The Servicer through the Department of Education repayment was $294, not the $promised because the plan is based on income When someone misrepresents their income verbally and then we receive the Proof of Income and it is higher, the payment for the loan is higher The client does not pick up his phone

Client never got a lower payment until she contacted us and now has a lower payment

We spoke with the client's sister and thought we were waiting for the client's follow up paperwork We have requested for her to receive a refund through our Accounting department

We researched the payments There was a stop payment placed on the account We will send a release for refund and close the accounting once the release is signed

We removed all information except name and number for reference purposes

I gave this company my Name and telephone number via a Facebook post to get information on consolidating and lowering my student loan paymentsI received a call almost immediately after hitting submitI did not have time to talk right then but told the lady to call back another timeShe called back a few days later and I told her that I was no longer interested in there servicesThis company continued to call at least every week if not multiple times a weekToday (02052014) I decided to answer the call again [redacted] is the name of the lady that was helping meI told her that I wanted to consolidate my loans into one loan and potentially lower my payments or keep them the sameI am not having an issue paying my student loans at this timeShe asked some personal questions; SSN, Name, Length of time at job, annual income and spouse's annual incomeThis is where I got a little suspiciousI gave her an income that was actually higher than what it really isShe answered back saying "Wouldn't you say it's closer to $$$$$$$"? She was spot onBut how would she know my annual gross income? I continued on with the process and she offered to payment programsPayments / $124.43mo or Payments / $83.60mo$14,& $15,respectivelyI only owe $10,I asked her why I would accept either one of those programs? She offered to email me some paperwork about the loans and I received a screen shot that I could barely read of the loans I currently haveWhy did she send that? She was quick to get off the phone when I beginning questioning herShe asked me what my goals with my loans wereI said to pay them off, what other plans could I possibly have with them? She said I would be surprised?? Ok! Weird! I am not sure what this company is up other than trying to make a quick buck on someone who doesn't realize the loan termsThis is a scamWe would like to know how we are making a quick buck Our clients give us information so we can understand what student loans they are enrolled inTheir information is our information and we only "offer" what payment programs they are offered from the programs themselves We ask what goals a person needs to reach to see whether they want to pay off loans faster or have no ability to shorten the payment cycleThis person can click the Control + button on their keyboard to enlarge their email screenshot and we would have helped him with this We send screenshots when clients do not understand the difference between what they owe today and what their program reports as the total amount that will be paid We should have asked if the client was computer savvy and will address this in training

We do not want to commit employee's time for a person who considers us to be a scam Her contact information is all that remains

We have not heard from the client and will not discuss her personal situation on this open forum We are not taking payments and she can call us if she needs help

I found out that the company is not needed and that this is just a 3rd party solicitorI was given a contract and was later told that $would be taken out of my account then would incur a maintenance fee for paymentsI feel like I have been taken advantage ofI no longer wish to continue any service with this companyI have contacted multiple agents that call me asking for more information which I provided and they continue saying that they haven being able to get the right load program for meI want my money back that was taken from meThey have taken $from me for nothingMy application hasn’t even been completed yetDesired Settlement: I would like my money back via check, and the contract to be voidedTHIS HAS BEEN A NIGHMARE FOR METHIS IS A CORRUPT, UNNEEDED SERVICE THAT FEEDS ON THE FEAR OF STUDENTSI AM DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR LACK OF BUSINESS ETHICSI WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THEY CAN CONSOLIDATE THEIR LOANS WITH OUT A THIRD PARTY!!!!

Client renews with income every year, she got a $payment owed on her debt- already renewed for second submission We will terminate her and owe no refund

We sent an email 2-confirming his cancellation and his personal information was deleted

This person uses very crude and foul language and hung up while we were transferring her call

We sent the cancellation request for client's signature She has not returned it
