I purchased 2 face masks from Stark. I received a confirmation email from them 7/10/20 (Order #***). I never received the masks. I emailed their customer service ([email protected]) on 8/11 to ask about my order. Zero response. I emailed again on 8/21 and again zero response. On 8/23 I tried to contact them via the messenger link on their *** page. Zero response. I emailed again today and again, zero reponse. It is going on 7 weeks since I place my order.

Do Not Order from this company - Poor Service & Not made in USA
I ordered 4 masks with 1 free masks on July 18th. When calling a couple of their 10 Oregon locations I was told they don't know anything about the masks and I will need to email their support team since they don't have a phone#. I sent numerous emails to their support team w/o any response inquiring the status of my order. The tracking # did not work at first. Later it did work. It showed the masks shipped on 8/05/20 from Portland and again on 8/19/20. Once I informed them that I am disputing the charge with my credit card company I notice on the tracking activity showed that my shipment is in transit 8/20/20. I received the masks the next day, 8/21/20.

Comments on email after my order was placed:
"We are grateful for your business which has allowed our small Oregon company to stay afloat during these uncertain times and allowed us to employ 20 more people during an era of unprecedented unemployment. Thank YOU!"

Mentioned on their website:

This leads one to believe the Face Masks are made by them, in the USA. Unfortuately the Face Masks are made in VIETNAM. They are not made in USA as they want you to believe.

I ordered face masks online with the company on July 4, 2020 for the amount of $25.90 they have debit the money from my bank account on July 6, 2020. As of August 22, 2020, I have not received ANY notifications from Stark's or delivery for my purchased items. it appears there isn't a customer service contact for me to reach out to to find out where my items are and/or to demand a refund. Not a good company to conduct business with especially when they can't keep their promise on the sales.

I ordered face masks from this company on a July 1, 2020, Oder No. *** and have not received my products. My credit card was immediately charged for the costs of these masks. On July 16, 2020 I was notified via email that a mailing label was prepared for shipment. On July 28, 2020 I emailed the company about my concern that I hadn’t received my masks. I’ve emailed several more times without any response from the company.

I have NOT received my order. I wouldn’t be filing a complaint if I had. I’ve attached an email from them sent to me on July 15, 2020. It says the order is processed and will be shipping soon. The response stated I received it on July 13, 2020. They are not telling the truth. How do I even check that tracking number?

I ordered on 7/2/2020 order number is *** masks from them that I never received, They deducted $38.85 on 7/6/2020 from my account. I want a full refund and they can forget about me ever ordering from then. I have shark vacuums but I won't ever buy another one. My business will go to someone that treats people better.

Ordered 2 masks end of June 2020; starks sent email July 7,2020 giving usps tracking number , but always showed pre shipment, all the way up until I cancelled the transaction with my credit card company August 22,2020. Starks was unresponsive through email communications and not available via phone, very poor business,do not use!!!

Like others on this page, I have not received ordered masks. I got half of my order and I made several attempts to contact them. I have only gotten form letters and no actual response or resolution. It appears that Starks is making some good money off this pandemic—pocketing money for no product.

My order for 6 masks was placed on July 21,2020. The masks have not been delivered and two emails to the business about the status of the order have not been answered apart from a stock "We have received your response." According to the tracking details the company sent when they announced the order was on its way, the order was tagged and sent out for shipment via USPS on August 5th and the order has been listed as "Pre-transit" since that time. While I understand that the USPS is delaying mail service, it would be helpful to have received contact from the company about the status of my order after repeated attempts to reach them.

I ordered 2 camo face masks June 21 and to date have not received them order number ***. I have tried repeatedly to reach out to the company but have not heard back from them. I really wanted the masks for my husband who works in a grocery store and could really use them.

I purchased two masks on July 19, 2020. I was told to expect shipping in 7-10 days. It has been over 1 month and I still have not received them. Furthermore, I have not received an update on the status of the masks, despite emailing the company multiple times (August 3, August 13, August 19), as well as posting on facebook. I checked my tracking number, and it says it has been in pre-transit since August 5 and still has not been shipped ("The shipping label has been created and the USPS is awaiting the item.") I have included this information in my emails with no response. I was able to reach someone on facebook via messenger who told me to send an email but then I did not receive a response. Meanwhile, I continue to receive frequent promotional emails from Stark's promoting efficient shipping times of 1-3 days.

I purchased these items well in advance because I needed them for when I took a licensing exam in a testing center. They did not arrive in time. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. Delays happen, I understand that, but the company needs to have open communication- reach out to customers to give them a heads up on delays and expected turnaround times, and respond to customer emails.

Ordered 2 masks on 6/7/20. $25.90 was immediately charged to my account. Was informed on 7/3 my order it was being mailed via usps, as of 8/21 USPS tracking has still not yet received the item to be mailed. Have tried several times to call and email them with no results

We ordered 2 of their special masks, which had a nose guard to wear under the frame of the glasses to keep from fogging. ALSO ORDERED a package of 10 mask adjusters, to put on other masks we have. Never received them, and my emails to the company are a big runaround.

I tried to contact these guys to find my order, no luck getting a response. I finally got mine after about a month. But the quality isn't nearly what people are saying in the reviews. I posted comments on their *** regarding this situation and they deleted them and blocked me. That is a big red flag. Very disappointed, a big waste of money. Found much better masks on *** that deliver quickly for much cheaper. Don't waste your money here! Bunch of scammers with crappy merch!

Ordered 4 masks (plus 1 free) on June 5, 2020.
Charged $51.80 on my credit card.
Have not received masks or refunds as of today, Aug 21, 2020.
Emailed Starks on July 6, July 20, July 30, Aug 10.
Called on July 30, was told it was probably hopeless.
Asked for refund in Aug 10 email.

I ordered masks from Starks and they shipped them to the wrong address. I alerted them right away via email but they never responded. I tried 4 times. The masks were sent to the wrong address and have now been returned. I have not received product or a refund.

I purchased two masks on July 10. The payment for those were taken out of my bank account on July 13. I received an email saying my order was “processing” on July 16. I emailed on July 24 because I had not received them. I received a “generated” email telling me there was a production and response delay. I received no further contact. I emailed again on August 4 and received the same computer generated email and no further response. I emailed a third time on August 16 and received, yet again, the exact same computer generated email and no further response from them.

I sent 2 emails and received a generic stock reply with no specifics as to the status. I also left a voice mail message a couple of weeks ago and have not received a call back. Order # is ***. Since it appears they are not interested in filling my order I would at least like my money refunded.

I am rejecting this response because: I don’t understand the response from the company. The response said it was lost in shipment (which is probably correct). Then it repeats the information about the original shipping which is info I already had. At the end of their response it say “we will ship”. Does this mean they will RE-ship my order? If so I would like to know when they will reship. If they are not going to re-ship, Then how will they resolve my complaint? I would prefer to receive my order if it is going to be reshipped promptly. If that is not possible then I would like my payment refunded. Thank you.

This company is using the COVID 19 pandemic to scam the public. Ordered masks 50 days ago, charged 48 days ago, and no masks. They wont respond to email, wont respond to their "support" emails, phones aren't answered. What a shame this established company has stooped to this type of poor practices. Shame on you Stark's

I ordered 6 masks and was to get two free back end of June beginning of July order number ***. I received an email 7/9 stating it was shipped with tracking number which you click states it still in Oregon. Order was never received finally got an email from company asking if I got my order that when I clicked no was supposed to do something but Nothing happened just took me to their home page with no way to communicate except email. I emailed them to let them know I still have not received my order and have not gotten a response back and still have no masks. Schools for my kids have started I need either my 77$ back or the masks.
