ordered masks for COVID-19 PROTECTION on 7/10/20 order number ***, my credit card was charged $64.81 on the same day. masks not received. I sent an email inquiry on 7/30/20 received a response email stating that due to number of orders they were experiencing a backlog and would send order as soon as possible. I sent a second email on 8/08/20 requesting to cancel the order, no response has been received to the current date.

I ordered (Order #***) 4 masks from Starks on 6/27/2020 with the promise that a 5th mask would be free. My credit card was immediately charged. I have not received my order. I got a shipping notification on 7/13/20 that the package was shipped and was provided a link to a *** tracking number. When you click on the link, including today, you get a notice that the order is in "pre-transit". I sent several emails and have not received any response and there is an obvious attempt to not provide any customer service number on ther website. In addition, the Starks website is currently advertising that they ship within 1-3 business days. That is clearly not true. I would like a refund

On July 20, 2020, my husband and I purchased 6 face masks from this company. We understood and accepted that it would take a couple of weeks for them to ship out. We received our order and when we opened the envelope, there were only 2 masks in the package. We have tried numerous times to email them about the missing masks, but have received no response. I have even asked for a refund, and yet, no response. It is frustrating that there is not a phone number that customers can call to get these types of problems corrected. The order number that is in question is #***. The masks that are missing are the 2 kids masks, the adult lilac, and adult light grey. It is frustrating considering that an email just went out that you all are finally up to shipping masks out within 1-3 days.

We ordered masks from Stark Vacuum online on @ 7/14/20. The funds were removed from our account on 7/14/20. We have never received an order confirmation and have not received the masks. We have called twice, getting voicemail only, and have never received a call back. We would like our money refunded ASAP.

I placed an order for face masks on July 11, 2020. I have never received the product though they charged my credit card immediately. They did notify me of a "slight" delay in delivery shortly after I placed my order. I have written several times asking for assistance and no one has ever responded. I see them advertising heavily and promising fast delivery.

My problem is the same as everyone else’s - I ordered 2 face masks on July 20. I received an email on August 1 that they have shipped. Still have not received them. Have sent 2 emails, as there has been no other way to contact them. Have received no response to either email.

I ordered four masks on the promise of a free mask with the four. They took twice the advertised time to deliver and did not include the promised free mask. Multiple emails received no response, and they don't answer the phone number a store employee gave me for "customer service."

Stark's has ads online saying if you buy 4 facemasks you will get 1 free. When I went to place my order I ordered 5 masks, thinking I would be charged for 4. However, I was charged for all 5 masks. My next thought was ok...I will receive 6 masks then. However, I only received the 5 I was charged for. I have made several attempts to reach Stark's with their support email, but I have had zero response.

Customer Service is abhorrent. Will not communicate. Missing item in order. Postage paid shown of package even proves item not shipped per weight. Finally had to dispute charge with credit card company. They hide any negative review other than minor errors on both websites and Facebook.

I ordered 6 + 2 free face masks (online) for $77.70 on July 20, 2020, at which point my credit card was charged with the full amount. As of August 19, I have not received delivery. Multiple emails have been sent to Stark's, but as of this date there has been no response relative to a ship or delivery date. Tracking data indicates that a "shipping label" was created on August 5, 2020, but the postal service has not received the package.

I placed order #*** on 7/20/20 for face coverings totaling $51.81. I received confirmation of my order and can see that a shipping label was created on 7/22. HOWEVER, the order has not shipped. I have tried emailing the company (7/30, 8/10, 8/11, 8/18) and have not received any response as to where my order is. My credit card has already been charged, but I have not received my items or any response from the company.

I would like to know when I can expect these face coverings.

I ordered four face masks on July 2, 2020. My credit card was charged immediately. On July 3, I received an email saying the order was in the mail (USPS) with a tracking number. I have emailed Stark's twice to let them know the masks had not arrived, but have had no response from them. Today I filed a complaint with the Post Office. I was phoned almost immediately by my local Postmaster who had checked it out and said although the shipping label had been generated, the package had never been scanned in at the Portland, Oregon, post office.

I ordered 1 face mask from Starks online on May 4, 2020, I was going to order a few more after I received the first order. As of today August 19,2020 I have not received my order but was charged for it on my credit card. I have sent numerous emails to them and tried calling but was told I could not talk to anybody it had to be by email only. This company is unresponsive no one has gotten back to me, this is no way to run a business

I placed an order for 2 masks totalling $25.90 on July 8th from Stark's Vacuums. I received an email stating they would be delayed a couple of weeks. I waited until August 6th before sending an email inquiring about shipping. I did not receive a response from an actual person. I sent a few emails after that, to no avail. They don't have a phone number listed on their mask selling website. I called their Portland store, talked to a very nice guy, but he was also unable to help me. My order has still not shipped. I just want a refund please.

Placed order for two masks on 6/28/2020 my credit card was charged immediately, received notice stating my order was in pre-transit on 7/13/2020, my order has never moved beyond pre-transit (shipping labels created). I have emailed the company four times with no further information received about when my order would arrive, I have tried to contact the numbers listed with no ability to reach anyone. Almost 8 weeks has gone by since my card was charged and I still have not received the masks or even a response.

I ordered masks back in early July, they charged my bank $51.80 immediately, I got a notice that they shipped on 7/17/2020 and I’ve yet to receive the masks. There is no place to call to speak to a live person and the support email they provided, never replies when you inquire. You click the tracking link and it says that it is still in Oregan waiting for the USPS to accept it. I requested a full refund, and still no reply!

Ordered masks in early July. Said they shipped in late July. Never received. Sent 3 email inquiries. Only received automated replies. As of Aug 18th, merchandise still has not arrived.

I contacted customer support on August 10 with no response after 8 days. I would like a full refund at this point since I highly doubt I will ever receive any masks. My credit card was charged $51.80. I would like my card credited for the full amount as soon as possible. Thank you

I received masks that I ordered on August 18 2020. The website said they had a polypropylene filter but they do not. The website also said they were machine washable but they are not, according to the instructions inserted into each mask package. They are also useless because a person can blow wind right through the material. The masks are unsafe.

I have saved a screen shot of their website in case they change the information before the Revdex.com can see.

I have read your complaint. The masks we sale have a filter on the inside. I have cut one in half just to see it. The masks are washable I don't know why you would think they are not. I wear these masks every day and sometimes I have a hard time breathing with them on. I feel like you are reporting fake news. What company are you with that you would make these statements. I have a mask right here and I have a screen shot, several of them.

We will not stop selling the masks. I am sorry that you don't like our masks, not everyone has to.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the instruction insert and I am attaching it to the this rejection. It was advertised as a polypropylene filter NOT a DUST filter. I find the response by this business to be unprofessional and infantile. They need to read their own instructions inserted in the package, it clearly said to HAND WASH. I did not get what was advertised on the website at all!

The website state:

I have machine washed and hand washed mine I have not had a problem with them.

The filter is a poly filter I am not sure why you think it is not.

Trust me the Revdex.com has seen everything about these masks. Since you have already been saying bad thing about our mask I am hesitant to refund your money. You have obviously opened all the packages and cut them up, so there is nothing to return.

But I will refund your purchase because I don't want some one to wear our mask that thinks they are unsafe.
