Re: *** *** Your File No*** T-Mobile Account No*** To Whom It May Concern: T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated March 10, 2017, regarding the above-referenced account. In Ms***’s letter to your office, she indicates that she is not able to use service with her handset in or around her home. We regret any coverage issues Ms*** has experienced. Unfortunately, T-Mobile is unable to guarantee coverage in all areas. There are several factors and conditions that may interfere with actual service, quality, and availability. Sadly, T-Mobile records confirm that Ms*** canceled her account on February 5, 2017, when she ported her mobile numbers to another service provider. Ms***’s billing cycle ran from the 5th of one month to the 4th of the following month. Pursuant to T-Mobile policy, customers may be billed through the end of their current billing cycle if they cancel their service mid-cycle. Accordingly, Ms*** was billed through March 4, As a courtesy to Ms*** and in an effort to amicably resolve this matter, T-Mobile issued a credit to the account in the amount of $for the pro-rated charges incurred from February 5, 2017, through March 4, 2017, leaving Ms***’s account closed with a final balance of $Ms***’s account balance consists of past due charges from January 5, 2017, through February 4, 2017, which was due on February 25, In addition to the adjustment, as a courtesy, T-Mobile has also added a day collection hold to allow Ms*** an opportunity to make her paymentPlease note that T-Mobile provides a number of options for Ms*** to pay outstanding charges. Customers can make a payment via electronic check or credit card, over the phone either through the Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) or with Customer Care or in person at one of our local retail store locations or by mailing it to the payment lockbox address on their billing statement remittance slip Again, we regret any inconveniences this has caused Ms*** and appreciate the opportunity to address her concerns Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. T-Mobile Account No***
To Whom It May Concern:
T-Mobile
USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated April 3, regarding the above-referenced accountWe are pleased to inform you that T-Mobile has contacted Ms*** and addressed her concerns to her satisfaction
We regret any inconvenience to Ms*** regarding our handset promotions and we appreciate the opportunity to address her concernsFrom November 24, 2016, through November 27, 2016, T-Mobile had an amazing promotion for new and existing customers, such as Ms***, who trada qualifying fully owned Apple, Samsung, or LG phone from any carrierWith that trade-in, and subscription to our T-Mobile ONE or Simple Choice Unlimited rate plan, Ms*** was eligible to receive the iPhone 7, iPhone Plus, iPhone 6s, or iPhone 6s Plus at no cost or at a discount after monthly bill credits for the amount of the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) installmentPlease note that these requirements must be met throughout the term of the EIP
T-Mobile records indicate on November 24, Ms*** took advantage of our EIP program and purchased an Apple iPhone Plus Jett Black 128GB device priced at $Ms*** was required to pay $down payment and agreed to pay monthly installments of $eachAt the same time, Ms*** traded in an Apple iPhone 6s Plus device in order to take advantage of the handset promotionAlso, Ms*** purchased an Apple iPhone Rose Gold 32GB device priced at $Ms*** was not required to pay a down payment agreed to monthly installments of $each and traded in an iPhone 5s 16GB device to participate in the handset promotion
Please note, under the before mentioned handset promotion stipulations, when a customer traded in an Apple iPhone 6s and purchased an Apple iPhone Plus, the final cost of the new device would be $after traand monthly creditsFurthermore, when a customer traded in an Apple iPhone 5s and purchased an Apple iPhone the final cost would be $after trade- in credit and monthly creditsRegrettably, due to an inadvertent error Ms***’s new devices were not enrolled in the promotion as anticipated
Nonetheless, in an effort to amicably resolve Ms***’s concerns, on April 5, T-Mobile applied the credits of $for the Apple iPhone Plus device and $for the Apple iPhone device to compensate for the promised credits under the promotionMs*** accepted the credits as resolution to her concerns and her account remains active with a revised credit balance of $1,
Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because it is not complete. Yes, T-Mobile instructed me to file a police report and I've attempted several times to contact our local police department. I'm told someone will return my call so I'm waiting on that. They also suggested I contact the Attorney General's office to file an Identity Theft Affidavit or hire an attorney. Attorney fees would be over and above the $500+ on my credit report. If T-Mobile is unable to find an account with my information then why can't they remove it when it obviously isn't MY account??? It sounds like the logical thing to do. Again, I'm waiting to hear back regarding the police report and I've contacted the Attorney General's office. This just seems like a lot of hoops to jump through over an account that isn't even mine
Sincerely,
*** ***
