In this incredibly busy day and age, people always still seem to find time to complain about someone or something ... so, i'm finding a few minutes to let you know how much I love this site, how thrilled i've been with the numerous purchases i've made in the last several months, and what great customer service they provide on a consistent basis! I would recommend this site to anyone if you're looking for really great deals.

Review: I had ordered a present for a friend 1 month ago. I have not received it to date. Today is her birthday. I tried to contact the company by email numerous times. Only response was the first time to tell me that I would have a tracking number in a couple days... that was 2 weeks ago. Other emails have not been responded to. The voicemail for customer service is full so it is not possible to leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my order.

Review: On or about May 15, 2015, I was suppose to receive a product I had purchased from [redacted]. Unfortuantely, I did not get my product to problems with the address (which I never had before). Tracking indicated that the package was to be dropped off on a Saturday and I stayed home all day and nothing. When I checked the tracking at night, it indicated that the package was being sent back to seller because the address was undeliverable. That Monday, I went to the post office and they did not have it and they informed that it may have been sent to the sender. Therefore, I contacted [redacted]'s customer service email because there is no phone number to contact them on their website. On May 28th, I received a reply from [redacted] (Customer support) she addressed the issue with the address and advised that they would not be able to resend it as I had request. Therefore, she indicated that I would receive a refund and it would take 48 hours for the refund to process into my account and it could take up to seven days to clear. I informed her that upon purchasing the product from there my bank account was hacked and $369 was used and I had to get a new debit card. She indicated that even though I got a debit card the refund would still go through with the account number. As of this date, I have yet to receive my refund of $48.98. I sent follow-up emails on June 9th, June 12th and June 26th but no one is contacting me back.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive the $48.98 I paid for the product that was never received.

Hello,I do not accept their resolution because they refunded the money to a debit card I told them didnt work anymore. The debit card I used to purchase their product was compromised when I used it on their website so I had to close it and get a new one. I informed [redacted] of that and they still refunded it to that card. I have my bank statement and nothing was credited to my account.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO DEAL WITH IN THE FUTURE.

It took almost a month for my stuff to ship and its been exactly a month today and I still haven't received my order. I had to email them 4 times to find out where my package was and they said if it wasn't mailed out by Monday they would give me a full and prompt refund. Ha! they did not mail it out til that Wednesday and ignored my refund and instead offered me a free magazine subscription... which were ones no one reads. I emailed them about my refund but they say since my item was already shipped that I couldn't get a refund, however, if I would like to return my item I could receive my refund. I thought when they offered me a refund they were going to send my item too, since it took them so long. When I explained this they just kept skirting around my question. I don't think I will buy from them again no matter how good their prices are!

Tanga is quick and efficient. I have never had to wait long for a product. They have really good deals.

I recently ordered 3 items from them. One arrived promptly, there were issues with the other two which led to wrong delivery destinations based on the USPS tracking info emailed.

I contacted customer support and within a blink of an eye received immediate response and feedback. They fixed it with the post office so I got BOTH items within a week.

Incredible customer support. Very amiably professional. I definitely plan to be a regular shopper

Review: They say to allow up to 10 business days + 7 days after shipping.

It has been 18 business days (26 days) since I have ordered. I received 2 of the 4 shirts I ordered. I also received a shipping confirmation for one shirt (along with the other two) but it was not with the other two. The fourth I have heard nothing about since my order confirmation.

It has been 4+ days since I requested the status on my remaining shipments. There is no phone number anywhere available so I had to do it through email. All I received back was an auto email that said they'd respond within 24 hours. It has been more than 4 days.

I do not know the status of my items but they have had more than ample time to let me know the status of my order or to at the very least, provide me with a customer service response. At this point, I want my money back IMMEDIATELY. I will NEVER be ordering from this company again. It does not know how to conduct good business and does NOT care about their customers.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back.

And stop selling shirts if you can't handle the orders coming in.

Excellent service! I had a defective item and they resolved the issue immediately without any hassle. I also love how they stand behind their products. And of course I find such great items for great prices every time.

I received a defective item and notified Tanga.com customer service. It took them about a week to get back to me, but once they did, I couldnt have asked for better service! I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the item!

I purchased a Toccs Panorama Bluetooth Speaker from Tanga.com on 1/10/15 and they were paid from my Paypal account on 1/12/15. I waited an initial 10 days (this company has notoriously slow shipping). This item was supposed to be shipped between 1/21-1/24 with an arrival date from 1/26-1/30. I emailed them on 1/27 after waiting 17 days for a product to be shipped to me, which I find inexcusable in 2015 to be told to wait 3 weeks for an item. The product still had not be packaged or shipped, so 1/30/2015 I asked for a refund, which was granted, while also telling me after 3 weeks of waiting that they ran out of stock of this product!!! I will never buy from Tanga.com again, and won't be able to recommend them to anyone.

Over the past year or so, I have shopped at Tanga.com numerous times. They sell a variety of items, many of them which you cannot often find at other websites. Generally, their prices are excellent and they often offer free shipping. More than anything, I highly recommend them for their Customer Service Department. I've had several issues with my orders, which have always been handled with cooperation and alacrity. One such case involved the offer of free shipping site-wide only five hours after I ordered a T-shirt from them. As soon as I saw the offer, I wrote to them requesting a refund of the $2.98 shipping fee. By rights, they could have been hard-nosed about the shipping cost, as I HAD ordered my item before the free shipping was offered. However, they cheerfully wrote back and said that the shipping fee of $2.98 would be deducted from my bill...and, it was! Recently, I wrote to suggest that they incorporate a customer review section on their website. They immediately wrote back saying that, at their next company meeting, they would discuss the issue with the "powers that be!" In all, I have found them to be a very responsive company with an interesting selection of products and would highly recommend that you give them a try. As with any company that sells items on the web, make sure that you know what you're buying and sufficiently read reviews on your items before buying them.

Tanga is a great company that will help you with any problem you may have with an order or return!

I was so impressed with the experience I had with customer service. I ordered several items and one item was never delivered. Customer service responded promptly and investigated into why the package never came. After uncovering an error with the shipping, they ended up refunding me for my purchase and shipping. This is a company that treats customers very well, and I look forward to using them in the future.

I like it, it's fresh and surprising with deals and prices! Also, love the lack of taxation and very low shipping.

Review: I purchased a laptop on Dec 11. It arrived on Dec 17. Seeing it was Christmas gift for my daughter, it wasn't opened until Christmas Day. It came with start up instructions which we followed. We immediately knew there was a problem after about an hour of it saying "Windows Starting" but nothing happened. We can't get the computer to work at all. I had called the company on Christmas day and left a msg letting them know we couldn't get it to work. I have since called the number they have listed 4 times and left messages and my daughter has called twice. I called just about 30 mins ago and was hung up on. This laptop is no good to me. I have also sent numerous emails to Tanga and their responses have been that they use a third party company and that I have to contact them. I have and have had no resolution. I didn't buy from a third party retailer. I bought it from Tanga and want TAnga to take care of it. They can contact their partner and figure it out. I have done nothing wrong. I have all of the emails I have sent to Tanga.Desired Settlement: I had wanted an exchange but now just want a refund.
