I am rejecting this response because:
#1 My insurance was cancelled without cause.  Either that, or I was fraudulently told I would be insured when the agent had no intention of issuing a policy.  State Farm received a check from the title company on December 13, 2017.  The policy was not cancelled until January 29, 2018.  If they intended to issue a policy paid for in good faith, why was the check not cashed?#2 It took 2 1/2 months of phone calls to find out that State Farm had never cashed the check from the title company.  Why was I not told that in January when the policy was cancelled?#3 The title company was not informed that State Farm was not going to cash the check until March 16, 2018 - AFTER I filed a complaint with the company.#4 The response does not even start to address the incredibly rude way I was treated. This person should NOT be selling insurance to people!!!  They should have told me they did not issue policies for mobile homes.  Barring that, I should have been issued a check at the time the policy was cancelled.  At the very least the title company should have been told the check was voided the day it was done.

March3, 2017To Whom it May Concern:In regards to your response,  I am rejecting it because none of my issues were addressed.  First of all, I asked that State Farm Headquarters handle this matter.  I got a phone call from a lady that said she was with the Claims Department, not headquarters, and all she did was repeat the same lies that everyone else has been doing since State Farm opened this illegal claim.  Second, attached is the voicemail I received from a Claims Manager named, Brittney, stating the clear facts that my conversation with the claims department (which originally I was unknowingly transferred to them by my local State Farm insurance agent ) was for information only and it was not for opening a claim.  I would suggest that you listen to the voicemail.Third, NEVER in my entire life have I been so mistreated by a company such as State Farm has treated me.  I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with State Farm, never have had to open a claim, or never had one opened against me.  Finally, State Farm has made a huge mistake by illegally opening this claim for whatever reason (maybe to meet your quotas for the month) and refuse to admit that you have made this mistake and own up to it.  One of your agents have made this mistake and I expect State Farm Headquarters to clear this matter up immediately.  I will not be having any further telephone conversations with the claims department because they are nothing but deceitful and argumentative regarding this matter because they cannot admit they made this mistake.  Any further communications must be in writing.The attached voice recording should clear up this matter permanently.  I want this matter cleared up as soon as possible.  And I also have NOT received my letters of apologies, I will be expecting those as well.    Regards,[redacted]
