I received a set of grill skillets today from Tanga that are potentially very dangerous - the handle comes separate composed of an 'eye screw' that threads thru a plastic tube into the pan. The space between the pan and handle is susceptible to collecting food and to loosening while moving a hot pan. NO ONE should sell this product.

I ordered one t shirt from this business almost a month ago. They have already taken the money and I have not received the product. I have email them 4 times with no response. I have contacted them through facebook with no response. There are also numerous people on their facebook complaining of the same thing I am. They wont contact anyone with an explanation. I would just like someone to contact me and get me the product or my money back.

Review: I ordered a ring from their website. they were offering $12.99 for 1 x [redacted] that they claimed was worth hundreds during some great sale they have. Then, 2 weeks later I get an email that they have oversold the product and would like to offer me a magazine subscription instead. My credit card has not received the credit back for my purchass and I believe that they fraudulently advertised products at sale prices that do not exist in order to scam customers.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded and I would like this business investigated for fraud.

Customer was refunded on 12-13-2013. We will need the customer to check bank statements for card ending in [redacted] around these dates. Most likely went through on 12-14-2014. If customer cannot find refund, we will need information to preform a manual refund.

Tanga .com may be a small business but are a GIANT in customer service!!!!! I am home bound so I do most of my shopping online. I made an order for a Christmas stocking stuffer to try out this company. The item arrived fine though the factory packaging was damaged.It wouldn't have made any difference had the item been for me instead of a gift. I sent a FYI to let these folks know and they immediately refunded my money. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't ask for or expect a refund. If you are thinking to purchase anything from Tanga.com DON'T HESITATE. They are a company that will make you feel good!!!!

Great experience with this company, helpful and courteous, customer service exceeds expectations!

At no time have I ever stated I did not receive the item I ordered. I did. My dissatisfaction lies in the issue of consistantly contacting this business as to exchanging this item for a size that fits. I have received no such response from Tanga in my inbox , nor in my spam folder at the only email address I provided. So I am very confused as to how they believe they had contacted me at all. I simply have not heard from them, period.No one from Tanga has attempted to call me either, as my cell phone is on and with me virtually 24/7.Regards,

Love dealing with Tanga. I have been buying from them since they opened their doors. The fact that I still regularly buy from them shows how well they have dealt with me on every transaction. Always fair, always fun. I cannot rate them high enough.

Review: I placed an order on 04/20 for curtains. They shipped in two separate cartons on 04/27. The first package was sent to the WRONG address and has NEVER been received. I have called and left multiple messages as no one ever answers. I've also sent 6 text messages and all I was ever told is the 2nd box should arrive on time...and this was after I sent a text acknowledging I had received the 2nd box but still needed the first to be resent or tracked down. I have also left msgs and text asking how to return the portion I did receive for a full refund as I needed them by the 7th of May and it is obvious that they will not be here on time now.Desired Settlement: I really just want to know how to return what I did receive and to obtain a refund.

The deals are great, getting what you pay for but the only thing I do not like is the time it takes to get merchandise after purchase.

My experience with Tonga was a very wonderful experience! Everything was on point!

Review: On October 1, 2014, company advertised a promotion that offered a 20% off coupon to any indivudual making a purchase on October 1, 2014, in honor of this company's birthday. as indicated by following the link. After contacting the company on October 2 and October 3, I have still not received the promotion code as promised in the advertisement, despite having made a purchase from this website on October 1, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide me with a 30% off coupon. 20% off as originally offered, plus 10% off for failing to provide the code as promised and for the inconvenience of having to file this complaint.

Review: I ordered a set of toothbrush replacement heads in January 2014 and received the wrong item from the website. I contacted Tanga on January 28th and Tanga[redacted] told me that the order would be fixed and she'd get back to me in 2-5 business days.

February 9th I followed up after not hearing back. I also followed up again on February 13th.

February 13th Tanga[redacted] told me that the correct item was shipped February 7th.

March 12th, I contacted Tanga to follow up on the status of the brush head shipment. Tanga[redacted] responded to an entirely different question. I've still not received my toothbrush heads.Desired Settlement: If order delivery isn't possible, I'd prefer a refund.

Review: I ordered a cellular phone case on 10/23/13. My credit card was charged immediately. Notwithstanding, almost a month has passed and I still have not received my order. I emailed the company on 11/9/13 for a status update. On 11/11/13 I received a response that tracking information would be sent to me before midnight on 11/12/13. On 11/13/13 I still did not receive any such tracking information so I again contacted the company. On 11/14/13 I was sent tracking information that is false (the carrier still has no record of this number). On 11/18/13 I emailed the company again and stated that if I did not receive the real tracking information within 24 hours, I would report the company as fraudulent. The company never responded, has kept my money and never sent the promised product.Desired Settlement: Full refund and the ordered product sent to me. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

Review: I orded an item from Tanga.com, LLC in May 2013. [redacted] failed to deliver the shipment and notified me that they were waiting on an address correction from [redacted]. I provided the corrected address to Tanga.com, LLC so that they could provide this information to [redacted]. Tanga Customer Service acknowledged receipt of this information from me but declined to make the change with [redacted], and hence my purchased item is not scheduled to be delivered to my home by [redacted].Desired Settlement: I'd accept either my item being delivered as soon as possible (this means that Tanga.com would call [redacted] customer service and update my shipping address as soon as possible), or I would alternately accept a full refund of the purchase price.

I ordered a shirt 12/18 and as of today, 1/15 it has not even shipped. I checked in on the status of my order on 1/6 and they told me I would receive a tracking number when the order shipped and offered me 20% off my next order. On 1/7, they said it was ready for shipment. AGAIN, it is 1/15 and it still has not shipped.

When I placed my order, it said: Please allow up to 10 business days ship your order.

Unbelievable. This was a Christmas present. I am about to try to cancel the order and never do business with LOLShirts ever again.

Review: On 10/17/2014, I placed an on line order through Tanga.com for [redacted] Headphones for $63. plus change. I originally put my order through with my credit card. It came back that "It Did Not Go Through". I tried again with the same card knowing that there would be no reason that this order should not go through with my credit card. Still, it did not go through.

I then put it through with my [redacted] account (different credit card on file). It went through.

I was then made aware that my "Original" order with my first credit card "Did In Fact" go through.

At that time, I then canceled the [redacted] order. It was promptly canceled ([redacted] is great) but there was no other transaction listed even though my credit card has been reduced for this amount.

My credit card company & I got on the phone to speak with them but the company will not let you through to speak with them. They end up informing you to email them. I emailed numerous times with No help from them. I am simply asking them to take the charge off of my credit card. It is still there.

Horrible customer service. Keeping customers at bay by allowing them access to them through email only. Once they are tired of you, they simply stop responding to you which is what they did to me. No customer should have to go through any of this especially when it is the companys error.IDesired Settlement: I was just trying to make a purchase from this company. Now, I want them to clear my credit card from this excess charge.
