this is not a complaint. as a matter of fact this is the second good review I think ive written, I have fallen in love with this company. I had 3 christmas gifts left to buy and they referred me to another site to buy 2 gifts I couldn't find on theirs. Now I know they are probably related but it just felt customer service had my back. They helped with suggestions for gifts for age appropriate gifts and check out is a breeze.

I have enjoyed my experience with Tanga. Great pricing information products & shipping. My items are received in good time also.

Great experience each time I ordered. Very pleased with the products I have purchased.

Review: I placed a order with Tanga; received my tracking notice; it mentioned my items where to be delivered July 24th; it was a week after that; I contacted Tanga by email; cause there is not a number to call; someone emailed me saying they would HELP me out by contacting the warehouse and get back with me. I never heard from them; I sent another email to them on Aug. 4th mentioning that no one has gotten back with me on my order; so I'm request a refund ... still no feedback. Please be careful ordering from this company; it may be a scam.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the items I NEVER received.

Tanga is definitely a first class business. The website is very easy to navigate and make purchases from. Their customer service is excellent, very responsive and always go the extra mile.

Tanga is a great site. There are always wonderful sales and great deals!! I had to return something and they were very prompt and helpful on the return. I love Tanga!!

I love TANGA. I have especially loved the Micheal Kors handbags. I went to MK website and outlet and the prices were three to four times higher than TANGA. I have bought 6 of the MK bags. I am now buying them for Christmas presents. I also love, love, love the down-alternative comforters. I have bought 4 of them. I plan to get those for Christmas also. My next favorite items which I have bought are the Hotel 100 Sateen Sheets. They are so awesome! I have also bought several other things from TANGA. I live on disability so the TANGA products allow me to have all these luxury items for a price I can afford. It makes me feel like I am a wealthy person on my beer budget. Thank you, TANGA, for making my day.

Review: I ordered my husbands wedding ring from this site in oct 25, 2013. I have contacted tanga many times inquiring on the expected ship date. The have given me many excuses. Fe: we have moved warehouses, so shipping will be delayed. Or: the jewelry was the last to ship out, so it may take awhile longer.

I have been promised a tracking number for the shipment by midnight, and I have also been told that the employee handling my phone all would check on the ring personally.

Monday nov 18 I called & left another voicemail. No return phone call was made to me. I have since left two more voicemails, and 2 emails.

This is my husbands wedding ring!! Not some trinket I purchased from the internet. I am getting married in 6 weeks & no longer have time to get his ring engraved.

I am so furious I want to cry. This experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences I gave ever had!!Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call from this business, an apology for the experience, and I want the ring shipped overnight to my residence. I will still pay for the wedding ring but this needs to be resolved!

I highly recommend this small company. Ordered products are promptly delivered at fair prices. Their customer service is of the highest quality (done through emails). Any problems are quickly resolved with kindness and efficiency. I would encourage others to help this company grow.

I recently placed an order, actually it was in October and has been over a month. I tried contacting the company. They continually tell me that It says delivered. There are six tracking numbers and when I filed a paypal dispute, this company sent them one tracking number for a $7.75 item. This order was in the amount of $132.91. Paypal closed the dispute although two of the tracking numbers never arrived and the claim I put in at the post office, like Tanga told me had to be done, says that these tracking labels were printed and never taken to the post office. I have appealed with Paypal but it makes me know that something at Tanga is wrong or they would not have sent a tracking number for such a small amount when this order was so large. The amount missing was over half this order for products in the amount of $78.88. I have purchased many items from this company and most times don't have a problem. I won't be ordering again. Every time I contact them, they just tell me that this order was delivered when you can see that two of the tracking numbers do not say this.

I HAVE ORDERED MERCHANDISE FROM TANGA SEVERAL TIMES. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM THEY RECTIFIED IT QUICKLY, EVEN REFUNDING MY PURCHASE PRICE IF THE WRONG MERCHANDISE WAS SENT AND LET ME KEEP THE INCORRECT MERCHANDISE. THEY HAVE ALSO PAID FOR RETURN POSTAGE IF SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE RETURNED. THEY ONLY USE EMAIL, BUT THEY RESPOND AND TAKE CARE OF THINGS QUICKLY. THE MERCHANDISE (USUALLY JEWELRY) IS OF DECENT QUALITY FOR THE PRICE AND IF THEY HAVE FREE SHIPPING AND A DISCOUNT YOU CAN GET SOME REAL BARGAINS.

these items were Christmas gifts and were not given until December 25 - I contacted the business on December 26, 2015 and have been ignored. Others should know that this business is fraudulent and I will do all that I can to make sure many people know not to order from this company . I want my money back

I have enjoyed perusing through the Tanga website for a long time now, and whether I find something I need (or want) or not, I am always so overwhelmed at the number of AMAZING deals on products everyone can use!
Each time I have placed an order, I have been very pleased with what I have received, and while it make take a little longer to get my ordered merchandise to me, this is not unheard of in the discount website arena--[redacted],[redacted], etc. all have considerable wait times in receiving the merchandise ordered by their customer as well. I believe it is TOTALLY unfair to lambaste Tanga over the very same issues that occur with other similar websites.
Believe me, if my experience was otherwise, you would be reading a very different review of this company-- but Tanga has been good to me, and I cannot believe that I am the only customer with a positive experience! I know that if I ever have an issue with anything business related, they will make it right. I am also challenging the many other happy customers out there to do the fair thing and leave a review of their personal experience here, alongside mine.

Tanga has terrible delivery times I waited a month and they hadn't even processed my order. Their excuse was that they moved to a new wharehouse, the real problem is they have supposedly only 15 staff members and instead of hiring more people to create a good customer experience they are greedy and cheap. I bought several items from them and used to refer all of my friends I wish I hadn't. I had ordered my girlfriend a few things over a month and a half before her birthday and they still couldn't get it to me in time totally ruined what was supposed to be a surprise. Tanga sucks

Review: I have been trying to contact the business to report 3 fraudulent charges to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I need the businees to contact me immediately to reverse these charges and cancel the fraudulent orders before they ship.

I have spoken with [redacted] on the phone about the orders. They were found and rejected before even shipping. Alerted customer that he immediately close his account with his bank. Order did not ever fully process on our end and was caught by our fraud system.

I was very pleased with my order from Tanga. It was packaged well, of good quality & arrived in 5 work days. I will definitely order from them again!

Review: I ordered [redacted] magazine subscriptions, x 4 years on Feb 22, 2013 . At the time I had a current [redacted] Subscription, and I was told this would just extend my current subscription. However, when the subscription ended, I never received a renewal and the subscription did not extend. Tanga has my money, but they are not helping resolve this issue. the last correspondence they told me to call them. I do not have a phone number for them, and they do not post it on their website. anywhere that I can find.

This is almost a year from the time of my order. This is just bad business and dishonest. They need to make this right. The order number is as follows

This issue has been resolved, but not because the Revdex.com helped me. I continued to phone this company and email this company repeatedly until they finally listened to me, and I was able to reach a resolution with them myself. Finally I reached someone who was willing to re-issue the subscription that was never ever issued in the first place. While I appreciate that you assigned this issue a case number, in this instance, you actually were not of any assistance to me in this resolution.My teenage son now has his [redacted] to read, which is who the subscription was for all alongSincerely,[redacted]
