Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situationI spoke with Mr*** today 8/12/ According to Mr [redacted] he's had GE service call earlier this year and states his dishwasher is loud and doesn't believe water is pumping through the upper wash arm I offered to waive the Home Call fee of $to have a GE Factory Service Technician out and if additional service was needed I would discount the parts and labor 50% He informed me that he has already replaced his GE dishwasher with another brand I explained there's nothing more I can do at this point Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I gave since researched the problem with the dishwasherIt appears to bekNOWN GE issue which is a problem with the door latch not allowing the door to seal which prevents the dishwasher from operating Further research shows that the cost of a replacement door latch is $I hardly feel $is a good faith act from GE despite GE offering to pay for the partThe $service fee in my opinion is excessive particularly when the dishwasher has been used approximately times in the rinse cycle only GE is not standing behind their product

I left work early once to arrive for an appointment only to find that once the repair person left early, and the on a separate occasion I received a note that GE had sent the repair person to my house on the wrong dayGE may send a repair person on Friday, March 18th after 3:30pmI will be there waiting after 3:30pmI sincerely hope GE will pay for any further damage for my having to use the washer in a depleted state for the past month
