None existent customer service and they don't follow through with their promises
I purchase a purse from Neiman Marcus Last Call online and received a defective (in my opinion used) item I call customer service over the weekend and the customer service agent agreed to upgrade and credit my shipping if I purchased the same bag again
After I re-purchased the purse, I called back and the agent confirmed that the shipping was upgraded and the fee would be creditedThen on Monday, I received a shipping confirmation that said the purse was being shipped FedEx Smart Post I called in again and the agent told me that was correct and I would receive the purse via FedEx Overnight on Tuesday
Later that evening I tracked the package and to my dismay it said the package WAS sent via FedEx Smart Post and I wouldn't receive it until Friday or Saturday I called customer service several times and spoke with two agents (one being a supervisor) and they were so rude to me The supervi

I'm a Neiman Marcus card holder and I'm not going to be purchasing anymore from this storeFirst of all, after I placed my orders online and received my confirmation number, I waited for days and did not receive a single update on my ordersSo I decided to call to see why I hadn't received shipment notificationsI was told there was a "flag" on my orders which would delay shipmentThen I was promised that once it cleared and my orders were ready for shipment, they would be expedited free of chargeWell, no one there had the common courtesy to inform me of this delay in shipment due to this "flag" on my order until I picked up the phone to callThen they promised that they wouldn't charge me for the expedited shipment however, when I checked my statement online, they had charged me for shipment on each merchandise that I orderedI had to make several calls to online customer care to remove the shipment feesThey finally did after calls
Secondly, my orders qualified me for a $gift card based on their online advertisementWhen I received an email notifying me of my gift card, it showed that I was only getting a $gift cardI contacted Neiman Marcus and the rep informed me that they made a mistake and that I am suppose to get a $gift card
Some of the items that I had purchased online showed that they qualified for a $gift cardSo, the whole time, when I was placing my orders online, I was thinking that I will be getting one $gift card for those selected itemsWhen I questioned that to the rep I was in contact with, she informed me that I needed to spend $to get the $gift cardThat was not clear on their online websiteThey were providing advertisement, by making customers like myself think they were going to get a $gift card if they were to purchase one of those selected merchandises with the "$gift card" advertised right below the image of the merchandiseI have sent emails to this rep, and she said she would notify another department about my concerns yet I have not heard back from anyone
You would think a business that's been around for such a long time would treat their customers with respectInstead, they cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience to their customers
