Review: I purchased 4 sets of towels online from Tanga.com. It took almost a month for the towels to arrive, which they did notify me of the delay of shipping. However, after I received the towels, I washed them prior to using (as also stated in the manufactors instructions) which is normal to do. After the first and only wash, all of the tags on the towels shredded, I also noticed that several of the towels were coming unsewn. I went online to Tanga.com and filed a request to return the towels and obtain a refund. After a few days I received what appeared to be a "canned" response. In the response, I was asked to submit pictures and they would be more than happy to help me receive my refund. After submitting the pictures, I received an email on 3/18 stating thanking me for the photos and also stated that "Unfortunately we cannot accept these for a return since you washed them. We do not five refunds on washed towels or sheets. However as a courtesy we can offer a 50% refund and another 50% in the form of a gift certificate. Let me know if that's okay with you" Signed [redacted]. I promptly responded that this was absolutely not acceptable as the instructions stated to wash before use and they were only washed the one time and I have not used them. I have not had a reply back from them since. I am very frustrated by their lack of response and even more so to say they do not provide refunds because I washed them. They are towels after all and should be able to be washed for years before falling apart. They look worse then my towels that are seven years old. If they are not going to stand behind the products they sell, they have not right to be in business. I also mailed a letter to the CEO on 3/23/2015 and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like Tanga to stand behind their products and do the right thing which would be to send a shipment label to me so that I can return these poor quality towels and receive a full refund back to my credit card.

They failed to respond in a timely manner, only to quote policy. I also mailed a letter to the CEO and address on their website,only to have the letter returned as undeliverable. Tanga should be made to have their correct contact information available on their website. They will only communicate by email. When I asked for their supervisor contact information, it was refused, I asked for the CEO address and they refused to provide it.Tanga did email an address label for the towels to be returned, however, I have not received a refund. That was four days ago.I am not satisfied with this company.

Review: I purchased headphones for my son, 10/11; received them 10/20. As they were a Christmas gift I immediately wrapped them and put away. On Christmas morning the item was opened and found to be defective. Tanga will not respond in any way. I have requested a replacement, a refund. The item was not cheap. I would NEVER advise to do business with them.

Customer was responded to, there is information on our end that this customer received a 50% off code for future purchases. We will issue a full refund, however the system will not allow us to perform a refund on an order as old as this.

We will need customer full CC number, and expiration date to preform a manual refund. Or, if the customer prefers, we can provide a refund via [redacted] email, or a gift certificate to Tanga.com for the full amount.

Review: I ordered an item on Tanga.com on july 15th. got a confirmation of shipping on 18th. Tracking showing it in [redacted] on the 25thshipped priority post 2 day service . Its the 5th of August and do not have my item. I've had this issue with them before and received a credit for the item I didn't receive before and applied it to this item. Customer service gives me the run around and now doesn't respond to my emails. I asked for a refund for this item I have not received. I do not want Tanga credit as I do not plan to ever purchase from them again. I feel as though I'm being ignored by this company that has taken my money without supplying a product to me. This company is customer oriented. They responded very quickly to a shipping issue I had. Rather than making excuses for the issue, they instead immediately made it right. I will be a regular customer for this refreshingly honest company.

I'm a great fan of this company not only for the unique products they have and the way they make online shopping fun, but most of all because their customer service is so great! I have asked several questions and have always gotten a personalized answer in less than 24 hours. Their quality products and excellent customer service keep me coming back!

I have made a couple of dozen purchases from Tanga.com over the last year and a half.. I have been completely satisfied with all except for two, and on those two occasions, without a why, or because of reason, they did, within two business days give me a complete refund for full purchase price plus shipping. I have, and will continue to do business with Tanga.com, and wish them the best for a bright, and successful future. Bravo to this new company..!!

Review: I ordered 2 sets of Dr. Dre Refurbished beats before christmas. I got the package before christmas saw the boxes delivered and I didn't open the product and wrapped the boxes as gifts for Christams. At xmas time I gave them away, and very embarrased christmas day when the one box was empty NO BEATS and the other set was broken when my son tried to use them. I have contacted tanga 5 times ever since to give me what I paid for and no resolution. I dont want a refund I just want productDesired Settlement: I just want the products that I paid for,. I want replacement for the one that was missing and I want replaced the non working one. I am not stealing I just want my stuff.

Review: I recently purchased a Samsung Note II from Tanga (Order Number: [redacted] | Order Date: October 7, 2015). I received the package on Thursday, Oct 15, 2015 and tried to turn the devise on. I found out its not on and try to recharge the battery, unfortunately, the usb slot was broken. I reach out to tanga support and yesterday morning tanga support emailed to reach out to [redacted] I reach out to freedompop and no one bother to contact me. I recently called freedompop and the sale,, Mr. [redacted], refused to take care the problem and kept asking me to activate the phone. I said the phone is not functional how can I activate it? He kept asked to activate and I refused it. He transferred me to customer care and turned out I head back to sale dept. I have talked to Mr. [redacted] and he refused to take the problem and transferred me to Billing Dept for 45' on hold. Billing Dept., Mr. [redacted] said I purchased thru tanga and tanga should take care the problem. I reach out to tanga, tanga asked to contact freedom pop. Why keep kicking the ball back and forth?

I told freedom that, either send me a replacement and/or refund my money back plus pay for return shipping I will return the package back but freedom pop billing dept customer care said, he has no ability to do so, since tanga should taking care the problem. I google for tanga customer care and left the message with Mr. [redacted]e's voice to tell me that Tanga is the one should accept the return and refund money back in full.

Until now, no one bother to contact me and/or reply my email.

I want the problem resolve and/or I will ask the lawyer to sue both of tanga and freedom pop.

