Her loans were consolidated We need her to call us so that we can understand why she thinks we would refund her for our services

This notice was sent after we already resolved the issue

I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK! I stand firm that the business is disguised to deceive people into a service that by all purposes should not exist and should be illegal to run Most college students can file their own paperwork, so the only way a business like Student Loan Support can thrive is to pretend to be the government] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below It is an obvious attempt of Student Loan Support to belittle any concern I have regarding the function of their companyI do not wish to get caught up in a battle of words, mostly because it seems that this company is all about that and overlooking client needs and wantsI just want my money back for services non-rendered and would like our information rebuked and taken out of company accounts To appease Student Loan Support Every interaction with Student Loan Support was brought about by me, not my wifeAs a service provider there isn't any reason to mention that my wife is the client, as my wife was with me to verify any information needed to ensure it was proper that I interact on her behalfThat also didn't stop the company from processing the $400+ dollars from my, [redacted] 's, bank accountSo if it was implied that interacting on her behalf was unprofessional or bad on my end, it only shines even brighter on Student Loan Support as the company never restricted my actions on my wife's behalf and never denied funds transferred from my bank accountweird that they would mention that I received message from [redacted] on February 20th via telephoneThis was during work hoursI returned the call multiple times, and left messages with different departments for people to get back with meI received another call during business hours from [redacted] on March 4th, to which I responded and again was forced to leave messages in waiting for a responseI received a third and final message from [redacted] on March 27th to which I attempted to return the call again and left messagesThere were many phone tags until the first of MayI was able to learn more about the company only after contacted the government, to which they responded and said that no payments were made to them for the loan, and that there was no affiliation with Student Loan Support and defined them as a third party We did not mis-represent our income levelIn the initial phone call I gave our income information based upon the previous years taxesWe received a quote based upon thatThis quote did not include the monthly surcharge required of the companyWe already had a low payment, and we were informed the payment would be lessAfter processing our pay stubs, our income was increased during the current year which hired our quote to roughly $dollars more than what we were currently paying (this did not include the $fee the company imposed on the loan so total is was $more)There was some hesitation and discussion on our end as to why we would continue to change something that didn't need changing and would require a higher monthly paymentWe were informed the services were worth the money, but we were told very little about what exactly would be done, even upon inquiry I did not receive any specifics as to what my $went toThe least I could claw out from the representative was that they gathered the documents (which we were the ones who did that) and then they sent it to the federal loan officesBefore the phone call, there was a payment taken out of $(which is the monthly processing fee which was supposed to be a part of the total payment per month???)Pleading with a supposed manager over the phone for some form of understanding, we were told that our account was non-functional, but somehow the payment for services was still processed separately from the loan, which we were never informed would be done There were no services rendered on our behalf, there were only attempts to get us in a contract agreement, process our information, and transact money from our bankWe would like all of our money refunded Regards, [redacted]

We have no problem deleting any information we have excluding her name and contact information for our records We do have a problem working for free while she benefits and her partial refund was fair

We do not have any information other than name, email and phone number A letter has been sent

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I currently have [redacted] and have paid them on this student loan for several years The business I assumed was refinancing my loan was through another loan center They were/are very misleading I was fine making my payments to [redacted] and was advised not to make any further payments to [redacted] because this business was going to refinance and pay them off and get me into a better company that would not charge such high interest Their purpose was to help me get my loan paid off sooner With [redacted] , I have a loan balance of over $17,and that figure has remained the same even though I have been paying them approximately $a month I could have gotten a forbearance or even lowered my payments with [redacted] without 3rd party assistance I want my money back from this business they will not contact me and I have emailed and called numerous times I did get an email that they would take it up with upper management I received this email about a month ago] Regards, [redacted]

She spoke with us regarding the recert, she was actually extremely friendly She was working with her loan servicer directly and stated she didn’t receive the reminders for recert We asked her to look in her junk/spam folders and explained the Perm Standard and how the recert can be doc prepped as a payment reduction to get everything back on trackThe client was thankful but explained that she already had the loan servicer process everything She just wanted to discontinue services and was requesting that the $fee in processing from 2/be refunded as soon as we showed it clearingWe ended the conversation with a refund of $to process for Feb fee

Client should look at her payments before we worked with her and her payment now She can file her PSLF Application in addition if she doesn't want to return our calls

I began working with student loan support about months agoThey have helped me complete my enrollment into a student loan repayment program that I can afford and they have been very pleasant to work withI tried to work with [redacted] on my own and they would not help me at all lower my paymentI also tried to get enrolled into the IBR program directly through the department of education, but they told me my payment was going to be ridiculously highThere was no way I could make my payments and I was told that I couldn't put them off any longerI was referred to this company after they helped a friend of mine and so I have them a callThe guy I talked to on the phone was really helpful and finally answered all of the questions I had about this programHis name was KevinI signed up through him and after about months everything is complete and I am making a lower payment that I can affordI have to admit that I did think this was too good to be true at first, but I'm glad that didn't stop me, because I avoided a huge mess with going into default on my loansI have referred a few friends to them and I will continue to do thatI would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have student loans

We left an extensive, message The last loan payoff amount was received by his Lender today and a letter went to the client Most recent pay stubs were requested

This company has done nothing but help me with my situation and make me feel so much better about repaying my student loansI completely disagree with the complaints on hereThe person I have been dealing with is great at getting back to me when I have a questionEverything they said they were going to do, they have followed through with, and I couldn't ask for moreI wanted to wait to write a review until all of my consolidation was finalized and it isI have a really good payment now and I don't feel so overwhelmed with my student loans nowThank you guys for everythingLooking forward to working with you through the years and can't wait for my forgiveness!!! We completed our work June and submitted her file as agreed upon given the current income The government does not respond with updates immediately They will tell her that After that, the client actions are beyond our control - we do not know what she is doing and owe no refund

This company is only invested in deceiving people who are already burdened by debtThe lesson learned (since I cannot get refunded for my aggravation) is to thoroughly investigate before giving away my money
