I have reviewed my student loan further and have discovered that I can go through Fed Loan Servicing without this companies intervention and get the same loan and forgiveness plan. They are taking $every month from my account when I can do the same thing on my own. At this time I once again am requesting a full refund of all monies paid into this company, as this is a hoax and they feed off innocent people

The client was refunded her money The client insisted her income was different than her records and we had to wait to receive proof it was not different and therefore, it was higher than she

I would like in writing on paper that none of my information is saved an email will not suffice and if the personnel would have worded and asked differently I would have not felt violated

How do you resolve a complaint like this? We mailed a refund We have processes to complete and aggressive remarks have been duly noted

[I currently have *** and have paid them on this student loan for several years. The business I assumed was refinancing my loan was through another loan center. They were/are very misleading. I was fine making my payments to *** and was advised not to make any further payments to *** because this business was going to refinance and pay them off and get me into a better company that would not charge such high interest. Their purpose was to help me get my loan paid off sooner. With ***, I have a loan balance of over $17,and that figure has remained the same even though I have been paying them approximately $a month. I could have gotten a forbearance or even lowered my payments with *** without 3rd party assistance. I want my money back from this business. they will not contact me and I have emailed and called numerous times. I did get an email that they would take it up with upper management. I received this email about a month ago. ]

We completed our service, got paid half of what we are owed and have no idea what his account information would be unless he stated it

Client knows we completed his services, he refuses to pay

The difference between these points of view are simple We can not refund money spent to perform work that was completed This forum was intended to be used for Complaints and enough abuse and Capital letters on the Client's part have been used to clearly point out we performed and responded but can do no more

We are not performing any further services and have cancelled her payments We performed and completed the Service she requested We finally received accurate income proof and her payments were lowered We push to remain time sensitive for our clients and do not apologize for meeting deadlines

I'm not satisfied with this resolution because they stole money from my account without permissionI told them to take the money out on a specific date but they refused and took it out on their own termsThen they accused me of stealing which I never did

Reviewed file, it seems client received what they signed up for regarding consolidation and the next phase would have been for PSLF
certification, but she is upset with the contact rate We cancelled further services and gave her a partial refund so that we are not responsible for the file she will now have to maintain

We have verification loans were included and client is mistaken
