Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with over different employees of Stericylce to work out an acceptable plan The last time I was given one number then sent a contract (fill & sign) that was completely different than the numbers that were discussed AND even varied from the email that contained the "key account changes" This, on top of being told I had to be "certified" as a medical waste generator which was why I needed the Sterisafe Program Veterinary Hospitals don't even fall under these guidelines Stericycle does not even know its client or the laws regarding its own product Again, I do not wish to continue business with a company that works on such deception and bad business ethics I want the contract terminated with no "liquidation" fees or other penalties Sincerely, Adrienne [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Note, the issue was the original department I sent the receipt too replied that this item WAS reimbursable and that a check was being mailed (the answer I got several times when followed up) It was only when someone forwarded me to this group over months later and phone calls to this group that they then said it was not reimbursable and that the other group I was working with all along (which is the number [redacted] provides on their website for this recall) should not have approved it Regardless, I have since received the check, which is what the first department told me all along Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in the earlier complaint, I truly believe it is their intent not to talk to me I have been very nice in every attempt to try to reach them numerous times with no response from [redacted] with StericycleHis number is [redacted] Please note that on August 3rd I called him at 1:PM, 2:PM, 3:PM and 5:PM On August 5th I called him at 9:AM, 11:AM, 1:PM, and PM Each time I left a detailed message to please give me a call, that we would like to resolve the issueHe did call yesterday, Thursday at 9:AM which is my day off and I left him a detailed message several times on August 3rd that I would not be in the office on Thursday the 4thThis is their company protocol as I have stated earlier, not to be able to talk to the same person, not to return calls and not to be able to speak to a managerHe knew I would not be here on Thursday the 4th and called anyway Is that just so they can say they attempted to call me? Please feel free to try yourself, but I don't believe you have the time, they will wear you down Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: To whom it may concern at Stericycle: The response sent is a very "canned" response If this was a credible response, we should have heard from someone by nowI have reached out multiple times in last week with no reply from [redacted] ***, for this exact resolution When I did not get a response from him, I sent an email to the [redacted] @stericycle and asked them to forward the email to [redacted] to be sure he received it, I also copied our Account RepM*** I sent a follow up email again this afternoon And still no one has been in touch(We will NOT sign any additional contracts.)
