State Farm has still has yet to contact me about my issue and we are passed two months. I will give them until the end of the day TODAY and I will be filing a complaint with the Michigan Department of insurance. I have been more than patient with this matter dating back to August 22 however changing my insurance policy to make it look cheaper to make a sale is illegal and sending a refund check for $21.00 and punishing me for his "mistake" is an insult. I want a call today.

and admitted our mistake, and B of A offered to waive any bank fees. Our messages left on [redacted]'s phone have reflected our responsibility for this error, and an opportunity to reimburse her for any other expenses we're not aware of.

I am rejecting this response because:
I realize this is a HIPPA violation issue but I gave permission for you to persue this matter on my behalf.  All I did receive is a phone call stating they would look into the matter but have heard nothing in a 10 day period.  This issue is still not satisfactory to me and I feel like this is just another run around with State Farm.  I would appreciate any other help you can give me and if I need to waive my patient right so as to give your legal department access to my health records please let me know.  I have nothing to hide.  Thank you [redacted].
