[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond in this space ONLY....I am not satisfied with this resolution because the company is promising actionsUpon initial down payment the company guaranteed that I would at apptoximately $for years and at that point my loans would be paid offHowever now this company is stating that the fee charged is a "processing charge"This "processing charge" was not a part of the original agreementI feel a refund would be acceptable for this advertisement and for not being truthful about what my money is going towardsThis company is just causing my loans to accrue interest they are doing absolutely nothing to assist me in paying off my debt.]

We believe the clients are working with us and do not believe we have "done nothing"

The client's file was submitted and completed She will have to revisit the Program yearly herself and we have cancelled any future agreement to perform work for her We do not
know why she is confused that she has to pay the DOE for her loans She incurred a debt to the DOE, we prepared documents for her to address that debt, we charge for our services and the Doe charges for their loans It is that simple

We are emailing and calling the client He does not respond He should call ***

[What I am undoing is working with the company at allI was told my consolidation would be complete by April and this was not doneThen it was promised it would be complete by June, which came and wentThen July- I finally directly contacted Fed Loans myself and they did not have any paperwork that I had been submitting since January!!!! I had to start all over with paperworkThey did not come through with our agreementI would like a refund considering I had to do all the work with fed loans- I paid over 400$ to a service that was not provided.]

*** *** *** contacted my husband and I in January of I asked *** was this a trick and informed him that I was a police officer and I do not like people who try and scam others out of money*** agreed that this was a
legitimate business and that he worked through the Department of EducationI later found out that this information was falseBefore I found this out the company withdrew $I contacted the company and requested that my services be stopped and that I wanted a full refundI spoke with *** in February and he stated to wait days to get a refundOn today 03/24/I spoke with *** *** and she stated that my husband would get his refund back and someone else would contact us about my wife*** from the HR department contacted my wife and she stated that they do not issue refundsShe also tried to get off the phone with me stating that someone else will call me backThis will never happen because you can never reach anyoneWe want a refund and we cancelled and made the request in a timely mannerAccording to their *** *** Number states that: The student can cancel prior to be approved for Federal Student Loans and will receive a full refundMy paper work has been cancelled and it was not approved through the Department of EducationI also see where *** lied and stated that we cancelled due to not being able to make paymentsHe lied about getting charged additional fees along with their payments. There are parties in this scope of work The Husband received his documents We were paid a total of $ The Wife has not paid us and we agreed to cancel her request for our services and we did not receive $424.00, we received $for the Husband's fileWe have an Accounting Department that will refund $if the Wife can show us her bank's statement that she was charged $and not $

Client stated income but it was higher on her proof of income she provided with tax returns We waited for income by pay stubs and submitted her file June We do not know what she is undoing at this point

Her refund request was granted and Accounting will process refund

Client consolidation was completed and she has been approved for the IBR at $She hired us for a service and
and we completed that service She read about scams and thinks the internet is her proof

The signed agreement discusses fees and he signed in the areas discussing fees

Client has indeed been in contact and knows we are trying to resolve her issues She knows how to proceed if she wants a refund

Client received a refund but we have no record of many attempts to ask for one

We cancelled our services and issued a refund

We perform a Service enjoyed by many clients It remains to be seen what free translates to but this client's refund request was given to Accounting and will be mailed this week
