I am rejecting this response because:
The State Farm response has not sent Alice [redacted] a documented response. It was a phone call that was not a response of substance or logic.  State Farm has not deleted the bill, and has sent a second Collections bill.Will Revdex.com be assessing this case? Is Revdex.com intent to review this case only as a standalone case?  Does Revdex.com agree the State Farm practice of post policy period add-on billing, even when the customer made no changes, misrepresentations or claims, is appropriate business practice?
