Our service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offeringHowever, we are more than willing to work with our customers to find a service program with a rate that works for themWe offer a variety of different program levels and pifrequencies and can help to evaluate these options We had one of our Managers reach out to Ms [redacted] directly in order to review potential solutions to this matterSo far, we are discussing a resolution with Ms [redacted] and will continue our efforts until resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As outlined in our complaintStericycle is demanding thousands of dollars in what they call "liquidating d***ges" unless we continue to pay their outrageous rates (over $400)for medical waste collection, a rate that climbed to over tenfold the going regional rate of $per month This rate skyrocketed during what they claim is an automatic five year renewal period I ENCOURAGE ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING BUSSINESS WITH STERICYCLE TO READ THIS AND THE OVER OTHER IDENTACLE COMPLAINTS! We will be notifying the state medical society and [redacted] of their deceptive practices, and are in the process of notifying regional potential "customers" at our local hospitals as wellPLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM! Sincerely, [redacted]

We regret your dissatisfaction regarding your cancellation request and appreciate the opportunity to address your concern(s)At Stericycle, our goal is to provide world class Customer Service and when we fall short of that goal, we strive to immediately address and resolve the issue We have had one of our Managers reach out to you to address your concernsOur records indicate there was an agreement made and your concerns have been resolved Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance to you and Stericycle appreciates your business

While we regret Dr [redacted] ’s dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by Dr [redacted] We have offered to work with Dr [redacted] ’s on potential resolutions to this matter, however he has insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term , which does not expire until September 1, 2019.Therefore we feel the liquidated damages outlined within our service agreement are validShould Dr [redacted] wish to resume discussions around resolving this matter, we would be happy to continue that dialogueWe will be sending one of our service personnel to perform a final piand to retrieve any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Monday January 25th

We have had one of our Managers attempt to reach Ms [redacted] directly in order to review potential solutions to this matterSo far we have been unable to connect with Ms [redacted] , we will continue trying to connect with Ms [redacted] directly and can help to evaluate these options

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] ."While we regret Mr [redacted] dissatisfaction, we believe our contract to be entirely valid and bindingWe have attempted to resolve this matter by offering to negotiate with Mr [redacted] and believe we presented an amicable resolution for both partiesAs an attempt to reach a compromise here, we will offer to remove the penalties billed, leaving the balance due of $for service rendered" I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will be sending a check for the amount of $555.12, certified, to Stericycle and the Collection Agency Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Ms [redacted] , We regret your dissatisfaction regarding the fee’s billed and appreciate the opportunity to address your concernAt Stericycle, our goal is to provide world class Customer Service and when we fall short of that goal, we strive to immediately address and resolve the issue After reviewing our internal records, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement for Regulated Medical Waste and Hazardous Drug Disposal agreed to and signed by Yolanda [redacted] , effective April 1, that does not expire until April 1, and which included early termination fees if the Customer terminated the agreement early. We have offered to work with your office on a potential resolution to this matter, however, they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term, therefore, we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validIn consideration of our service relationship Stericycle is willing to reduce the liquidated damages previously billed from $ 9,to $ 2,as a courtesy, effectively removing the service fees billed November 1, 2017, leaving the amount due to Stericycle $ 2,on account # [redacted] Please remit payment to: Stericycle IncHCS Escalations Commercial Ave Northbrook, IL If you need to make payment arrangements please contact: Collections @888-200-Upon receipt of the amount due we will close the account and no further amounts will be due to StericycleWith this offer and receipt of payment we will consider this matter resolved

Please note, the terms and conditions of our service agreement do allow for price increases to address cost escalation Our price increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our ‘cradle to grave’ service offering While we try to absorb most of these costs, at times we must pass them on to our customers Stericycle uses its business judgment to allocate increases in costs that are incurred on a system-wide basis to individual accounts One example of a significant investment made by Stericycle is a massive incinerator improvement project We are required to upgrade all incinerators nationwide in order to meet EPA requirements This is a multi-million dollar investment that Stericycle has made in order to remain complaint with federal guidelines.Nonetheless, we value [redacted] Medical Examiners as a long time Stericycle customer and in the interest of maintaining positive relations we have agreed to terminate their account without assessing liquidated damages We will be sending one of our service personnel to perform a final piand to retrieve any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Thursday December 17th

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] , a Stericycle representative who gave his title as "director of accounts", did call and leave a message As the nature of tis practice is surgery, we can not interrupt patient treatment to take the call [redacted] was asked for a good contact number and a good times that he can be reached Over three days, multiple attempts were made to try and reach " [redacted] " during the time period he designated All attempts were unsuccessful and messages were left [redacted] then would return the call outside of the hours he specified and during a time period were we were focused on patients' surgery Again we are left with no other choice but to believe that this company is not acting in good faith and does not desire to reach an amicable solution Giving their apparent avoidance and effort to try and resolve this matter, we would like our contract and all services with Stericycle terminated without any "termination" or "liquidation" fee being assessed Sincerely, Donald [redacted]

While we regret Dr [redacted] dissatisfaction, our service agreement does outline in section 2c that a liquidated damages charge will be assessed when an agreement is prematurely terminatedStericycle faces costs associated with building each customer into our routes and processing schedulesThis helps us recoup after an un-planned loss which does have an impact on our businessIn closing, we believe we acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by Dr***However, as a means of maintaining positive customer relations, we will agree to waive the early termination fee of $on account # [redacted] as requestedWe truly appreciate the opportunity we have had to serve Dr [redacted] over the years and wish continued success for the business
