These people are maddening scam artists I joined with an offer of a free knife for my $membership - although they indicated that one could cancel membership within the first days and even keep the knife, it turned out to be a vastly different story When I discovered how useless and uninformative they were, I telephoned them and indicated that I wished to cancel my membership and get a refund They said they would process the refund which would show in 2-business days, but they further said in that they had not shipped the knife, they were going to cancel the shipment I pointed out that they promised that one could keep the knife even if cancelling No affect A week and a half later when no refund was forthcoming, I telephone them again After spending over minutes on the telephone with them, I was finally told that they would credit my PayPal account again within 2-business days It did not happen Then, amazingly, the cheap, Chinese knife arrived so I figured that I could write off a couple of bucks against my loss A few days later, they telephoned me and after being told that I had to remain a member prior to cancelling rather than being able to cancel in the first days as they promised, they came up with a compromise They would charge me $for the knife (that I was supposedly able to keep upon cancellation) and credit the balance of $to my account That has not happened Also, about weeks ago I ordered some of their "free" items (just pay shipping) and have still yet to get them although my PayPal account was charged three times weeks ago These maddening, dishonest derelicts should be shut down!

I have been trying to Survival life has not responded to several emails and phone messagesThis due to what looks like an unauthorized online purchase that put my checking account in to an overdraft statusA CSR for Survival Life finally contacted me As it turns out I had been subscribed for a monthly charge for whatever they were offering for every monthNo email or snailmail was ever sent to me verifying my subscription or notifying me of my monthly item If Survival Life does what I was told would happen (if the refund promised is credited with in the to business days as promised) My recommendation for the Revdex.com to considered this issue has been resolved if the refund promised is credited with in the promised time frameI'll keep the Revdex.com informed of the outcome

We also noticed that you accidentally signed up for our FPA program, so I cancelled that recurring membership fee and you will no longer receive any billings from our company.
