I find Neiman Marcus to be very unethical as I was told my order had been cancelled due to being out of stock which was not truthful I recently attempted to purchase the Bric's moleskin spinner and received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to being out stock, however after realizing that the item became I available I called customer service to inquire about receiving the product at the original sale price of $but was informed that the item could not be purchased at that priceAfter speaking with a supervisor I was informed that the order was cancelled due to pricing error I feel that I have been deceived and would like to purchase the item for the original price that was listed at the time I had attempted to purchase the item

I ordered something online from Bergdorf Goodman, but they shipped my package to a different person! I called them and showed them the address they shipped to is not the address I received in the confirmation emailBut they kept saying the wrong address is the one in their system so there's nothing they can doHow come the shipping address changed magically after I placed my order?
