Review: I placed an online order included 5 T-shirts on 11/28/2013 which totaled over 40 dollars. After several emails I get a response they are working on my order and offered to give me a free subscription to a magazine of choice. I agreed to that and followed the link for this to then be charged for the magazine subscription. I email and complained again on why was I given money off one shirt in an email with no explanation two days later I get an email that they can not fill my order and canceled the whole order I did NOT get a full refund of my order so when I email I get no response I look on their [redacted] site([redacted]) only to see SEVERAL other people had the SAME exact issue and NOT getting an explanations or FULL refund of what I paid as well. I finally get a response that they moved places and were unable to fill the order cause the shirts are NOT available. So I go back on their website look up the SAME shirts I ordered which are NOW $3 dollars MORE than what I paid originally!!!.....This company needs to be stopped and investigated!Desired Settlement: My credit card Was NOT refunded as they stated:Dear [redacted],LOLShirts just sent you a partial refund of $31.96 USD for your purchase. If you have any questions about this refund, please contact LOLShirts.The refund will go to the card you paid with.To see all the transaction details, please log into your [redacted] account. I have had nothing but good experiences so far with Tanga.com. I purchase a lot of items online and find that their selection, price and customer service is top notch.

Tanga is a great value finder. I had excellent service from them. No issues with shipping or with my purchases. I recommend them.

I have been doing business with Tanga for quite a while now and couldn't be more pleased with it. The quality and prices can't be beat and if you need to contact customer support the response couldn't be quicker. I do a lot of purchasing on the internet and can honestly say Tanga is one of the BEST places to deal with. I couldn't say enough nice things about their products and their staff.

I received everything but the lift here for a six pack shirt. I have emailed Tanga twice and have got an email saying my message has been sent to you all. Have not heard from anyone from the company since. I called and left a message at [redacted] and no responses. Please refund my order $9.99 since I have not received the shirt...Desired Settlement: 9.99 plus appropriate taxes. Thank you

Not happy at all. Husband placed an order and wished to cancel in less than an hour and Tanga customer service said it was already processed? In an hour? Ridiculous! Then they want a 15% restocking fee AND we pay for return shipping!! This is a ripoff!!

Tanga is a small business with many interesting products. I have ordered from them in the past on more n than one occasion. Tanga delivers on all counts, price, quality, shipping, and customer service.

Review: Tanga made their return process a 100% hassle; forcing me to return a computer I bought through them to their third-party retailer in [redacted] they are in AZ. This is mentioned no where on their site. It simply says, returns accepted. Since returning the item, Tanga has gone silent forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card co to recover the refund. They have since told my credit card co the item was NEVER returned despite the return tracking proof and email acknowledgement of the return received back. This is a shady company that is making false statements to avoid a refund, I am sure because the return shipping on a 22lb computer from ** to [redacted] cost more than the item. The dispute is ongoing. I have plenty of proof to combat their attempted fraud and theft, but buys beware. This is a HORRIBLE company. I will ensure that consumers know of their deceptive practices and are not harmed the way I have been. sad thing was I was an avid VIP tanga customer. NO MORE.Desired Settlement: REFUND MY MONEY

It never arrived. I contacted Tanga on 4 occasions, through their online customer service form. They do not have any telephone number. They never responded to me, on any of the 4 attempts that I made to reach them. I would like either a refund for the subscription, or I would like the subscription itself.Desired Settlement: Either the subscription itself or a refund for what I paid of the subscription.

This is a great company. Good products at low prices. If something isn't right, doesn't fit,etc. it is no problem to return the item. I will continue to order from Tanga.

Review: I ordered five sets of NOLA Saints earbuds on Dec. 3, 2015, and my card was debited that day. I expected them to be delivered in a timely manner for Christmas stocking stuffers. To date, the order has not even been packaged, much less shipped.Desired Settlement: Either delivery before Christmas or a refund of my money.

I have ordered several times from Tanga and plan to more in the future. They have great products at great prices! Also, if you should happen to have any questions or concerns, they always reply to your emails quickly and take care of any problems you may have encountered immediately! They are a great team and I highly recommend them!

This small online company offers various items for sale on their website. Have used for a couple of years with complete satisfaction. Only 2 problems with orders and both professionally handled by them to my complete satisfaction which in today's internet world is impressive. Would highly recommend.

best delivery service I have ever had

Review: About four months ago, I ordered the embossed chef Memory foam kitchen floor mat from tanga. When I received the package, I found that they gave me pairs of socks instead of my floor mats. The reason why I found out the problem that after four months is because I was in China for 4 months. (If you need I can show you my passport and my airplane tickets.) After I came back to my home in US, I found this shipping problem and ask tange to solve this problem. however, they said they have a 30 days return policy. Since I tell them this issue that late, they cannot return anything or change anything. I am not OK with their reply. I think this is their mistake, they did not gave me the thing I ordered. I spend almost $40 on the mats, but they only sent me socks which may cost about $20. This is not fair and dishonest!Desired Settlement: Although they have a 30 days return policy, I think they still need to send me the mats I ordered and I will return the socks they send me (If tanga is a responsible company they should pay me the mailing fee for return socks). I think the return policy is about customer change their minds, or there are some tiny issue happened with the order. In my case, this is different. They give me my order wrong completely.
