prepped as a payment reduction to get everything back on track. The client was thankful but explained that she already had the loan servicer process everything.  She just wanted to discontinue services and was requesting that the $29.00 fee in processing from 2/2 be refunded as soon as we showed it clearing. We ended the conversation with a refund of $29.00 to process for Feb fee.

Her loans were consolidated.  We need her to call us so that we can understand why she thinks we would refund her for our services.

The company did not provide the service in the time frame in which their salesman said it would occur. They did not do their job until I contacted them over and over again, reminding them of what they had promised to accomplish. They repeatedly did not return my emails or phone calls. I would appreciate a full refund, and notification that all my information is deleted from their system.

We do not have any information other than name, email and phone number.  A letter has been sent.

We do not understand the remark that we were not "forthcoming".  The last payment was made January 2.  We continued trying to help her until January 9.  We are not taking any further payments.  Anyone reading this can call the number listed with the Revdex.com ###-###-#### and will reach our Company.

We resolved the issue with the client.

I was looking for a better solution for my current student loan debt and my mother told me about Student Loan Support. I gave it a shot and requested for them to call me from the link on their website. The next day I received a call while I was at work and could not answer it. Over that same day I received MULTIPLE calls from the same number and another number. Once I answered it was an automated system that told me that my call was being transferred to a "representative". I hung up.
Over the next couple of days the same calls came in. Eventually I answered again and there was an actual person on the other line. Her name was Janet Pywell. Janet was extremely helpful and knowledgable about Student Loan Support (which honestly it's not that hard) and she revealed how I was getting screwed with my current loans. Btw, I am already consolidated...this was just an attempt to get a lower payment and make sure my payment was actual going to the principal balance and not only interest.
During our first phone call I nearly set up everything, even giving her my social. She sent me the repayment plans that were available compared to my current plan, etc, etc. The reason I didn't go through with it (and give her my card information) was because she told me there was a processing fee of nearly $400.00 to start the application, etc. She also stated that I can split it into two payments of $198.00 or something like that. That was my first red flag. A $400 processing fee? Wow.
I told her I was unsure about that and I would call her back after I checked a few things. She was reluctant to let me off the phone and said I "didn't understand". I nearly had to hang up on her to get her to hush. Couple days go by, because you know, I work everyday and all – she called me multiple times a day. That was my second red flag...she's desperate. Why? Is she making money off this "loan"? All signs say not to do it.
Then I googled the business, which is what I should have done in the first place. (Always listen to your girlfriends.) And I ended up here, where I saw majority negative reviews about them where people got scammed.
What I learned – this is a third party loan consolidation firm that is going to make a buck or two off of you. I'm not saying they're a bad deal but it sure was odd the way they handled it. In my mind, if they really wanted to help me out, they wouldn't be calling me like a darn telemarketer.
My advice – TAKE CAUTION. Do NOT give them your credit card info, your student loan PIN, your Social Security number, or anything personal. ASK QUESTIONS. Search the person you work with on google. Do they have a LinkedIn account? Do they have a Facebook? Hopefully you ended up here and read the other reviews.
I hope this helps somebody!

We can not help individuals with Student Loan Debt without their information.  This individual wants our A+ rating removed because we asked for that information.  We do not want business built on bad relationships and...

the only information we have retained for our records is the name, phone number and email the client contacted us with. We have not retained other information.  We do not want to make calls to anyone not seeking our help, there is no point to that and, as requested, we are not going to call.

They led me to believe that all of it was going towards the amount of the loan that I owe. They told me that I needed their help submitting the application for me to qualify for student loan forgiveness.

font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">When I called 1/17/14 and spoke with [redacted] at Student Loan Support, he advised me that I would get a prommissory note within 7-10 days, in the meantime I had to set up post dated payments in good faith, so they could start working on my student loans. He told me it would be two payments of $197.50, then I get the schedule and its a $29.00 monthly fee. I think ok and I call him and he advises me that it's maintenance. I accept this, but on 2/6/14 I contacted him knowing my payment was coming close to being deducted, I advised him that why would I let you deduct money from my account and not sign a promissory note. He stated it could take 3 months for this to happen, I stated that's not what I was told in the beginning. He gave me first a processing number of 847-366-1791, when I called it was a man who just said leave a message. So I contacted [redacted] again and he gave me the following number 866-233-8481. When I called this morning 2/20/14 they had an answering service and when I asked their hours she said she didn't know. There are too many inconsistencies and I still have not received my promissorry note. I even contacted the Student loan department with the goverment. They have never heard of the company nor has anyone forwarded anything to them about my loans as [redacted] stated on 2/6/14. I would like my $197.50 and $29.00 fee refunded and the future payments stopped! Complaint Background:Product/Service: Student loan debt consolidationPurchase Date: 1/17/2014Name of Salesperson:

We are trying to reach this client at 2 numbers and she does not pick up the phone. She spoke to [redacted] on 2/20  and also spoke  to our Processing department on the same day.  We were not informed that she cancelled.  We did not expect a complaint and need to hear from her concerning this complaint.  We called 847-366-1791 to see what number that is (it is not our number).  She needs to identify herself and we will start the cancellation process if she needs to cancel.

Support solution stated that the wife meaning [redacted] did not pay any funds. Which I have submitted showing 197.0 and 29.00 was withdrawn from my husband and I account.  It also shows where 197.00 and 29.00 was withdrawn from our account for my husband.  Again the banks statements were provided as asked. And to receive only 197.00 is not feasible.  We paid a total of 453.0.0 together and support solution asked is to show bank statements and we did. Support solution states I did not pay any funds. Which was not the truth. Our bank statements were submitted to show our total deductions. In honesty and fairness my husband and I should receive what was deducted from our account.

of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke with the business and was told that they will no longer withdraw money from my account. Also, my loan servicer has corrected the error, but states that this company doesn't forgive student loans as they initially stated. They only get paid to hold the loans in consolidation status. I would like to discontinue business with this company due to their deceitful tactics.

Client should look at her payments before we worked with her and her payment now.  She can file her PSLF Application in addition if she doesn't want to return our calls.

Yes, I was refunded my money. Interestingly enough,  money was withdrawn without my consent  from my account on 3/7/2014. When I called to find out why, I was told there was a glitch in the system. Glitches regarding someone's checking account are a huge problem. Of course, no one has responded regarding the withdraw. I provided the company with my check stub information, and Dennis approved my income amount, only to be told later that my income information was not entered correctly. By no means will I allow any comments regarding this being my fault to be acceptable. What a sad excuse for customer service. I am thankful that another company has been able to help me and that I no longer have to deal with them. I would hope the most recent withdrawal is refunded as soon as possible.
