received our masks, I've emailed and called and received no help.

I ordered masks from Stark’s vacuums on July 4th on their website. It’s now August and I still haven’t received my masks and when I check it says it’s in the process of shipping.

I ordered masks from them have not received them after a month time .I have sent numerous emails have not received my money refunded or any action taken.

I ordered 5 masks on 21 July In which my account was charged and with a confirmation sent of 7-10 day shipping guideline. After 4 emails being sent and 4 emails being ignored I have decided to file this complaint. I want my money refunded..Order # ***. The unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness showed by this business is unacceptable, and I hope all these complaints that have been filed either opens Leaderships eyes or their doors get closed!

I reached out to the company with an email dated July 30, 2020. I received a generated response from the company:
Your request (***) has been received and our response staff will review your inquiry as soon as possible,
The unexpected spike in customer service inquiries that our mask business has generated has created a bit of a backlog and we apologize if your attempts to get a resolution have gotten lost as we manage this growth. The wait time has been outside of what we find acceptable and certainly outside of the Stark's norm so we know it must feel doubly so for our customers. We have taken and continue to take steps to reduce the wait time but we aren't quite there yet so we ask for your patience for a while longer. Please know it is our goal to resolve your concern on the first contact so once you get your response we aim to respond with the resolution!
Please note: We did have a delay on our production (especially of graphite) so orders placed after July 7 may be slightly more delayed than originally thought.
We are grateful for your business which has allowed our small Oregon company to stay afloat during these uncertain times and allowed us to employ 20 more people during an era of unprecedented unemployment. Thank YOU!

I ordered six masks online from Stark's Vacuum on June 30, 2020. I received an email confirmation of my order (#***) that same day.

The amount due, $77.70, was debited from my bank account on July 2, 2020.

On July 12, I received an email update from Stark's stating they had gotten backed up with orders, and those orders after June 25 would not be shipping until Thursday, July 16. It also stated that a tracking link would be sent within a week after that. I got nothing.

I emailed their support email address on July 22, inquiring after my order and got a generic response requesting patience.

On July 30, I received an email from Shopper Approved for Stark's asked me to respond in one of three ways: click on a button to let them know you got your order, send the Stark's support email address a response if you hadn't gotten your order, or click here if you cancelled your order. I responded to the support address that I had not gotten my order. I emailed on August 3 and 4 with no response. I emailed again August 6, and that email bounced back claiming the message was blocked.

After calling and speaking to someone in one of their stores and was told the address given by Shopper Approved was incorrect (they gave me the same support address I had been using earlier) on August 10, I emailed again and got a canned response requesting patience, and that someone would be contacting me. I have heard nothing since.
