Used a gift card to purchased an order, but after the order was canceled, there was no balance left on the card, and refused to reissue the gift card

Beyond incompetentSecond rate deprtment store with shamefully poor serviceEven top management can not seem to handle simple instructions to make sure that items can be deliveredOne order had to be sent directly back from the Fed ex station without ever being delivered, and it appears that two more will be sent back as well because I will not waste one more minute of my time on a store that just cant deliverFed ex has been absolutely clear about neiman marcus's role, and the instructions being sent to them directly from neiman marcusFor example...I've told three representatives that I am unable to get to the drop center, and they instructed fed ex to leave the package at the drop centerDoes that make sense? I have spoken with multiple representatives, a supervisor named *** gordon, and a corporate representative named *** lindsey...and Fed ex still has not even attempted to deliver this package to my home, not even a first attempt
If you own stock, drop it...this company is a massive failure (over $in purchases being sent back due to failed delivery) If you plan on making a purchase...don't waste your time (over complaints with the Revdex.com and many customers are complaining on their facebook page as well)Saks fifth avenue and Bloomingdales are far superior

On October 9, a parcel loss claim was filed on a purchase made with a visa credit card made on October Order number***I spoke to manager at Neiman Marcus, they stated that a refund or replacement items would be sent out October 26, once the claim is completedI called in October and now they are saying that they are not going to refund or send replacement items

My order LCon Neiman Marcus Last Call got cancelled with no reason or any emailAnd the service attitude is really bad
They don't have any valid reason for why this order got cancelled or send me any email
This is a birthday gift for my friend and after got confirmation of the order, I promised my friend to have her oneIt's really disappointed for not getting the order
And without my check, they don't have any notice letting me know the order is cancelled
