I received a used bag with obvious wear and tear! When I received my last two bags that were subsequently returned, the packer placed a sticker on the box that indicated it was packed with pride and care

The store changed for alteration on cloths sold by the companyThis is a violation of Neiman Marcus policy

A few years ago, a friend purchased a gift card from Neiman Marcus and gave it to me as a holiday gift This week, I went to use the gift card for an on-line purchase and the system displayed "Gift Card is Expired."
