I have purchased several times with Tanga. Everything was always perfect until this last order. I ordered 2 dog beds and the covering fell apart after one wash. I reached out to the customer service team and asked if they had any problems with the beds. Alyssa replied and couldn't have been more helpful. Although I was unable to return the merchandise, they gave me a voucher for the full price of both beds. Very happy with this outcome.

I have been really pleased with my shopping experiences at the Tanga website!! They have an excellent selection of things I just happen to need at even better prices!!!!!!!!!! I love shopping at this site and have not been disappointed with any of my purchases!!!! ????

I ordered a tablet from them, one day later they were sold out. Glad I bought it when I did for my wife, I thought. I waited 3 weeks, then I started asking where's my order. Now I get an email telling me the item is no longer available. They said they were giving me a refund. I told them I want what I ordered! No reply. They are selling things that they don't have, (total Fraud in my opinion)! Or, they're trying to have refurbished products drop shipped, of which they do no know is available, from the people they are hopefully ordering from. A waste of time and a real risk.

I have consistently received superb customer service from this company. Anytime there was an issue such as a backlog, I was always notified, and once the item was shipped I was able to easily track it. Most items ordered arrived well before the advertised arrival date.
I had an item that did not function properly and I did not contact them within the required 30 day window. They still honored the warranty. A++! Pleasure doing business with this company!

It was very easy to work with their customer service and they resolved my issue very quickly.

Review: I ordered 6 sets of 24kt Gold-Plated Playing Cards + Carrying case from www.tanga.com on November 22nd at 09:02am for a total of $95.88. My order number is [redacted]. I received an email from Tanga on December 1 with my tracking information. A week passed and my order's tracking number with [redacted] continued to show "Accepted at [redacted] Facility" in Buffalo, NY (which it still shows). I finally called the [redacted], filed a complaint, and received a call back from [redacted]. They said that the acceptance for this item was electronic but nothing physical was ever received from the company and scanned in. On December 8th after speaking with the [redacted], I contacted Tanga to find out where my order was. I had attempted to call the company by the number on my billing statement because their website does not list one. The telephone number went straight to voicemail every time I called. [redacted] from Tanga said she would contact the warehouse but it would take 2-5 business days. On December 10th, I emailed the company again letting them know if I did not hear something that I would consider this transaction fraud. [redacted] from Tanga repeated what [redacted] had emailed. December 16th, [redacted] from Tanga emailed to say their warehouse is reshipping my entire order and that I would receive it in 7-10 business days. I requested a tracking number from [redacted] and she replied that she did not have one yet. I emailed her back to tell her that this order was Christmas presents and would not be delivered in time for Christmas. I requested a refund of my money. [redacted] from Tanga emailed me back on December 17th to say that a full refund of my order had been issued, to allow 24 to 48 business hours for it to show back up in my bank, but that it could take up to 7 business days depending on my bank. Seven business days passed as of yesterday and there is still no refund in my back account. I contacted Tanga by email yesterday. [redacted] from Tanga emailed me back today to say that a refund was issued on 12/17/2014 and to let them know if I had any other questions. No refund has been issued to me.

I read the other complaints issued to the Revdex.com for this company and see the exact same complaints with Tanga replying that the refund has been issued, when it actually has not just as mine hasn't.Desired Settlement: An actual refund of my money and for this company to be held accountable to business standards. Is this not fraud???

I've ordered from them a few times now and have always been happy with their product, prices and shipping. My last shipment arrived a little damaged (due to the manufacturer's packaging, not Tanga's fault).

I contacted Tanga CS thru email and could not believe how fast they responded and how wonderful they were about the whole thing. Seems you have to fight with all retailers these days, but not them! Tanga Customer Service is the best! I'll will definitely keep shopping there!

Review: I ordered a watch from this retailer on 6/30. On 7/8 I received an email stating that there was a delay in filling my order and that I would receive another email with a tracking number on 7/10 or 7/11. I emailed the company on 7/25 that I have not received my item nor any further communication from them. They replied that they were refunding my money and that the item was no longer available. This is unacceptable. I want the item I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch that I ordered.

