I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] contacted me on January 18 with a response just telling me what was refunded. I already knew what had been refunded since I received a check for the refund, so this information was not helpful. I responded to [redacted] (see attached screen shot) on January 18 within an hour of his email. I have yet to receive a response. As usual, [redacted] is taking far longer to respond than what anyone would expect. Plain and simple, I asked [redacted] to cancel my coverage before I should have been billed in December, and he assured me there would be no penalties for cancelling. He was unavailable to do that, so I was charged $188.55 and only received $176.49 as a refund. [redacted] still owes me $12.06.

March3, 2017To Whom it May Concern:In regards to your response,  I am rejecting it because none of my issues were addressed.  First of all, I asked that State Farm Headquarters handle this matter.  I got a phone call from a lady that said she was with the Claims Department, not headquarters, and all she did was repeat the same lies that everyone else has been doing since State Farm opened this illegal claim.  Second, attached is the voicemail I received from a Claims Manager named, Brittney, stating the clear facts that my conversation with the claims department (which originally I was unknowingly transferred to them by my local State Farm insurance agent ) was for information only and it was not for opening a claim.  I would suggest that you listen to the voicemail.Third, NEVER in my entire life have I been so mistreated by a company such as State Farm has treated me.  I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with State Farm, never have had to open a claim, or never had one opened against me.  Finally, State Farm has made a huge mistake by illegally opening this claim for whatever reason (maybe to meet your quotas for the month) and refuse to admit that you have made this mistake and own up to it.  One of your agents have made this mistake and I expect State Farm Headquarters to clear this matter up immediately.  I will not be having any further telephone conversations with the claims department because they are nothing but deceitful and argumentative regarding this matter because they cannot admit they made this mistake.  Any further communications must be in writing.The attached voice recording should clear up this matter permanently.  I want this matter cleared up as soon as possible.  And I also have NOT received my letters of apologies, I will be expecting those as well.    Regards,[redacted]

The policy request for cancellation was conducted via phone conversation on or before 21 June 2017.  I spoke with Ms. Brook Brazelle at that I time. I also emailed Mrs. Brazelle once I stated receiving notification back in November 2017 stating that my renewal fee was due in January 2018.

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like something in writing stating that my policies are cancelled with State Farm and they will steal money out of my account that is not authorized.

State Farm contacted me, however they still forget that the claim was processed under the guy who hit me, not my policy. Therefore, they owe me for diminished value of my vehicle. I was told the only way to prove diminished value is to sell my vehicle, which is preposterous. I have a vehicle that had ~200 miles on it when hit. Nobody in their right mind would give me full trade in value once seeing it was wrecked on CarFax. Revdex.com - please take a stand and stop big insurance companies from doing this to innocent individuals like myself. This is another form of insurance fraud - against the individual.
