I recently bought the advertised 40 eye/lip pencil set. It was advertised as an eye and lip pencil set and I was billed for an eye and lip pencil set. Upon receipt I received two sets of lip pencils, that's 40 pencils. I emailed the company and apparently somewhere on the order form you have to check whether you want two eyes, two lips or and eye and lip. I did not see this anywhere since it was advertised ONLY as an eye and lip set. Apparently the default must be two lips as that is what I received. I contacted the company and they stated that I had to send it back and pay shipping. That was fine, however when I contacted them again to give me the address and confirm I was told that I could not send back and would just have to reorder and pay again. After multiple attempts at emails to try and get what I ordered I have given up. I have deleted them from by contact base and I would never order from them again. I was happy to pay shipping. I just wanted my order and I do not feel that I was unreasonable. Greed will get you everytime. Bad customer service. Also, there isn't a phone that they can be contacted from. It's only an email.

I have been doing business with this company for several years and had been completely satisfied until lately. I have made many, many purchases and the last two have been TOTAL DUDS! First I bought 2 6ft. Apple charging cords. They only lasted about one week and stopped working. I then bought a 72ct. Original Do-nut shop Keurig coffee pods. Upon receipt I discovered that the expiration date was Oct. 22, 2015, No way that I could drink 72 cups of coffee before the coffee is out of date. I don't purchase out of date products for human consumption. When I e-mailed Tanga and expressed my frustration, they responded by saying the product info for both products stated that the phone charger cord could not be returned. (DUH!!) I wonder why? They knew they we're complete junk. And the coffee pods said on the product info that the product expiration date was Oct. 2015! SUCKER!!!! Yes, I am. Fool me once, shame on YOU. FOOL ME TWICE, shame on Me! I will not do business with these shysters again! I will also do all that I can to discourage others from doing business with TANGA!

Buyers beware of this website. They are running a total scam. I bought a pair of glasses on June 20, 2015 and I wanted cancel while order was processing. I sent them email saying that I wanted to cancel. they replied with generic email " if after receiving your order you decide to return it, please print and fill in the form found at this link". what the [redacted]? item wasn't event processed. sent them another one asking to cancel. this time they said they can't cancel the order. They are not helpful at all. when you write them, the only thing you will get is a generic response

Review: I ordered 4 pair of boots form this business as Christmas presents. I received an e mail stating they oversold the boots and could only deliver 1 pair. So I went about buying other presents to replace the boots I couldn't get. Within several weeks, I received 4 pair of boots . No longer needing the boots, they e mailed me a return label, but did not include their return policy of the return needing to be within 5 days. Being a new customer, I didn't realize this, and did not get my return back to them within 5 days. So now, they have the boots, and my money. I've left 2 messages with them, they don't answer their phones. Have not received an e mail or a refund.Desired Settlement: My money returned to my account

Ordered item from Tanga,12 days later e-mailed company when item had still not been shipped. 2 days later the order was cancelled by Tanga not once did they try to contact me.

horrible customer service, slow in responding to emails. say they will ship product within 10 business days, but took much longer. didn't receive product for almost a month.

when the product came, the box was so crushed, i'm just glad the product was still in tact. if this were a gift for someone though, I could not give it in the box's shape.

Review: This is a copy of the unsatisfactory replies I have received from customer service over the issue of unwanted emails, sometimes upwards of eight a day.

I have request at least five 5 times to stop sending emails even after unsubscribing and changing my preferences to not get emails. I don't know if the CSR WHO have replied to my inquires don't care or just give standard reply, but it's like they did not READ my emails.

Repeatable sending unsolicited emails, contacting me, is illegal!!!!

Review: I placed an order on November 5, 2013 and they never shipped the order. After I contacted them, they claimed to have sent an update that I never received. They said that they would either ship the order this past Monday or refund the money. They have done neither. I have purchased several items from Tanga.com and have been pleased with most of my purchases. I bought a few things that I decided not to keep. They were great about providing quick feedback and refunds. I love this little company. Their employees are sweet.