I have ordered from Tanga on several occasions.

The products are always as promised and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are usually the best offered.

Nearly one and a half weeks after I placed an order for a highly discounted t-shirt, I realized that I had inadvertently purchased the XXL large rather than the XL. I contacted customer service by e-mail with my order # and inquired about modifying the order. I sent the message about 12:30AM and when I logged on the next morning at 8 AM I had a personalized response (rather than an automatically generated "we will try to respond to you within 48 hours blah blah blah") informing me that I could simply cancel my current order and place a new order for the correct size and that they would on Earth the original sales rate from nine days previous.

I did so and sent the new order # to them as instructed. Because the new item was extra-large rather than XXL, the new order was actually about one dollar cheaper. I was simply happy to have been able to adjust the size without having to go through a returns process so I simply informed customer service that everything had gone appropriately and that the orders were close enough in value that I did not need a refund. The next day, the difference in the orders had already been refunded to my PayPal account!

Each interaction with customer service was pleasant, concise, and extremely timely! there was no logging onto the website to submit a service ticket, or any complicated process: it was simply a chain of e-mails which allowed whoever was on duty to answer my question while still keeping all the basic information. this may sound like a small thing, but it is so much more convenient to simply reply to an e-mail rather than log in and log out of a website!

TO SUMMARIZE: Each of Tanga's customer service representatives was friendly, helpful, and efficiently handled my inquiry. Even though it was a relatively old order they were willing to do exactly what I had asked and my refund was deposited back in my PayPal account even after I told them not to worry about it. I have been a semi-regular customer of Tangafor several years, but usually only when I saw a super sale advertised. Now, having had this interaction I will almost certainly be a more frequent/regular customer.

Review: I ordered an item on January 14, 2014 and waited and waited for delivery. I repeatedly sent emails to customer service and the responses at first seemed to be sincere and sympathetic. Of course, nothing was done to check on this order in reality and a fake tracking number was even sent to me. I should have checked with the Revdex.com in Chandler then I would have known not to order from this company. I just want my item since they have already taken my money and never shipped anything.Desired Settlement: If I can get my item, I will have learned my lesson and never order anything online without checking Revdex.com's website.

My experience with Tanga was quite positive.

They contacted me by e-mail to see if I was satisfied with my order. When I reported that my eyeliner had melted during shipping, they responded very quickly to my response and issued a refund.

I am very pleased with their courtesy and with their excellent customer service.

I have always been pleased with Tanga's service and have happily recommended them to friends. It is a small company who has proved to be very appreciative of their customers. They are quick to respond to questions I have about products before making a purchase, and I have been pleased with everything I have bought so far and all at decent prices! I will be a customer for many years to come.

I cannot order from from anymore after about ten emails looking for my merchandise I get an email today that it was lost due to a shipping error really right before Christmas and it was a gift and what kind of company doesn't have a live person to speak to that ridiculous I just can't I'm done point blank period.

Customer service is very professional and prompt to respond to my email, and resolution of my issue. Will order from them again.

Review: Company sent incorrect size. They refuse to pay for return shipping. Now I must pay out of my pocket for something I did not order. I consider this theft.Desired Settlement: refund or exchange. Return shipping paid.

Tanga is a great site for little shopping. They carry many interesting things at good prices. I've used them to buy everything from landscaping solar lights to clothing to electronics. The customer service is superior.

I just wanted to share some information about Tanga.com with your company, I so appreciate the company, so far it is the only website I know of that makes the items very reasonable and affordable for your consumers, I have been ordering various products from Tanga since 2011 and I never had any problems with my orders or shipping & handing. The website always give away free items and the shipping and handling is affordable as well, now I no longer have to order from other websites.Instead of cyber Monday, Tanga prices make it cyber week every day of the week!!!!!!!
