department contacted the complainant by letter on August 28, 2017 to address the concerns listed. The Georgia Department of Insurance also contacted the complainant on August 17, 2017. Very horrible service! They doubled charged me and don't want to give me the money back
Office very unorganized I guess everyone works 2 days a week so they eliminate communication skills ! Very g[redacted] and the S[redacted] women don't know any English!

I financed an auto through State Farm Bank on November 13, 2014 and purchased the Individual Credit Disability Insurance. My complaint is I paid for a service plan that is very slow and they say that they may pay the claim.
BCBS of TN sent me to a hip specialist in November because I was having major problems with pain and mobility. I had to have surgery. Surgery was performed on me December 21, 2015. When I was discharged on December 28 I immediately called State Farm and they said they would send forms out. On January 4, 2016 I recalled SF and they said the form was mailed out on December 30 and to allow up to 10 days to receive it. I received the form on January 9. I took the forms to my surgeon to fill out his part and placed back in the mail on January 18.
I received a letter dated February 2 stating that if they didn't receive my forms back by February 12, 016 they would close the claim.
Today I called to ask if they indeed received the claim forms back. The lady was silent so long that I thought I was disconnected. She finally said they received the information back and to allow up to 21 days to process it. And also said to continue to pay my auto note until an adjuster contacted me.
My complaint is the slowness and uncaring manner which has been displayed towards my claim. I paid for this insurance in full -- but I must wait to get an answer as to if they will honor it. I would think twice before getting this type of insurance again. And am very unhappy that I have had to pay an auto note when that is the reason I purchased this insurance.
