Review: I bought products on the company site on a saturday, I requested cancellation for some items on the products on sunday morning, I got a notification on monday morning from the company saying that the items are already shipped. Then on wednessday I got a notification of shippment of for some of the items. I felt lied to my the company and so refused to take receipt of all of the items that I had bought and I notified the company and requested for my money. They were asking me for tracking number - I informed them that I did not take receipts of the items and do not have tracking number. I encouraged them to check their own tracking number since they did the initial mailing. I was notified that friday 9/4/15 that they would ensure that all my money is returned but out of $308.09 charged on 8/12/15, only $12.99 and $143.60 was returned up to date, leaving a balance of $151.50 not yet returned and I did not have any of their products.Desired Settlement: return of my money.

Hi,I filed a complaint with your office and am still waiting on your response. I wanted to know how far or when can I expect a response. The company claimed that they returned all my money this is now true and I have my bank statement to show for it. They also sent me items days after I have filed the complaint which I returned. One of the company representative mentioned in response to my view on your site that they can provide the receipt to show that all my money is received. I responded to them on your site as well as send email to them without their response to me.They owe me $155.09 for item that they claimed was shipped to me but I never received. Your assistance is highly appreciated.

I have ordered several items from Tanga and have been thoroughly happy with all my purchases.

There were no movement on my order of 3/13 before my email inquiry, in fact, I got an shipping notification just couple hours after contacted Tanga. I can't help to think Tanga forgot about my shipment until received my message. It was supposed to arrive on 3/19 but no later than 3/23, I contacted Tantga on 3/23, because I didn't receive the product and no tracking number email.

I would never order it if I know it is not going to arrive by estimated shipping dates. I am leaving for Seattle on Sunday, March 27 for a week long conference, this product supposed to protect my company's Apple Macbook Air during my travel.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT TANGA DECIDED TO IGNORE THE CUSTOMER'S NEED! THE COULD SHIP ONE OUT ASAP BY EXPRESS TO MAKE UP THEIR MISTAKE! BUT BOTH EMAIL JUST SAID- SORRY, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK - TANGA FORGOT TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND OFFER TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Buyers beware!! IF you get your items that you ordered, it's a flip of the coin if it will be the right items. I want to thank Tags personally for ruining a needy child's Christmas!! His item still hasn't arrived!!

Hi:
I had ordered a Slimming Mas-sager for my wife to help her aching muscles.
Read all of the instructions and did all of the recommended troubleshooting.
The unit did not work, I E-Mailed Tanga about the problem.
They responded back expressing their appointment about it not working, they
refunded my money for the product without question.
Great Company to deal with!

Review: I tried to place an order on Tanga.com's website. After I placed the order, there was no confirmation of the order or any type of acknowledgement that the order was placed. The screen following the order placement said there were no items in my cart. Because the order was a Christmas order, I wanted to know if the order was placed or not. On the website, it said that the item would not be shipped until December 21 through Jan. 1. Since the item wasn't packaged yet and wasn't going to be shipped until December 21 (when the order was placed on December 12), they should cancel this order immediately. When I tried to find Tanga's customer service number, I found out that they don't even have a working customer service number. Next I went to the e-mail site where I indicated that I could be contacted, and it said that they received my order. Along with that e-mail were about five (5) other e-mails from the site, saying things like "you're cart has items in it."

After thinking about all of this, I decided to contact Tanga.com customer support and to reply to their e-mail stating that I wanted to cancel this order. When I looked up my order, it seemed that I couldn't cancel my order--even though it said that it hadn't been packaged. I have e-mailed Tanga.com as stated above to please cancel my order as soon as possible saying that I will dispute it with my credit card company if they charge my credit card, and I will refuse the order so that I don't have to pay return shipping. After 24 hours, I have heard nothing from their customer service. Today when I went into my e-mail at the address they have for me, their newer e-mail said you have items remaining in your cart (like I never placed the order). There was no acknowledgment that they would cancel my order or do anything to help me out when I don't want any further business or contact with this company except for them to cancel the order I placed (?) and refund my credit card ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want the order that I placed (2 bracelets) canceled immediately with Tanga.com, and I want my credit card refunded immediately if they already charged it. I also don't want any more e-mails from this company after they cancel my order and refund my credit card. They are a very poor company to do business with and are not a responsible business in my opinion. Dealing with Tanga.com has been a nightmare already. Also, I don't want any more problems with this Christmas present and want it resolved immediately. Thank you very much.

