On May 16th a purchase was made on their website with a successful transaction On May 17th PayPal completed the transaction taking money out of my account and delivering to Supplement Warehouse This is not my first order with them it was my second, so I know they can be slow with their deliveries However, when I realized that I have not received any shipping and/or back order emails, I emailed their help support email on June 12th advising then of the order the payment and the lack of communication and or delivery of goods from their companyI wait until June 17th before sending another email this time supplying an order numberTo this date I still have not received one single response from this company

I placed an order with supplement warehouse on March I called weeks later to see what's taking so longI told the person I talk to to just cancel my order and refund me my money she said okay I will have it in days, then I get an email after saying my stuff has shipped out, they gave me a tracking number that was bogus the number wasn't a real tracking numberI've called and emailed him several times after and still nothing,no response.I'm getting very pissed off because I haven't received my $purchase or money back

Twice recently I have ordered from Supplement Warehouse onlineIn prior years the service was great In September I placed an orderIt took over a month for them to ship it outI tried emailing their help deskNo one ever replied in the weeks between when I emailed them and when the product was shippedI tried repeatedly to call themEvery time I received the message saying due to heavy call volume we cannot take your call at this timeAfter lots of calls - I finally got throughShe gave me a scripted answer saying the manufacturer had changed the product so they were waiting for it to be sent to themI told her I ordered two different products from two different manufacturers so which one did that apply toShe had no answerI asked why I never received a reply to my email to the help deskShe said they always respond in a timely mannerThey never responded in weeks I gave Supplement Warehouse the benefit of the doubt and was hoping it was a one time problemI ordered one month ago on December 9th and my order still has not shipped outI am having the same problem contacting themThey charged my credit card the day I placed the orderI will never use them again and will advise others to not go through this company

I ordered a holiday gift for my mother online from this companyThey immediately charged my credit card, yet, immediately had my item on back orderI was not able to log on to my account to continue to check on my item as "my password was incorrect." I tried to get another password but they never would send me an email (I checked my spam folder regularly too)I called several times only to be put on automated hold with a recording "you are caller number with a minutes wait..etc..." However, when I waited the 30+ minutes, I was at caller number with minute to go and never got my call answeredI tried to post an inquiry on the "help desk" but apparently the help desk form had an error as it would never go throughI finally recv'd another email (not to reset my password) but to inform me my item was still on back order another - weeksI believe they might be a SCAM or the business is a FRAUD onlineI contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the chargeI want my order canceled (if there ever was one) and hope that something is done about this companyI have read several reviews (complaints) and they are all about the sameUnprofessional business practices and unethical

Please, for your sake, choose to do business with literally any other supplement and vitamin wholesalerI am certain that the only reason they are still in business is because people, like myself, just can't resist the 5% price match guaranteeWell, let me tell you, paying a meager 5% less to deal with whom I consider to be the worst company I've ever dealt with is absolutely not worth itHere are a few of the most pertinent reasons why: 1) It takes them over a week to process your order to determine whether the items are even in stock 2) If the items aren't in stock (which is often the case - many "back ordered" items), they'll send you an email with an incoherent rsentence in a miserable attempt to communicate which items are back orderedYou won't be able to understand which of your items are back ordered unless it's only one or two itemsI've received multiple emails about the same order saying different items were not in stockThey just don't have any organization3) If the items are back ordered, they tell you they hope to have them in two weeks and will send them once they doThat means you'll wait a full month from time of order to delivery of those items 4) Even if the items are in stock, it takes them over a week to ship them and another week for them to arriveAll in all, call it weeksIn today's day and age, that's just too long considering the shipping timeframe of their competitors 5) If, for any reason, you have to communicate with their customer service, good luckYou'll wait a minimum of minutes but often times as long as 45-minutes on holdWhen you actually get a rep on the phone, they're not effective representatives, and they sound downtrodden from dealing with the other fifty customers whom have had legitimate gripesIt's very clear that they don't staff their call centers nearly enough to handle the volume of calls that their shoddy business practices demandOverall, I feel bad for their employeesTo work for a company this abysmal cannot be easyI'd be happy to pay an extra TEN percent to never deal with this incompetent business ever againThey have absolutely no clue how to run a solid business or how to treat customers

I placed my order with this company on Tuesday March 8, I called customer service days later as my money pulled immediatly out of my account but no movement on shipping, when I called I got an automated voice telling me lines are too busy and to email customer service, so I did I got another auto response from my email from another non-human reminding me of the days they give themselves to ship orders, it's in the policies so I waited untill day which is todayStill no shipment and still no response to my email so I called them again to once again get an automated voice telling me to email as they are too busy to take incoming calls, so again I emailed them nowI am very flustered that no one has attempted to contact me, or to adhere to there ow policies and procedures which states shipment within daysI have paid and I have now been patiently waiting for my purchased goods and it seems I am having to jump through hoops to get any answers so I have no other choice

This was my third and last order from Supplement WarehouseTo their credit I had no negative experience with the first two orders, except that shipping times were a little slow as compared to other retailers, but for the price they offer (price match) I could wait a few extra daysHowever with this previous order I will never order from them againI placed a single item order on a Saturday with the expectation that it wouldn't process until MondayI waited until Thursday to check the status of the order and to my surprise it was still labeled as "In Processing"I patiently waited until Saturday to check againAfter seeing the same result I decided to call the customer service deskI sat on hold for minutes before I spoke with a Rep who simply and rudely explained to me that they have up to days for processing and that my order would be processed that week, then ended the conversationOn the following Monday after still no update, I sent an email to the helpdesk team, to which they responded that my item had been backordered, no big deal, only there is no way to tell this from the website, no one informed me after days (business days) that this was backordered, and after an hour long phone call and second conversation, the lovely customer service rep didn't bother telling me thisPer the request of the email I responded and asked to swap out the flavor I ordered for another oneAfter waiting days for a response that I never received I decided to call the customer service phone number againAfter only a minute wait this time I got through and was told yes this product was back ordered, and I could exchange the flavorAfter making an exchange request and placed back on hold, I was informed that there were only flavors in stock, all basic and not what I wantedNot wanting to wait any longer for my now week old order I made a decision and was told that it would ship out later that dayThe following day to my surprise I did receive shipping information, unfortunately it is suppose to take days to arriveWas I in any way compensated for my trouble? NoWill I ever order from supplement warehouse again? NoThey have a great price but some things are just worth the money, in this case, its satisfactionIf you want to be satisfied with a purchase and experience do yourself a favor and order from someone else
