Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situationI have spoken with Mrs [redacted] and apologized for any confusion regarding her refrigerator replacementI informed her that our delivery companies do not run or supply water lines but will hook up a water line if one is already existingShe wanted to return the refrigerator I told her that she had accepted this as a replacement and if we returned, this brand new unit would have to be thrown away and she would incur restock fees She was not happy with this resolution She said she was going to put a stop on the credit card paymentPlease contact me if you have any further questions or concernsSincerely, [redacted] Program Manager

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situationI have been speaking with Mrs [redacted] regarding her GE microwave and possible resolutionsAlthough the microwave is years old and out of the manufacturer's warranty, we have offered to discount the labor charge by 50% Another option that I've provided the Pezzuti's is a very substantial discount into a brand new model which would come with a brand new year warranty I also offered to give them an additional year warranty (total of 2) at no cost to them as a good will gestureI am waiting to hear back from them on their decision I told them that these offers are good for days and will expire on 9/12/ Please let me know if you have any further questions or concernsSincerely, [redacted] Program Manager

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation I spoke with Mr [redacted] today 5/9/and offered to schedule a Factory Service Technician to come out to diagnose the issues he was experiencing He requested that we waive the Home Call fee of $ His unit is nearly years old and nearly years out of warranty I refused to waive the Home Call fee Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situation I have spoken with Mr [redacted] and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE refrigerator He explained that he is not at the location of the appliance at this time and will reach back out to me when he returns I agreed to waive the home call fee (trip charge) at the time our tech returns The parts and labor would be at this expense due to the fact that it is out of warranty The offer of waiving the diagnostic fee or trip charge will expire 10/31/ I will be closing his case until I hear further Sincerely, [redacted] Program ManagerGE Consumer Relations
