Neiman Marcus doesn't honor the promotion
On September 21st, I made an online purchase as there was a double point promotionAll items I purchased are qualify for the promotionI should get $gift card for this purchaseThe order number is: WNXXXXXXXXXXThey said the gift card will be emailed to me in 8weeks but I don't receive it after monthsThen, I called the customer service and was told I can only get $instead of I have the screen shot to show this double point promotion and receipt for the qualified purchaseI want my $gift card!

The Dyson hair dryer made my hair dry, brittle and damaged
I purchased the hairdryer on *** 2, 2018t the Galleria Ft Lauderdale location of Meiman Marcususing my Neiman Marcus credit cardI moved and was not able to use the dryer until March The first time I used it my hair was very dry and brittleI tried again using different settings and still the same resultI went to my hairdresser who stated that the dryer singed my hairI had to have my hair cut shorter to remove damage

But recent experiences made me so upset and do not want to do bussiness with them again!
