We perform a service We can not complete our work without critical information which includes supporting documentation There are clients ( husband and wife) included in our scope of services for this person writing the complaint We do not know how they communicate with each other but one of them has not supplied income documentation and we had conveyed that fact to them again on March At this point, we are going to refund their money and continue to help the thousands of clients benefiting from our services

She was contacted by the Compliance Manager on Friday 9/26/14. He told her we completed the work, he was not authorized to commit to a refund and he would ask for a review. He did try to retain her as a client and explained how our Company processes files and that of course she can process her own file but this is our only business and we prepare files for the best outcomes. She told him that I do not want the company's services and wanted a refund as requested. The refund is not reasonable after the fact that she received services and we made that decision 10/1.

We received a partial payment for our services We understood the dispute to be the timing of a payment and not that we would never get paid

I gave information based on what was being askedI even verified the information being askedOnce I started reading documents as time went on I realized that the information Student Loan Support asked for was inaccurateWhen I contacted them they tried to make it my faultFor example, I told them in the very first e-mail I sent them that I was married with a baby on the wayAfter information was given they tried to say I never told them I had a baby on the wayThey are the ones that asked for the wrong information Their contract says if I am not approved by the Department of Education then I will receive a refundI was NEVER approved therefore I am entitled to my moneyThey did not follow through with their obligations and I will be satisfied when my money is returned

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Last June I looked at refinancing my student loanStuden Loan Services manager *** *** told me that I could get a payment at $210, and obtain student loan forgiveness based upon my income and work situationI did have to pay $up front, then pay a maintenance fee of $a monthOnce a new servicer through the Department of Education took over my loans, the quoted repayment was $294, not the $promised meMoreover, according to them, I did not qualify for loan forgivenessI contacted Student Loan Services about this four times between November and JanuaryThey kept promising I did qualify for the lower payment and forgiveness and said they would take care of the issue for meI never received any call backs from themMoreover, my payment remained at $- which was still $above the quoted paymentOn January 21, I did send an email, asking for a refund of the $I paid to them, along with a refund of the $monthly fee I paid for six months (I cancelled any further payments with my bank)I did not hear back either via email or phoneI called again in March, asking about the status of a refundI was told that I would hear back within a few days from the companyThat has not happened as of today (April 5)They misrepresented the repayment as well as student loan forgivenessSomeone I had two people contact me, one of those promised to file a refund request with accountingAnother one, ***, called the following week and was working with meI requested a conference call (again) with Fed Loan Servicing and Student Loan SupportWe set a time for darly afternoon on April I never received that callI called on April asking for a response and was told he would call backI called again on April asking for someone to call me backI still have not heard back from them.I want this company to 1) call me back, 2) refund my money, and 3) issue an apology for their rude unprofessionalism and poor customer service

We filed paperwork reflecting the change of income during her unemployment but evidently asking for a refund does not bother her

Client needs to call her Servicer They sent her iinformation and payment of $last year

We are
very helpful with student loan debt The client told us her income was a certain amount We took her word for it and began working We thought she would basically have to pay a very small monthly payment and then her loans would be forgiven after years We told her that each year we would review her information She paid the $fee She then produced documents concerning her real income which was not what she represented We then offered her the programs she qualified for had she told the truth about her income We are the ones that received information in bits and parts

They stated they tried to call and leave a voicemail, but my message box was full; which is entirely trueBUT I also made it perfectly clear that I would only like to be contacted through email due to the fact that my occupation hours does not allow me to use my phone during appropriate hoursI have never once received an email by the company, nor was alerted that my loan advisor had left the companyI feel as though I was disregarded as a client and feel I should have had the right to be notified via email that my loan officer had left, so I would not have wasted all this time and effort trying to reach her about several questions

I was NEVER approved by the Department of EducationI spoke to them myself and they told me I wasn't so therefore they are just trying to steal money from meThe contract clearly states that if I was NOT approved by the Department of Education then I was entitled to a full refundAll I am asking for is a check for the full refund of the $that was paid since this company gave me information and the contract clearly states that I am entitled to my money
