Cancellation issue about an cancelled order
I am very disappointed about a recent shopping experience on Neiman MarcusI placed two orders on Nov and those two order number are WNXXXXXXXXXX and WNXXXXXXXXXX and after that I received two emails said that Customer Action RequiredI called the Neiman Marcus representatives to resolve the issue on both of those two orders due to the address correctionNO ONE MENTIONED ABOUT THE CREDIT CARD ISSUE TO MEBesides, I called my credit company, Chase, to ensure both of those two orders go throughI wasted a lot of time to call both Neiman Marcus and my credit card company to resolve this issueHowever, today I received the email said that the order WNXXXXXXXXXX has been cancelled and there is no way Neiman Marcus would re-process this charge using my payment methodThe only way for me is to replace the orderHowever now I could not use the promotion code which was valid on Nov anymoreIt does not make any sense that the first one
