Client receives mail from her Loan Servicer Their loan payments are not $ Even the math would reflect that difference and we do not pay loans Client clearly has to make loan payments as agreed and we can not make them for her

I have been dealing with this company since January and have been completely and thoroughly disappointed with their customer service! Not only have you taken $one time fee from me, but also a monthly fee that shouldn't have started
until I got approved for a consolidation loan from DOEAccording to the DOE website, while my consolidation was approved, I STILL have not received any communication at all from you and am now delinquent on my paymentsThis is unacceptable! I went with this company because I was assured that they could help me with my loans and ability to make payments on timeTHIS HAS NEVER BEEN THE CASEThey have been very happy to take my money, but not willing to communicate with me in any other fashionNot only do I revoke any and all permissions for them to charge my bank account, I demand a full refund of all monies paid to youI am also reporting you to the Revdex.com.Complaint Background:
We obviously completed our service from the admission by the client that he received a loan consolidation We do not interfere with the Consolidation payment schedule that the client received from his Servicer It clearly states he must make payments to them in order for the Consolidation to work He pays the Servicer for his loan repayment and not us and any delinquency that he incurs is his own doing Our agreement instructs clients to call Customer Service for help and we have no return call, just an email asking us to pay him back for work we completed

How do we defend ourselves? If someone doesn't call us, we can not respond We can be reached at ###-###-#### ask for Customer Service

Once again, we retained only the name and contact number this individual

We contacted the client and she worked with us to complete her file Her file was submitted and we will follow up with her concerning the government processing times

We removed all information except name and phone number for reference purpose

Her refund was sent to Accounting and will be sent week of July

We sent her a refund

She was cancelled on 11-10-

First of all this complaint really has nothing to do with me not being able to view the screenshot. I already had the information that was emailed to me. My complaint is that this company is attempting to take advantage of customers by offering them payment plans and schedules that are not beneficial to them. Student Loan Support is buying out the student loans, consolidating them (which is there big selling point) and then overcharging the customer. I only owed $10,in student loans. The Student Loan Forgiveness Program that Student Loan Support offered me would have cost me nearly $5,additional dollars. How is this of any benefit to me? I need to know that all of my information is no longer in the hands of this shady company. There business practices are immoral and unethical

She needs to get her loan servicer to correct their error.

Most people can file their own taxes, make their own appointments, represent themselves in Court and wash their own cars.  They do not for various and obvious reasons.  We performed a Service, are not interested in tricking people and did perform the Service under a written agreement with the client.  After we performed, the argument is that we were unnecessary.
