During my online Christmas browsing I cam across Tanga.com. What caught my eye was that they had some really great items at really great sales prices. At first I thought it was too good to be true but I was shopping on a budget and wanted to get something nice for my wife. Tanga.com is currently advertising a Pearl Bracelet with Swarovski Elements; Featuring 4 beautiful rows of 4mm cultured freshwater pearls, this bracelet is made with Swarosvki Elements. Features a stretch fit design.

Its advertised as $100 on sale for $9.99, a 90% discount. The item I received is a cheap, plastic, knockoff made in China with no Swarovski Elements in it. The item itself is not even worth a dollar and is something you would find in a children's toy quarter machine. Tanga.com is falsely advertising this product. There are no pearls on this product but instead white, plastic beads. I will never buy from this site ever again and tell others not to.

This company is family owned and does not handle business in a timely manner! I purchased a necklace for my daughter in March but, still hhasn't received it. It is now July & I still haven't received my money nor my merchandice after tons of e-mails, phone calls & leaving messages!!! #BADDDD SERVICE!!!!

Great company that offers great products exactly as described at great prices. Wonderful customer service. I had a problem locating a package. They assisted me and offered to reship or refund me. Luckily, the package did arrive. I let them know so they could cancel my reshipment. The reshipment would have be short one item that was out of stock. They let me keep the refund for that one item for my inconvenience with the tracking. Cannot get better customer service than that. I will be buying from them again in the future.

I loved the first blouse so much & got so many compliments I ordered another in different color!

I used Tanga.com twice and both times I was VERY SATISFIED with my purchases. I find myself looking online to see what is on sale, as the sales are great! I would recommend this site if you like quality things for not a lot of money.

Review: On October 24, 2013 I placed an order with Tanga.com LLC for some t-shirts. I was informed that it could take 10 business days for delivery and I would be contacted with shipping information. On October 30 I contacted Tanga and asked where my shipping info was and if my shipment has been processed. They replied stating that my email confirmation would arrive between 11/4 and 11/8. On November 18 I contacted them again asking where my order was and email shipping confirmation. I emailed them again today November 27 after not getting a reply to my 11/18 email and informed them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and my credit card company about possible fraud/scam.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me an apology for not fulfilling their end of the transaction, acknowledge on their website this specific problem and to not advertise something they can't come through on. Also in the apology letter I want them to acknowledge that they let down an 8 year old boy who was counting on those t-shirts for his birthday.

Review: I bought a CASIO brand new calculator from tanga.com, when received it I found it even doesn't have a case.

So I emailed Tanga.com customer service.

For 1st time, I told them there is also not a manual, even it does not have a case(package), they said I should send a picture of product status, I sent it.

2nd time, they said in website, they doesn't say that it has a manual....

but in HP, it says , it a brand new one. I find it in shop, it has a transparent plastic case and manual, the batteries are not assembled in the calculator...

But they didn't give me any comments on these things.

On their opinion, if the accessories are not available on their HP, they can be removed from the products? and is this OK?Desired Settlement: 3 proposals

1. send all original remain parts in a regular product and explain why they were sent in this status. if it is not a new one, what the meaning of 'brand new' in their website?

2. send a all new one ASAP. then I return the one I bought, they pay the postage.

3. return it because it is not a new one, it lacks of a lot of accessories. and they refund it including the return postage.

and if they said it doesn't a manual, please add this comment on HP, change the 'brand new' to 'refurbish'.

Refund made for full amount paid 1/24/2014. Customer may keep item on us. Item is currently sold out, however information has been passed to publishing department for page to be changed.

Orders take longer than the 'norm' for processing. Upon emailing (2 times) an inquiry regarding my order sitting in a 'not packaged yet' status for a month, I have gotten no response. I have tried calling the company phone number in which I get a message that says that their mailbox is full and to please try again later.