Review: Purchased item on Nov 30, total: $48.99 charged to my credit card. Received item 12/11/15. Item defective at first attempted use. Notified Tanga customer service and was advised that I must return using their company generated return label which would be emailed to me. Return label applied to return package and package mailed to Tanga 1/3/16. Package delivered to Tanga 1/11/16. As of 2/21/16, no refund received, contacted Tanga. Response from Tanga on 2/22/16: "I am so sorry you have not been issued a refund! I am going to look into the status of your return and get back to you as soon as I can. TangaTrent". On 2/26/16, I responded to "Tanga Trent" again inquiring about my refund. As of this morning, 3/1/16, I have no further response from Tanga and no credit to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Refund of 48.99

I have been 100% satisfied with Tanga. I have purchased several items. All high quality, great prices and fast shipping. Customer service is instantaneous, helpful and a pleasure to contact.

Review: Tanga.com listed iphone 5/5s cases for sale on their website. When the product was received it was an iphone 5 case. I contacted the company and they stated that the cases are for iphone 5/5s but don't offer the thumbprint ID. I stated that the cases were not designed for the iphone 5s and cannot be listed as 5s cases. They claimed that the cases fit the phone so they are 5s cases. I told them that was false advertising because when the product was listed it specifically stated that they were Iphone 5/5s cases. Otterbox Iphone 5/5s cases have an area open specifically for the thumbprint ID and it is stated on the packaging that they are Iphone 5/5s cases. The cases I received did not have that area and stated on the packaging that they are for iphone 5 only.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to include return postage back to the company because of their false advertising. They are only offering a refund in the amount I paid for the items. If they would offer an exchange for the correct item that are actually designed for the iphone 5s I would accept that as well..

Unfortunately, since we do state everything on the product page I cannot give you everything you're asking for. The best I can do is offer you a refund for those items, once they are shipped back to us.

We can offer customer a refund upon return of items, as they were listed that they would fit the 5s, however would cover the touch ID for the phone.

I have ordered several things from this company. Everything has been excellent quality and I'm very pleased.

Great company to buy from. There customer service is excellent and I am always happy with their products.

This company is horrible. I placed my order on December 1st. They proceeded to charge my credit card and then now 15 days later no product. Their website states that 80% percent of orders will ship within 5 days. Some more take 5-10 days to ship. I have tried contacting this company twice asking where the order is and no response. This was a Christmas gift, now I am going to have to take my time and go get something else while trying to get my money back from this company.

They sold me 10 printers and after delivery I directly stocked them. I didnt check inside of boxes because they were looking true. And I understood after one customer warned me that these boxes were not included INK cartridges even it was stated all boxes content, I mean they were removed all cartridges before sold me. Without them what can I do with that printers? Of course I applied tanga but they REJECT my application ! I sent all printers to trash. I lost my money reason of their trick.

How can they do business with this principles no idea. I never trust them again !

The Customer Service I received at Tanga.com was not helpful at all, and they need to be re-trained. Further more I highly advise you double check that you get the right amount off, if you use coupon codes of 10% or higher at Tanga.com. When I made a large purchase on Tanga.com I was supposed to receive 10% off, which came out to be a little over $30 off the total. Instead it only took a max of $20 off the total, so I contacted customer service. A very rude representative says "Our system is made so it caps it off at $20" and that's it. I feel robbed of my money, and unsure if I will buy anything from Tanga.com again.

Review: I ordered 3 items, 3 items shipped separately.

1. Item "shipped" the tracking number was invalid, never received.

2. Item "shipped" the tracking number was valid, item was wrong size.

3. Item "shipped" the tracking number was valid, states item was delivered in another state, never received.

Contacted support, they asked if I wanted a reshipment or refund, tried contacted them for update and they never responded. I am now one week out without and update or delivery.Desired Settlement: Complete correction of order w/ confirmed delivery or complete refund.

This is a great company to deal with. Whenever there is a problem they immediately refund my account. They are prompt and very courteous. I have no hesitation recommending this company to others.

Tanga is a great place and chances are you already know about it if you shop for non-standard board games. They always have competitive prices and when you can score a free shipping deal it is real hard to hold back. I have ordered from them many times and have had contact with customer support twice, both times I would rate them 5/5.

Tanga is an excellent company with great customer service. My items have always shipped out faster than their estimates.
