I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[According to paperwork from the business I made a complaint against, if my student loans were already in consolidation they would not be able to help me. My loans were already in consolidation, the money I paid $550, was taken from me by the company knowing they would not be able to service my loans, as my loans already had a servicer. That $550 was to show my willingness to participate in a program that, according to their own paperwork, I could not participate in. They should have told me they couldn't help me before they knowingly took my money. ]

We do not want to commit employee's time for a person who considers us to be a scam.  Her contact information is all that remains.

Client agreed to fees for processing the consolidation.  The Loan Servicer sends billing statements just like any other Business that a person owes.

We did not debit any additional funds and the Accounting Department is refunding $226.50.

Not satisfied with the resolution as they were not forthcoming from the beginning, I cannot continue business with them but still they continue to withdraw funds from my account without my consent, even after requesting for a stop and a refund. Telephone numbers are either in no longer working or rings and is hang up.

have called several times and along with my sister [redacted] and they never return the calls. Neither of us have heard from them.  They can call [redacted] or [redacted]. Best number is the first one. Last [redacted] emailed on the 3rd and never responded. His info is below. The documents they are supposedly awaiting for were in order for them to speak on my behalf to the West Assess Collections. Which would not respolve anything. I opted to work directly with Wesr Assess who is a contractor with the dept of education. This is what we thought Student Loan Support was already doing but they weren't. We already paid them for a service that they clearly weren't providing or else West Assess would not have been trying to collect on the student loans. We thought we were out of default. They never even sent paperwork to begin with so I should have realized. All the last message says is they "REQUEST" a refund. It doesn't say the amount which should be $453.00. What if they do not refund the money since this was only a request. Also will it go back to the bank account that it was debit from? I also have a phone log of all the calls make to this company. I am attaching a word document with details.
[redacted] - Client Services Department - Student Loan Support - [redacted] - was only one of the people my sister [redacted] spoke with. Basically need to confirm refund.

Client does not respond to messages.

This client has a Credit Card Company she can contact - her payment was refunded through her Credit Card.  As for the rest, she stated her income was lower than her proof of income and we completed our work and yet received this Complaint.

In order to perform our service, the client has to provide a month's proof of income.  We tried several times to complete her file and she has now filed a claim and needs to call us.  We can not refund money by check while she receives a claim because she would receive twice what she is...

claiming.  That is fraud.

We retain the contact name and phone number but any other information has been deleted.

This person uses very crude and foul language and hung up while we were transferring her call.

I found out that the company is not needed and that this is just a 3rd party solicitor. I was given a contract and was later told that $395 would be taken out of my account then would incur a 29.00 maintenance fee for 120 payments.
I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I no longer wish to continue any service with this company. I have contacted multiple agents that call me non stop asking for more information and I keep telling them I want to cancel and no one does anything. I want my money back that was taken from me. They have taken $197 from me for nothing. My application hasnt even been sent yet.
Desired Settlement: I would like my money back via check, and the contract to be voided.

We send an email confirming the cancellation.

I began working with student loan support about 2 months ago. They have helped me complete my enrollment into a student loan repayment program that I can afford and they have been very pleasant to work with. I tried to work with [redacted] on my own and they would not help me at all lower my payment. I also tried to get enrolled into the IBR program directly through the department of education, but they told me my payment was going to be ridiculously high. There was no way I could make my payments and I was told that I couldn't put them off any longer. I was referred to this company after they helped a friend of mine and so I have them a call. The guy I talked to on the phone was really helpful and finally answered all of the questions I had about this program. His name was Kevin. I signed up through him and after about 2 months everything is complete and I am making a lower payment that I can afford. I have to admit that I did think this was too good to be true at first, but I'm glad that didn't stop me, because I avoided a huge mess with going into default on my loans. I have referred a few friends to them and I will continue to do that. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have student loans.

This complaint has been resolved in our office. The client is satisfied, please see the attached release signed by the client.

Not only did these people mock me about my problems, while pretending sarcastically that they feel sorry for me. They tried to sell me more crap while doing so.
They decided, unauthorized, to take $200 out of my empty bank account, over drafting it, and getting me hit with ridiculous fees. I no longer have a car, I'm about to lose my job, and close to losing my home, because these people refuse to pay back the money they stole. My direct deposit covered all the fees, which put my bank account at over $-300, but leaving me to wonder how I'm going to pay the rest of the bills. Do these people care? No. They refuse to call back, and then when they do I get bounced from one person to another that have to "talk to their supervisors" about my case.
Give me a break.
You can steal money in less than an hour, but for you to give me my money back you can just pretend like you have no clue, right?
I will let everyone I possibly can know what awful, awful people you are. I hope you get shut down.
