I placed an order at the end of December On January 3, the money was removed from my accountI have called several times at different numbers that is provided for the companyIf I call after 5:00pm I get a response all representing are busyIf I call earlier of the numbers calls through but then disconnects the other number never rings through

This company is an absolute joke! I placed my order on 2/Part of it was sent 3/but that was only part of the orderThe worst part of dealing with them is you cannot speak to anyone concerning your orderI think they have one person answering their phonesAfter multiple attempts I finally connected with someone after being on hold for minutes! In the end I received my final portion of my order the week of 3/almost a month later however, I didn't receive one item that thy ultimately refunded me my moneyHalf of my order was on back order which baffles me that your site isn't caught up enough to state that as I am placing my orderAs I said they are a joke spend a few dollars more and deal your loca vitamin shoppe or bodybuilding.com

Absolutely awfulOrdered a product, waited weeks for delivery/tracking info/something! Emailed supplement warehousedays later FINALLY got a reply saying "sorry, your item is out of stock." I requested a refund and it took another days to get my money backWasted over a month for nothingThis company is insanely unreliable and unprofessionalDo not order from them EVER!!!

I placed an online order with Supplement Warehouse and paid by Debit CardThey immediately deducted the amount from my accountThe products were to ship within - daysAfter a week went by without receiving my order, I tried repeatedly to call on Sept 9th for an updateWas put on hold for - minutes and finally reached an actual personThey said the order had been backordered and would ship the following Tuesday the 13thOn Sept 12th I received an email stating it was backordered and would ship out in to weeksSince Sept28, I have been trying again to contact someone thru email help line and their number for customer serviceI have called and emailed repeatedly numerous timesNo one has ever respondedToday I received another email stating the items were backordered and would ship in or weeksThis is unacceptable that they have already taken my money and not shipped the productMost reputable companies do not charge your account until they shipI don't know if this is a scam company or not, but action needs to be takenI have not responded to their email yet, but have tried the corporate number and their customer service number this morning and received the same message that "Due to high volume please call back later" This is very disturbing and I hope you receive feedback and forward that information on to me

I just placed an order with Supplement Warehouse and missed my order numberI also have not received a confirmation email eitherI created an account with them with the same information I gave in my order and when I look at my order status it says I've made no ordersNow I'm worried because I was charged $100+ and I'm looking at these reviews and wishing I hadn'tI've tried emailing them times now and it rejects my email and tells me to try again later

I have placed an order with this place on separate occasions and of them caused me to never order from this company again My final order was placed on 12/28/16, I checked the status of my order for weeks, status never changed I called on 1/11/after there was no response to email request for status update On 1/11/it took calls over the course of hours to reach a representative, phone line repeatedly state that they are too busy for your call The representative then told me that after weeks that they haven't even received the product from there vendor yet I requested cancellation and a refund, which I was told that would take up to business days, up to date I still do not have product nor merchandise My order before was similar but in that instance I requested order delivered but instead about a week later I received the product I should have made that my last order
