Revdex.com:I've gotten calls from them saying they'd like to "explain the charges to me" and "answer any questions" I might have, like I'm an it who doesn't know they are just going to bt me on the phone and waste my time. So since car insurance is basically a scam because everyone has to have it, because everyone has to have a car to lead a normal life, since this is the sort of world I live in, I will cave and pay the stupid fee somehow. Not even sure I'll have the money in my bank account when the time comes, but screw it, that's life. Thanks for trying, guys. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: none of it is true.  There was no agreement or even a follow up.  The person that called and told me that she had called before and apologized.  But she didn't.  She said a supervisor would contact me.  All I got was this email from Carey Tanaka, my agent, stating to take my business elsewhere.  See attached.  A supervisor never called.  I never got an apology.  I still do not know why they called at 5 AM.

State Farm has made no attempt to contact me.  State Farm has responded in a misleading manner.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to someone in there complaint department two times.  The first one said she couldn't do anything and I ask to have a manager call me. No one did I just got a letter with the same excuse. The second time I spoke to them the lady I spoke to understood why I was upset and stated she would request a manger call me. She didn't understand why my request was not honored. I was promised a call this week. It is Friday, 3:00 PM and no one has called. They keep sending me this "Release of Credits/Special Release of Credits" that I signed, Stating it was the form I signed giving away my guarantied renewal policy to my Daughter. I was told by State Farm Agents, this was the form to transfer any money still left on the policy to my daughter, NOT that I was giving her my guarantied renewal policy. I was lied too years ago and didn't know it. They don't want to call me because they know I am right. I wish someone would give me the phone number to their CEO office so I can speak to an executive about how I am being treated after 45 years of have State Farm for home and auto, and a current umbrella policy. They have no respect for their long term loyal customers. I am ashamed of them and they should be ashamed of themselves. 
PS: The attachment I am sending this what I was told had to do with transferring any money on the policy to my daughter. Besides I still had my car insured with State Farm, so how could I possible give my policy away. You can see how they lied to me.
