Cheap behavior and Fraud to loyal customers
I'm writing this email to complain about the whole process about my order WNXXXXXXXXXX and another order I placed in Bergdorf Goodman WBXXXXXXXXXXI returned the whole order in Neiman Marcus right in the store at Natick Boston, and the receipt I got also declared that the items are all within WNXXXXXXXXXXHowever when I check the order status, I found this item Home Changer with Mattress was not canceled, and noticed that the same item was canceled in the order I newly placed in Bergdorf Goodman, which was qualified for a Gift Card (I canceled the order from neiman and placed the same order in BG for this GC promotion), now because that returned order was wrongly counted to Bergdorf Goodman, I'm now only qualified for a Gift Card rather than I've called about this one month ago, last representative said she has taken care of this and took a note for the order also sent a note to your marketing team mentioning I'm still qua

Breach of sales contract by Neiman Marcus for failing to deliver goods after accepting order and issuing a firm order confirmation on the sale
I am writing this email to register a formal complaint against Neiman Marcus for breach of a sale contract, specifically, it's failure to meet its obligations for sale and delivery of goods
The sequence of events is as follows:
January 2018: I placed an order online with Neiman Marcus to purchase a Fendi pouchThe value of the pouch is US$(SGD882.30) (including import duties and taxes) after a sales discount
January 2018, hours: I received an email from Neiman Marcus informing me that it had received my order request
January 2018, hours: I received an email from Neiman Marcus confirming my order (ref: WNXXXXXXXXXXX)The email further informed me that upon shipment I will receive an email with a link to track my parcel onlineThere was also a hold on funds on my credit card

Used a gift card to purchased an order, but after the order was canceled, there was no balance left on the card, and refused to reissue the gift card
