Did not receive packages Neiman Marcus Shipping deptsubmitted my order as a residential delivery and it was a commercial address provided
On August 8:25pm I ordered three items under Order# WNXXXXXXXXXXXX I screen shot the estimated delivery for these items expected two pieces were suppose to be 9/and one other 9/ I received a email on 8/that package was just shipped and the delivery dates changed I was informed the carrier would be Fed EXI checked back with the tracking numbers and it showed that there was an attempt 9/but no one was present I called Neiman Marcus back they did not have any information showing that However, I explained that it did show that why couldn't they see that also I waited until today, the expected day of delivery I spoke with the mailroom who explained that FedEx came out but no packages for me I called FedEx who at that time mentioned that it was noted delivery is to a residential address and so the driver for residentials d
