Wonderful customer service.

the service and product were excellent. Great company!

I have been so happy with all of my purchases from Tanga. The descriptions are accurate and if you have any questions, their customer service is beyond compare. They are seriously amazing and I love shopping with them. They have amazing prices and their selection is wonderful.

This is a great company and clearly the people who work there and who run it are invested in its success and in customer satisfaction.

I am proud to recommend them to others.

I ordered a set of sheets from Tanga a month ago. They have yet to be delivered and I am not even sure they have been processed. The website will not allow me to get a refund or cancel my order. The phone number they provided is not connected. I would not ever order from them as you give them your money and they never deliver their product.

Review: They sold me a printer with ink! I have three identical printer from adaroma and bestbuy with similar price and they all come with ink. This is a really bad business.Desired Settlement: Get my money back. The product is useless junk.

Do not use Tanga.com! They do not stand by their product, falsely advertise product, and the product do not last at all. When I contacted them to fix this issue, they were not willing to help me at all, said its past a 30 day warranty, even though the product they advertise to be TUNGSTEN was not.

I got a Tungsten ring, it dropped on the sink, and shattered! That is not a Tungsten material and they did not address the fact if it was or was not Tungsten they just said sorry we can't help you.

This is not a company to do business with.

I was new to this company, and I believe I saw them on[redacted]. I placed 2 different orders on the same day but only received a tracking email on one order. Tanga contacted me the next day with my tracking info on both orders and estimated delivery. I am thrilled with their customer service.

Wonderful site, great team of people, excellent shipping time and charges. Best priced hot deals I could find anywhere. A+++++

Review: I already submitted a complaint to you regarding Tanga.com You asked me

to update you on the complaint. To date, Tanga.com has not refunded

my credit card for the charge of $19.96. They did send me out the

2 bracelets I ordered by USPS. I refused the package and returned

it back to the sender, Tanga. com so that I don't have to pay

shipping. I let Tanga.com know that if I have any charges from

Review: The first couple of orders I placed with Tanga were shipped in good order at good prices. Unfortunately, on the last order of 3 tee shirts, one item was cancelled as they were out of stock, one item shipped the incorrect size, and only one item was shipped correctly, but it took a long time to get here.

Contacted Tanga for return and credit on the misshipped item and they responded quickly with a return label. on November 5, 2014 I sent it back November 6 & they received it on the 13th. As of today (March 27, 2015) I have not received the refund to my credit card.

Have been in contact with them & because of the time lapse, they say they need my credit card numbers again, however, they have no secure way of getting them. The choices are: 1) e-mail the card info for all the internet to see, 2) call a phone where I can leave a voice mail with the card number for every employee or the janitor to hear, or 3) have someone at Tanga call me directly for the information. I chose the last option, however, the customer service person has called a couple of times when I haven't been able to answer the phone and have had to prod him by e-mail to call back; each time, the call either not going through or I was on another call. There is no number I can call to speak to anyone, only outgoing numbers or receiving voicemails.

They pride themselves on being a small company, and those are the ones I like to support and from whom we should receive the best service, however, Tanga falls very short in that area. The last message offered me a Tanga Credit, which I don't want, but which may have been their goal the whole time. Very disappointed in Tanga's performance on this small amount.

Since I posted this same information on an internet review site, Tanga has not made any further attempts to contact me. I guess this is their petty way to deal with negative reviews due to their lousy customer service.Desired Settlement: Since they have no secure way of getting my credit card number, I would like a check in refund. Failing that, I need someone to call me successfully to get the credit card information

The company originally offered to refund the purchase price, however, as indicated in my complaint, they have no secure way to submit my credit card number, and I do not accept Paypal payment. They wanted me to e-mail or leave a voice mail of the credit card information, however, that's just an invitation to fraud.Since it has been so long, they can be assured that they were paid from my credit card and therefore should have no problem sending me a check. I'll even pay for the postage, which they can deduct from the payment.

We do not send out checks for refunds, as we do not accept checks for payment. We do not store any information that is sent to us nor is CC information stored on our website. If customer would prefer a phone call we can do that

I texted Tanga with questions about one of their products and received instantaneous response. Braedyn did a great job of helping me with a product question... VERY quick and accurate. This is one of the several reasons I do business with Tanga. TANGA is a definate a++ company!

I have had nothing but good results from all of my purchases from Tanga.com. The products are "as described" and always arrive in perfect condition. Their prices are great too. Definitely would recommend to my friends.

"I ordered a Microsoft Surface tablet where in the description the unit was to come with the cover/keyboard (about $70 to purchase otherwise). When the unit arrived I was told they would ship a keyboard/ cover right out. I was fine with that so I uploaded all of my work data and did the updates. A week later I get an email saying the supplier made the error that they would not honer what the website described and what the customer service person said. They did offer a return but when I told them based on the first email it was to late for that, so they said hold on they would check with the supplier. after several emails (BTW I included my phone number but no one could bother to pick up the phone to correct the situation) I was told I could return the unit or have a $25 store credit for a $70 keyboard/ cover. The cost of the unit without the cover was $50 more than other sites but with the cover it was a good deal - if you actually received the cover. I also let the company that claims to be a small company and asks for the word spread on how great they are I placed 10+ orders in the last year, I guess this is how they treat a repeat customer."

I had ordered 2 men's rings from this site in early December. On December 23rd I pulled up my order just to check the status. Upon pulling up the tracking information, I had seen that per USPS tracking the package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/21. Since it was 12/23 and I hadn't received anything yet, I figured I'd email the Tanga team and try to find an explanation/solution. They obviously didn't read my email, as they sent back a generic "to track your order, follow these steps" email, based purely on the subject I had to choose for the email before submitting it. So I emailed them again. It took me 3 attempts before finally getting someone to READ my email and understand my concern. They offered to either re-ship the product or provide me a refund. I was really looking forward to the items, so I asked that they re-ship them. That was on December 23rd, and I never heard anything regarding confirmation of my request, so I had just assumed they were re-shipping it. Well, that'll teach me to assume.... On 12/31 I received 2 different emails from 2 different representatives telling me that the items on my order had been refunded. Okay? Soooooooo, were they refunded due to the hassle and still being sent? Or was the order cancelled all together? Long story short, I did a Google search for a contact number for this company and after finding one I called it over and over until someone answered. (Yes, I'm THAT annoying customer). "[redacted]" apologized for the lack of communication and advised me that my order was in fact cancelled due to the original package being "lost in transition" and the product now being out of stock. Convenient. And why didn't the initial representative who offered to re-ship the product check the stock of it before even bringing it up?? After hanging up with [redacted] after sharing my frustrations, I received an email for 20% off a future purchase. Right, because I want to deal with this nonsense again....

This company may be a small business with only 15 employees, but they really need to get their [redacted] together if they want to stick around.

Tanga has excellent customer service. I received a defective speaker and they responded in 24 hrs ( Sun to Mon) to my issue. A full refund was issued in minutes since they could not replace the item ( out of stock). They do care about their customers

I love Tanga. As a mother of two teenagers, I need to save money wherever I can. I have purchased headphones, chargers, cables, face cleansers, and more. Everything has arrived quickly and as advertised. The prices were great and the people are wonderful. I can't wait to see what they have next.