Terrible customer service and processing times. Tanga asks for a 10 day processing time, which they did not meet. Then proceeding to take 4 days to respond to my question about the order (guaranteed 24-48 hours), they then submitted processing information and gave shipping company the order information and took an additional 10 days to actual deliver the item to the shipping company that took 5 days to ship. A total of 29-32 days of wait time, generic customer complaint responses, aweful experience.

I ordered 2 x 8-Pack Compatible Replacement Toothbrush Heads; the ad showed the orginal price of each 8-pack as $40.00 and selling for $5.99. But, what I got was a cheap chinese make sold Dollar shops. I spent $5.98 for shipping too. I am totally unhappy about this order. I never trusted tanga.com; but, still because of my friend I purchased this. Cheap marketing technique they used. I will never order anything from them.

Review: I ordered from tanga.com on March 24, I received an email confirmation with order # [redacted]. I kept checking for updates on when item would ship and never received any notification. Then on March 30 I received an email from Tanga.com stating the product I ordered is no longer available and that I would receive a refund within 48 hours. I never received my refund, I waited 4 days and called their phone number [redacted] which they never answer however it lets you leave a voicemail message. I also went on their website and filled out a customer issue form. I received a call back from Tori stating to wait 7 days to see if my money shows in my account, now it has been 10 days and I still do not have my refund and they claim its my banks issue. I bank with [redacted], a merchant credit should show in 24 hours in my account so it is NOT my banks fault it is TANGA holding my funds not returning them to me. THey did not follow through and send my merchandise and now I want my money back it is $94.98. I feel this company holds on to funds and floats consumers money to keep this crazy operation going.

I was spending too much money for everyday items I always use until I discovered Tanga!

I'm satisfied with the products and service provided by Tanga.com. There was 1 exception where it took some 45 days to recieve my foam pet steps order.

This company has been very amazing. I received something that I ordered and it wasn't what I was expecting and they are giving me a refund. Great customer service!

Review: We only received half of the product that we paid for. We have tried to contact them multiple times but we seem to be ignored. The order was placed on October 31st . We got one e-mail from them in the beginning telling us that there would be a delay and if we didn't get the order that Monday we would get a full refund. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting on getting all the items we ordered.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund on the non-delivered item. Which would be half of the price.

I ordered a deep fryer on Black Friday 11/27. It said it would be delivered by Dec 7th-17th. I received nothing and didn't hear from the company until January 12th when they said there was an issue with the order and they would have to send a different color one. I immediately responded and asked to get a tracking number and was told via email that it would be shipped the next day and I would get a tracking number in my email as soon as it did. Now it is 1/21 over a week later and I still haven't heard anything from them and have not gotten my product. I will also be moving on Feb. 1st so if it's not here by then, I will be cancelling my payment through the credit card company and make them eat that fee.

I'm just writing to express my great appreciation for wonderful customer support. I ordered two bath mats at an incredible price and received only one. I wrote customer service that day and within 24 hrs my [redacted] account had been refunded. When I expressed the need for two mats they informed me I could go online and order another one with a %15 discount code. Unfortunately the color I wanted was sold out. I sent another email to let them know I wanted to return the original mat for a refund as well, but by the end of that day I received the second mat in the mail as they had been shipped separately for some strange reason. Review: I have made many purchases from tanga.com, however I've a problem which the company has taken a very anti consumer position. I read their return and refund policy and did not see there, that the item they offer as thrash is done refundable and non returnable. Another issue regarding purchasing these items is that they are fraudulently advertised. When I read what was in the bag it listed several items; not once did it mention either or. The consumer therefore after reading it believed that they were receiving these items - they might be returned, damaged etc.; not so. You are given one thing. I didn't know this until the package came with a mattress pad, for which I paid $28.98. After awhile I inquired about the rest of the order, then checked the shipping info and realized that I had received the complete order. I then began writing, and waited for quite awhile without a response, I then send another email and finally got a response. Stating that, that's it. No money back and they keep the merchandise that was returned to them. In an email received today I was told that I was send an email on 5/30/2015 explaining this. I checked all the back and forth emails and can't find that one. I am requesting a refund of my $28.98, since they have the returned item, which I don't want and have returned to them weeks ago. I'm requesting your assistance in this matter.
