It is now December 9, I have yet to receive products I ordered from Survivallfe.com located in Austin, Texas All of my calls to them go to voice mail They never answer their phone Email responses come from various people who give contradictory information At one point the say that the items were shipped Then the say they made a mistake and promise to deliver but never have DO NOT TRUST Survival Life to keep their promises They are either crooks or the most disorganized organization I have the misfortune to deal with.......or both

You just lost ANOTHER costumer, I'm not surprised though looking at your reviewsI ordered something for $and they snuck on a $item that I did not even want nor would have paid that much for! When I tried to get the item removed and my money refund they gave me the run around, oh its being processed, then they shipped it trying to force me to pay, now I have to send it back THEN I will get my refund! Seriously, what kind of scam is this, your the lowest of the low feeding off people trying to prepare and you scam them! I'm going to share how this company is all over social mediaStop by in or looking at anything survival life they are hacks and scammers!

I signed up to get a free watch for $5,which I NEVER RECIEVED BY THE WAY! Looking at my bank statement, you people have been charging me bucks a month for literally NOTHINGI'm going to report your company for fraud, since I see you are screwing many, many other people in the same wayI'll be calling your number tomorrow, and somebody better make this right

On a recent email Surivial Life offered for sale a girandoni air rifle, I ordered one and the product received was a chinese made brand rifleThe company was prompt (days) in issuing a return label but the local UPS store will not accept the rifle for shipment and I have to drive miles to return the rifle BEWARE