1. the ads for Samsung Note II is not refurbished item. --> they should send the new one not refurbished as the sale ads.

2. If the item is refurbished and should ads as refurbished.

3. It doesn't matter who is the one to send the package, someone needs to take a responsible as specially, Tanga since Tanga is middle man and get commission for sale. Tanga needs to involve and satisfy customer.

If you read my initial email correctly (I'm pasting it here below for reference), you would have noticed that while the item was marked as $0 in the email, and shipping was marked as $0 on the site, you guys did a flip on the item price by changing it from $0 to $4.99 on your site...It was NEVER advertized as $0 with $4.99 shipping.

"I have an email from Tanga sent to me at 17-Nov-2015 5:04pm MST. 3 items are marked as $0.00..the necklace, bracelet, and ear rings; and the shipping on the item on the site is FREE too. However, when I click on any of the 3 items from the email and get to the site, the price shows up as $4.99. Thats is totally NOT RIGHT."

This is my very last attempt to give Tanga an opportunity to honor their price before I send this off to the FTC/Revdex.com. There has to be some basic decency in accepting what was done incorrectly on Tanga's part and help rectify this amicably.

How can it be a 'misunderstanding' ? Its not that we talked and I did not understand what they were saying or what I was saying ?? I also sent them screenshots of the emails that I had received from Tanga about the promotions, and also of the price of the items ?Instead of accepting what they did and honoring the price with FREE shipping, they are just going back and forth with this.

Great customer service.

Purchased item and received it within the normal time and went to use it the same day, but, when opened the package the item ws unusable not due to shipment but internally defective. Complained the same day and within a couple of days received an answer that my account was credited for the purchase. I was favorably impressed with their professional attitude and courtesy.

Love tanga. The quality of their products are wonderful. Any problem I may have is handled promptly. Everyone should give this site a try, think you will love it too.

Review: Company charged my credit card without an order being placed. This charge caused my credit card to be destroyed and deactivated leaving me without my credit card. I am now without a credit card over seas for at least 14 days until the new one to come in.Desired Settlement: The charge of $4.39 refunded and something done internally to prevent unauthorized charges to people's accounts. I have never heard of this company before until the charge turned off my credit card.

Review: I ordered an [redacted] from Tanga, with free shipping. I placed my order on 12/5/14. I received an email on 12/8/14 indicating [redacted] has received pre-shipment notification for a 2-day delivery requiring signature and I should expect my order 12/14/14-12/24/14. Logically, one would think this would ship the week of 12/8 or 12/15/14. Nupe. I finally emailed Tanga on 12/22/14, Monday, to inquire "where's my stuff?" I received an reply indicating Tanga would check into it and it would take 2-5 days to get a response from their suppliers. I immediately emailed Tanga back and asked for a refund. I received a reply on 12/23/14, Tuesday, indicating my [redacted] had shipped on 12/23/14, which coincidentally I had received an email overnight from [redacted] that my package had left a [redacted] facility and arrived at a [redacted]. Tanga replied to my email regarding my requested refund and said they couldn't refund my monies since my order has shipped. I could also return my [redacted] if I so desired once received. They will issue a partial refund however, $5.00-refunded. The morning of 12/24/14 my order is still sitting in [redacted], **. [redacted] shows estimated delivery 12/26/14. I started reading back on the shipping policies. I should have received my order by now according to Tanga's website. I replied back to Tanga and questioned them about this delay. Tanga indicated my ordered should have shipped by the 20th of Dec. Since it didn't ship until the 23rd I was issued a partial refund, $5.00. I'm welcome to return the [redacted] once received if I no longer want the item. There is nothing more they can do-according to Tanga. As I told them, my money is tied up with this order. I can't go purchase another [redacted], wait for Tanga's [redacted] to arrive, return it and wait weeks for a credit refund. They don't even care if they lose customers. Their CSR rep. wasn't helpful at all. This is why companies like [redacted] rank in the top and [redacted] will go out of business. Tanga's business model is poor. Now I know to use [redacted] or local. I didn't save time or money. On 12/26/14 I received an [redacted]. Not the exact type I ordered. I received a white 32gb [redacted] mini [redacted] version. I ordered a Silver [redacted] Mini 64gb. I want a refund to my [redacted] account with 3 business days.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for 370.99 to my [redacted] account within 3 business days. I paid 375.99 via [redacted] to Tanga and they graciously refunded 5.00 to my account for my troubles.

Once an order is exported, or has shipped the order can no longer be cancelled or modified. We have issued a partial refund on the order, issued a coupon code for a future purchase along with a prepaid return label to send the product back for a full refund. A refunded amount of $5.00 isn't a "partial" refund. The product that I received isn't what I ordered. I was promised, in writing, shipment would arrive 12/14-12/24/14. Wrong product and I'm confused why Tanga considers the late shipment a "slight" delay when [redacted] shows the item being shipped from one ** facility on 12/23 to another ** facility only to sit overnight at another ** facility until the 12/24. [redacted] was notified on 12/8/14 of a shipment. In this timeframe, 12/8 to 12/24/14, my order sat in a warehouse. What was shipped wasn't checked to see if it was even the correct product, which Tanga had 2 weeks to ensure this was correct prior to shipping. This is bait and switch and fraud. According to other reviews of Tanga this is normal SOP.

Depending on your financial institution, funds can take 48 hours up to 7 business days to process. Customer is welcome to keep coupons for future purchase.

We can do a full refund for this order, at this point we will need full card number and expiration date for the card so we can do a manual refund for this customer. Customer paid with paypal, if they opened a claim they would have been refunded by now. We can also process the refund through their paypal email if they would prefer.

I had great customer service with this company. I had a return and it was quick and easy and I received my refund promptly. I like doing business with this kind of company!
