Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, I am confident that [redacted] never read the full Revdex.com complaint I filed because of her lack of understanding what it entailed.My attempt to reenact the events as they happened fell on deaf ears because she refuses to acknowledge the fact that the dishwasher is defective[redacted] insisted that this defective product was only serviced once in JUNE of and remarked that it was an INSTALLATION ISSUE not a LEAK like I reported[redacted] insisted that a service technician was NOT sent to my home by GE in NOVEMBER of after I provided her with the service call number given to me by the technician on that day AND informed [redacted] that I had an email from GE confirming that service appointmentThat NOVEMBER service call was ALSO for a LEAK and rebutts the INSTALLATION ISSUE theoryThis defective dishwasher has been slowly leaking for six months now[redacted] insisted that I never logged a complaint with GE when in fact, on November 14th, 2016, I spoke with [redacted] at the GE customer complaint department[redacted] was the same GE representative that offered to extend my manufacturers warranty three monthsShe made this offer in lieu of a new dishwasher for the FACT and IN HER WORDS, that I had not logged THREE service calls required to submit a claim for an exchangeThis information was also confirmed when I spoke to the [redacted] & ***'s customer service agents as well[redacted] inisisted that this "three service call" requirement does NOT exist and that she has no idea who told me this[redacted] went on to say that there wasn't a set number for service calls before they deem it to be defective.1-Why the discrepencies ? How can two representatives provide two different policies ?2-Unlimited service calls ? How many times will the technician come to my home and use spit and glue to hold my machine together ? Until the one year manufacture's warranty is expired ?In Conclusion, I find it amusing, yet baffling, how a $BILLION dollar company answers a Revdex.com complaint with a SERVICE CALL resolution which I AM ENTITLED to at any time during the one year of purchase with a call to the GE customer service phone number ?!?!Unsatisfactory, Unprofessional and Insulting Regards, [redacted]

The consumer's washer has been repaired and I have agreed to reimburse her laundry expense She will call me direct if she has any more issues

[redacted] GE repair person came out on July 1, and put a screw in the washing machine It did not fix the washer still have the same issue making loud thumping noise and not rinsing the clothes They were soaked and soapy The washing machine did not flood the floor like all the other times This has been the fourth time GE has came out to repair my washer is there some kind of Lemon Law on appliances? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would partially resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of this morning, 11/9/15, I did not receive a response from [redacted] , that is why I wrote to her again today However, I will gladly accept GE's offer for the 80%, and the $gift check (as discussed with ***), because of all the baking I had to do to "prove" their racks were shoddy However, I do feel it is TOTALLY UNREASONABLE, that GE is asking "me" a [redacted] who lives alone, to disconnect and remove this unit that is INSTALLED ABOVE THE STOVE! GE has a technician, ***, who lives in my town who can make this his first stop to disconnect the unit the day they are to pick it up GE Provides "SAFETY Instructions" to be installed and serviced by "qualified" "trained" technicians" I would think that would go for the removal as well, no? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint entirelyBecause GE is trying to cover up defective/inferior metal used in the racks and knowingly they 'had' to respond to you Ms [redacted] said, "their engineer / tech's baked in the "same" model that I have and did not have any problems" I asked Ms [redacted] to come and remove my unit, bring it to their facility and bake in it and they will see the cakes bake uneven Ms [redacted] said, no they would not do that Either they lied to cover the fact that GE used inferior metal in that particular model or they used different racks to do their baking As you can see by the photos, the cakes are uneven because the racks cannot hold the weight of the cakes properly.For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I needed to choose this response, because after speaking with Ms [redacted] , who agreed to send out a technician this Wednesday, I also needed to 'bake' a cake which I am enclosing photos showing the unevenness that the GE racks cause in baking cakes GE states their racks can hold up to 25lbsTwo empty cake dishes are 5.1oz, well under the weight GE states that can be used in there In addition, I placed a cookie sheet under the cake battered dishes on the rack, and you can see 1), the level of the cake batter is near and 2), there is a space under the "straight" cookie sheet showing the "downward" bow of the GE racks GE used inferior metal in making these racks Their technician, on his last visit, said, "These racks should not bend"GE is using advertising in the facts that you cannot "properly" bake cakes in this unit The cakes come out lopsided This is bordering Consumer Fraud.GE did NOT stipulate in its advertising that "IF" you tried to bake a cake it would come out lopsided Regards, [redacted]
