I am rejecting this response because:
I got a call from someone representing state Farm as I was suppose to get the rest of my money and yet they still send me a portion of the 159.19 first they send me 115.70 then they send me 17.30 they still owe me 26.19 .

I am rejecting this response because:
This complaint was made after the underwriting department's unsatisfactory explanation. The underwriter wouldn't even allow me to speak to a supervisor or any sort of higher-up individual to continue addressing my concerns. I find this highly unprofessional.

I am rejecting this response because:  At first I was offered an electronic refund $232 on July 25th via telephone when I spoke with [redacted] ,then [redacted] called July 26th and stated  that the previous offer was retracted and a mail refund was instituted.  I don't trust anyone at State farm until I actually receive and cash my refund that State Farm drafted out of my account due to their agent mistake or incompetence. State farm has offered a lot of promises but are yet to deliver on any of them. PS.  I am attaching the document that the statefarm agent denied sending to my new insurance on the day I called to cancel with statefarm.

I am rejecting this response because: 
We reached no understanding or agreement. They did call and I did speak with them.  Thats all . No offer was made. I stand behind my original statement. The only solution to this  , AT THIS TIME, is for them to send the correct amount of money due me. An apology would be nice but not necessary. I did tell them I had only one other contact to make after the Revdex.com and then  if I could not get a solution to my satisfaction that I would be out of options and all matters would have to stand as they are.,  I did not retract any statements made about this concern.

 That's why I'm reporting this business because I always contact them to find out why is it that they're charging me different amounts in my monthly payments and they give me just excuses as to why they raised up my monthly payments such as the  state of Illinois raised up something that I really don't remember. I am rejecting this response because:
I canceled my life policies on August 18th, 2017. State Farm - [redacted] did not cancel my life policies until October 5th, 2017. I am owed that difference. With the auto policies, I was quoted $433.38. They changed my policy without notice to $531.74. ($98.36 difference). If I was quoted the correct amount I wouldn't of changed companies as I would of been paying more at State Farm. The $98.36 I firmly believe I am owed, because that is not my fault if someone misquoted me. For the balance in the drive safe and save I will let go. I also have not been issued a check for my Home Owners insurance which should be $1,824.88.  To make it right with me I need $98.36 and my home owners of $1,824.88