I had a very positive experience with Tanga.com that I would like to share. I tried to place an order with a ten per cent off code. The code was not accepted after several tries. I emailed Tanga customer service about the problem. I received an automated reply that my email had been received and I would get a response to my email. Later that night I tried to place my order again with the 10 per cent off code and was successful.
The following day I received not just one but two emails from Tanga notifying me that they had credited my account with the 10 per cent off. I replied that I had ultimately been successful in placing my order using the code so that now I actually owed Tanga money!
The next day Tanga replied not to worry, it was "on them". I replied with a Thanks for not only the extra percentages off of my order, but for the prompt, friendly customer service. It goes a long way in keeping loyal customers.

I ordered a [redacted] keyboard for [redacted] in mid-March. They finally shipped the keyboard ten days later and it arrived in good time. Problem was the keyboard was supposed to be "brand new" their words on the webpage. It came in a plain brown box, no documentation and clearly used. It had scuffs over the aluminized base and scratches on the hinges. Customer service was quick in sending a return address label and it has gone back the day after it arrived. I am convinced that they had sent the keyboard from a mega-return facility in Wallingford,, CT knowing that it was a returned item and only hoping that I would not notice that it was used. Deceitful.

Review: I place an order on Tanga.com on October 28th and since then I have only received a part of the order. I have attempted to contact Tanga.com a number of times and no one has gotten back to me.I've send multiple emails and still no response. At this point I am out over $40 and they don't even care to respond. I've tried tracking the package, and the tracking number is inactive.Desired Settlement: I would like someone at the company to personally contact me regarding the status of the order and either ship my package or return my money.

I placed an order on the 18 th of November , I would constantly check to see the status and it would say not shipped . Sent several emails called 15 times and I finally get an email on the 6th of December saying oh here is your tracking number, I checked the tracking number and it still shows as just a generated tracking number and not shipped I have asked them to refund money since it has not shipped and the lady told me NO we won't cancel it just wait until it ships then if you want you can send it back, really!!!!! Never shopping there again

Review: I ordered men's aviator sunglasses with blue lenses. The company sent me the wrong order not once but twice, then when I complained the second time about not receiving my order then simply, without explanation refunded my money and told me to keep the women's sunglasses they sent instead of the men's sunglasses I ordered.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered, plain and simple

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The item I ordered was never delivered. They bait and switched me twice. Sending me a women's pair of sunglasses, not the [redacted] blue lens aviator I ordered. Instead of fulfilling the order Tanga abruptly and without warning refunded my money instead of granting me the item I ordered and without any explanation whatsoever. I did not ask for a refund nor did I ask for them to send me the wrong merchandise. I offered to return the item but still want the item I originally ordered.

I've been dealing with tanga for some time now and I want to say they are GREAT! Excellent customer service, items are exact and if things aren't correct they don't fail to fix the situation in a professional and fast matter.

I've always had a stellar experience with Tanga. No complaints.

Ordered product on black Friday 11/27/15 (thought that was plenty of time for Christmas), their website states they will ship your product out in 5-10 days. So at the most they should have mailed my fryer out 12/7/15. When I checked the website about my order it showed it should arrive 12/17/15. I understood that with them being a small business, but it didn't show up on the 17th, I emailed them. I told them it had not arrived, they said there was an issue with the order, shipping, carriers, etc. Would have been nice somewhere in the 20 days since I had ordered the product to let me know of the issue. I may have had time to get one from somewhere else for Christmas.

I just received my fryer today. That is 36 days to get my product. I could have gotten it faster if I ordered from China. It was a Christmas present, do don't order from them of you are depending on something in a timely fashion. ( they also billed me right away)

Quality of the product I ordered was terrible!

Tanga is a great company! Two weeks ago I ordered a watch that they sold out of. They gave me a 15% off coupon and asked if I wanted my money back or to wait for another shipment to come in. I chose to wait and they kept me updated every step of the way! It was amazing that THEY contacted me with the problem and a solution before I even knew anything was wrong. Will defenitely keep doing business with them!
